Under normal conditions, the petrochemical calcium, the medical stone and the sulfur are directly used in soil after being crushed, elements in the raw materials cannot be utilized by plants, and the soil improvement effect is not realized, but the soil conditioner is prepared by firing at high temperature, heating at the temperature of more than 220 ℃, and then carrying out electrolytic reaction, so that a large amount of water-soluble elements can be fully dissolved out, can be absorbed and utilized by the plants, the utilization rate of the raw materials is improved, the preparation method is simple and convenient, and the soil conditioner can be directly used only by carrying out simple processing steps.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the petrochemical calcium, the medical stone and the sulfur have a particle size of 1900-2000 mesh. The commercial powdered calcium petrochemical, medical stone and sulfur are selected, so that the calcium petrochemical, the medical stone and the sulfur can be conveniently and fully reacted during subsequent heating and electrolysis to dissolve out macroelements, and the utilization rate of raw materials is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the high temperature firing temperature is 1000-1200 ℃ for 47-49 h. After high-temperature firing, a large number of elements contained in the raw materials are gradually separated out and are soluble in water.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating temperature is 220-240 ℃ and the heating time is 23.5-24.5 h. At a low temperature, the calcium component in the raw material cannot be precipitated, and when the temperature is raised to 220 ℃ or higher, the calcium in the raw material is gradually dissolved out, and 99.99% of calcium carbonate can be efficiently extracted from the raw material.
In some embodiments of the invention, the electrolysis temperature is 60-70 ℃ and the electrolysis time is 5.8-6.2 h. The continuous electrolysis can ionize the mineral substances in the raw materials, is convenient for conditioning the soil remediation capability and can promote the plant absorption.
In some embodiments of the invention, the liquid is passed through a screen of 80-120 mesh. Most of the sludge in the electrolyzed liquid can be removed.
