Test examples

Tests show that the soil conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention can increase the plant height and stem thickness of corn plants, but the effect is not obvious compared with that of a domestic compound fertilizer; in contrast, the corn yield can be effectively increased, and the yield increasing effect is excellent.
In summary, according to the soil conditioner and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiments of the present invention, in the raw material formula of the soil conditioner, phyllite and schist contain siliceous, calcareous, carbonaceous and other components; aluminosilicate in which mica contains metal elements such as potassium and iron; the microporous structure of the silicon powder is beneficial to promoting the nutrient absorption of crop roots and enhancing the soil fertility; the shellfish fossil processing liquid can provide abundant calcium and other mineral elements; the raw materials are matched with one another, so that the soil nutrition condition can be effectively improved, mineral elements such as calcium, potassium and iron in soil are supplemented, the pH value of the soil is adjusted, the soil viscosity is improved, the soil fertility is enhanced, correspondingly, the planted crops can grow healthier, the crops can better absorb nutrients in the soil, the fertilizer utilization rate is increased, the crop yield is increased, and the agricultural production is facilitated.
The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly preparing a shellfish fossil processing liquid: calcining and crushing scallop stone, sequentially adding citric acid and hypophosphorous acid into white vinegar while stirring, heating, slowly adding the crushed scallop stone, filtering after the reaction is finished, and adding seawater to obtain scallop stone processing liquid; in the process, the shellfish fossil is calcined and crushed, so that on one hand, some useless impurities in the shellfish fossil can be removed, and meanwhile, calcium contained in the shellfish fossil can be activated, so that the shellfish fossil can be extracted more easily, and crops can absorb nutrients better; then, phyllite, schist, mica and silica powder are respectively calcined and crushed, so that useless impurities contained in the ores can be removed through calcination and crushing, and mineral elements which are contained in the ores and contribute to crop growth, such as silicon, potassium, calcium, magnesium and the like, can be effectively activated, so that the mineral elements can be better absorbed and utilized to supplement soil nutrition; then the raw materials are stirred and mixed with salt, calcium carbonate, sodium molybdate, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride and prepared shell fossil processing liquid together, then electrolytic reaction is carried out, and after the reaction is finished, filtration is carried out to obtain the finished product liquid medicament. The soil conditioner prepared in the way can effectively supplement nutrient elements such as calcium, magnesium and potassium in soil, promote the growth and development of crops, is more favorable for the crops to absorb and utilize nutrients, supplement soil nutrients, adjust the pH value of the soil and improve the soil quality, is convenient and quick to use, and is more favorable for agricultural production and use.

The soil conditioner is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-30% of phyllite, 10-25% of schist, 10-25% of mica, 10-25% of silicon powder, 15-25% of beili stone processing liquid, 1-3% of salt, 6-10% of calcium carbonate, 1-3% of sodium molybdate, 3-10% of potassium nitrate, 9-15% of calcium chloride dihydrate and 5-10% of magnesium chloride.

The soil conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the amount of each raw material is, by weight: 10% of phyllite, 10% of schist, 10% of mica, 10% of silicon powder, 20% of beili stone processing liquid, 3% of salt, 9% of calcium carbonate, 2% of sodium molybdate, 6% of potassium nitrate, 13% of calcium chloride dihydrate and 7% of magnesium chloride.
3. A soil amendment according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the shellfish fossil processing fluid include shellfish fossil, white vinegar, citric acid, hypophosphorous acid, and sea brine in a weight ratio of 1: 2: 0.03: 0.01: 0.1.
4. a process for preparing a soil amendment according to any of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
preparing a shell fossil processing liquid: preparing shell fossil, white vinegar, citric acid, hypophosphorous acid and seawater salt water according to a ratio, calcining and crushing the shell fossil, sequentially adding the citric acid and the hypophosphorous acid into the white vinegar while stirring, heating, slowly adding the crushed shell fossil for reaction, filtering after the reaction is finished to obtain filtrate, and adding the seawater salt water into the filtrate to obtain shell fossil processing liquid;
and (3) preparing a finished product: respectively calcining and crushing phyllite, schist, mica and silicon powder, then stirring and mixing with salt, calcium carbonate, sodium molybdate, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride and prepared shell fossil processing liquid, carrying out electrolytic reaction, and filtering after the reaction is finished to obtain the finished product liquid medicament.
5. A method of producing a soil amendment according to claim 4, wherein the beidellite, phyllite, mica and silica fume are calcined at a temperature of 220 ℃ or higher.
6. A method for improving soil according to claim 4, wherein the crushed scallop stone is slowly added after the temperature is raised to 60-70 ℃ in the preparation of the scallop stone processing liquid.
7. A soil conditioner preparation method as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the preparation of said shellfish fossil processing liquid, shellfish fossil is calcined, pulverized and sieved with 300 mesh sieve, and the pulverized shellfish fossil is divided into 10 parts and added slowly in sequence.
8. A method for preparing a soil conditioner as claimed in claim 4, wherein, in the preparation process of said shellfish fossil processing liquid, shellfish fossil is added, nitrogen gas is injected and sealed, and reaction is carried out for 24 h.
9. A method of improving soil according to claim 4, wherein said shellfish fossil processing liquid is prepared by adjusting pH of the filtrate to 4-5 and adding sea brine.
10. A method for preparing a soil conditioner as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that, in the preparation process of the finished product, the electrolysis reaction is carried out for 6h at 220-240 ℃.
