本发明涉及一种白松露纤维的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)纤维的开松;(2)纤维的溶胀;(3)白松露溶液的制备;(4)白松露提取物纤维制备;(5)纤维的后处理;本发明的方法制备的纤维具有亲肤性好、吸湿性好、纤维柔软性好等特点,同时具有较高的干断裂强度、湿断裂强度、干断裂伸长率,并且具有较好的增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、滋养皮肤、抗衰老的效果;其中干断裂强度在2.4CN/dtex以上,湿断裂强度在1.25CN/dtex以上,干断裂伸长率为18%以上,抑菌率在90%以上,蛋白含量3%以上。

技术领域
本发明属于轻工纺织领域,具体的说,涉及一种白松露纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
再生纤维素纤维是以天然纤维素(棉、麻、竹子、树、灌木)为原料,不改变它的化学结构,仅仅改变天然纤维素的物理结构,从而制造出来性能更好的再生纤维素纤维。再生纤维素纤维产品以100%纯天然材质为原料,自然生物降解、无添加、无重金属、无有害化学物,对皮肤亲和无刺激,是一种性能优良的环保型“绿色”纤维。纤维做成的面料穿着更加舒适;染色靓丽性更优于棉纤维;手感柔软、丰满、滑爽,具有优良的悬垂性和蚕丝般的光泽;热稳定性和光稳定性高,不起静电;强度和伸度能满足大多数纺织品的需要,有较好的可纺性能。
目前,改性功能的纤维大部分是将植物提取物采用共混的方式添加到再生纤维素纤维里面,这种工艺在生产过程中不可避免要接触强酸、强碱环境,会对提取物及纤维造成损伤及破坏,并且在纤维成型过程中,提取物会有部分流失;通过共混纺前注射的方式,如果提取位添加过多会影响纤维的可纺性,使制得的白松露纤维疵点高,纤维的物理性能指标变差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,是提供一种白松露纤维的制备方法,此制备方法成功将白松露提取物应用到再生纤维素纤维上,制得的纤维强度高,蛋白含量高,质量好,白松露提取物接枝到纤维上,使纤维具备增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、滋养皮肤、抗衰老的功效。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种白松露纤维的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的开松
将纤维经过开松机开松,打成松散状态的纤维。
(2)纤维的溶胀
在25L的水桶中加入15g渗透剂,搅拌20分钟;然后将1500g步骤(1)中开松后的纤维放入水桶中浸泡,浸渍浴比为1:18,浸渍时间为1.5h,温度为25℃。
(3)白松露溶液的制备
将100g白松露提取物加入500g水中,搅拌并升温至55℃,保温1.5小时,静置2.5小时,然后取上层清液用200目滤网过滤2遍,得到白松露溶液。(4)白松露提取物纤维制备
将制备好的白松露溶液倒入步骤(2)的水桶中,同纤维一起搅拌均匀,升温至85℃,然后保温静置24小时。
(5)纤维的后处理
将制备好的纤维水洗3次,然后通过柔软剂做柔软处理,温度为60℃,时间为30分钟,然后烘干得到白松露纤维,烘干温度125℃。
作为一种优化方案,所述步骤(5)中的柔软剂为有机硅整理剂8156。
作为一种优化方案,所述步骤(2)中的纤维为阳离子中空再生纤维素纤维。
作为一种优化方案,所述步骤(2)中的水桶为电加热保温桶。
作为一种优化方案,所述步骤(2)中的渗透剂为JFC。
本发明采取以上技术方案,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明纤维的制备方法,首先通过将纤维溶胀,然后将制得的白松露提取物溶液与溶胀后的纤维浸泡制得白松露纤维,这种方法白松露提取物在被吸附过程中没有强酸强碱介入,白松露提取物中的有效成分不会被破坏,制得的纤维中白松露提取物含量高,制备得到的复合纤维具有增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、滋养皮肤、抗衰老的性能。
(2)采用溶胀和浸泡相结合的方式,白松露提取物添加量不受限制,大大提高了白松露提取物的添加用量,在提高用量的情况下,也不会对纤维产生破坏,大大降低了纤维的疵点,保证了纤维的强度。
(3)白松露提取物溶液在纤维溶胀后进行混合浸泡,充分打开中空纤维的空腔,能够使白松露提取物溶液与纤维充分的接触并渗透入空腔内,积雪草提取物在纤维内外附着均匀,并且提取物中的蛋白质可被阳离子化的纤维牢牢锁住,提高了白松露提取物溶液附着量,纤维处理地更均匀,质量更好。
(6)本发明的方法制备的纤维具有亲肤性好、吸湿性好、纤维柔软性好等特点,同时具有较高的干断裂强度、湿断裂强度、干断裂伸长率,并且具有较好的增强机体免疫力、抗疲劳、滋养皮肤、抗衰老的效果;其中干断裂强度在2.4CN/dtex以上,湿断裂强度在1.25CN/dtex以上,干断裂伸长率为18%以上,抑菌率在90%以上,蛋白含量3%以上。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:一种白松露纤维的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的开松
将纤维经过开松机开松,打成松散状态的纤维。
(2)纤维的溶胀
在25L的水桶中加入15g渗透剂,搅拌20分钟;然后将1500g步骤(1)中开松后的纤维放入水桶中浸泡,浸渍浴比为1:18,浸渍时间为1.5h,温度为25℃。
(3)白松露溶液的制备
将100g白松露提取物加入500g水中,搅拌并升温至55℃,保温1.5小时,静置2.5小时,然后取上层清液用200目滤网过滤2遍,得到白松露溶液。(4)白松露提取物纤维制备
将制备好的白松露溶液倒入步骤(2)的水桶中,同纤维一起搅拌均匀,升温至85℃,然后保温静置24小时。
(5)纤维的后处理
将制备好的纤维水洗3次,然后通过柔软剂做柔软处理,温度为60℃,时间为30分钟,然后烘干得到白松露纤维,烘干温度125℃。
所述步骤(4)中的柔软剂为有机硅整理剂8156,所述步骤(1)中的纤维为阳离子中空再生纤维素纤维,所述步骤(1)中的水桶为电加热保温桶。
制得的纤维产品规格为:纤度1.67 dtex,长度38mm。
经权威部门检验,参数如下:

1.一种白松露纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的开松
将纤维经过开松机开松,打成松散状态的纤维;
(2)纤维的溶胀
在25L的水桶中加入15g渗透剂,搅拌20分钟;然后将1500g步骤(1)中开松后的纤维放入水桶中浸泡,浸渍浴比为1:18,浸渍时间为1.5h,温度为25℃;
(3)白松露溶液的制备
将100g白松露提取物加入500g水中,搅拌并升温至55℃,保温1.5小时,静置2.5小时,然后取上层清液用200目滤网过滤2遍,得到白松露溶液;
(4)白松露提取物纤维制备
将制备好的白松露溶液倒入步骤(2)的水桶中,同纤维一起搅拌均匀,升温至85℃,然后保温静置24小时;
(5)纤维的后处理
将制备好的纤维水洗3次,然后通过柔软剂做柔软处理,温度为60℃,时间为30分钟,然后烘干得到白松露纤维,烘干温度125℃。
