一种窑口抗剥落浇注料及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种窑口抗剥落浇注料及其使用方法。
背景技术
近年来,水泥生产线中预分解窑(PC)和预热器窑(SP)陆续投入生产,窑的转速提高3~4倍,工作温度高、热负荷大,原材料成分易变化,有害成分碱金属、硫和氯等物质蒸发和凝聚的数量大,致使窑内衬受腐蚀严重。因此,水泥烧成设备的发展对耐火材料的品种和质量提出了更高的要求。回转窑用耐火浇注料,尤其是前窑口的耐火材料在使用过程中,除了要承受1400℃以上高温以外,还需要承受急冷、急热气流冲击,高温水泥熟料磨损和高温有害气体碱腐蚀等机械应力、热应力和化学侵蚀的破坏,使用条件十分苛刻,要求窑口用耐火材料必须具有良好的抗热震性、耐磨性和耐碱性。窑口衬体的损毁主要表现为开裂和剥落,窑口耐火浇注料的使用寿命对整条水泥生产线的运转周期有着至关重要的影响。目前窑口用耐火材料在材质上广泛采用刚玉质和莫来质质耐火浇注料,其使用寿命在8~10个月左右。水泥窑窑口部位耐火材料由于所处工况比较恶劣,通常窑口浇注料中的铝含量高、强度高,易于碱性熟料发生化学反应,并生成钙铝黄长石等低熔点物相,而且此种材料的热膨胀系数较高,造成窑口内衬抗热震性差、易开裂剥落,锚固件通过焊接方式连接到筒体内侧,都是在浇注料独立发挥作用,锚固件之间缺乏有效弹性连接,从而引起形成的窑口内衬难以形成附着在窑壁上的整体结构,随着窑径加大,窑速加快,窑口周期性的受压和受拉作用加剧,回转窑运行中容易产生机械变形,耐火浇注料承受的径向剪切应力的破坏也更大,浇注料作为一种脆性材料,更容易开裂剥落,造成使用寿命无法保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种窑口抗剥落浇注料及其使用方法,解决了现有技术中前窑口的耐火材料在使用过程中,除了要承受1400℃以上高温以外,还需要承受急冷、急热气流冲击,高温水泥熟料磨损和高温有害气体碱腐蚀等机械应力、热应力和化学侵蚀的破坏,使用条件十分苛刻,窑口内衬抗热震性差、易开裂剥落,锚固件通过焊接方式连接到筒体内侧,都是在浇注料独立发挥作用,锚固件之间缺乏有效弹性连接,从而引起形成的窑口内衬难以形成附着在窑壁上的整体结构,随着窑径加大,窑速加快,窑口周期性的受压和受拉作用加剧,回转窑运行中容易产生机械变形,耐火浇注料承受的径向剪切应力的破坏也更大,浇注料作为一种脆性材料,更容易开裂剥落,造成使用寿命无法保证的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种窑口抗剥落浇注料,由以下原料按质量份数制备而成:56-78份钛酸铝,6-10份锂辉石,10-15份分散性氧化铝粉,3-6份铁铝酸钙粉,0.01-0.03份聚丙烯纤维,0.01-0.03份分散剂以及4-6份复合溶胶。
进一步地,所述钛酸铝包括粒度为8-5mm、5-3mm、3-1mm、1-0mm四种规格,各种规格的质量份数为粒度8-5mm的钛酸铝18-25份,粒度5-3mm的钛酸铝12-18份,粒度3-1mm的钛酸铝8-12份,粒度1-0mm的钛酸铝18-23份。
进一步地,所述锂辉石的筛分粒度不大于200目。
进一步地,所述钛酸铝中Al2O3的质量百分含量不小于52%,TiO2的质量百分含量不小于38%,MgO的质量百分含量为1-4%。
进一步地,所述锂辉石中SiO2的质量百分含量不小于60%,Al2O3的质量百分含量不小于25%,Li2O的质量百分含量不小于7%。
进一步地,所述复合溶胶中Al2O3的质量百分含量不小于15%,SiO2的质量百分含量不小于10%,ZrO2的质量百分含量不小于3%。
本发明还提供一种窑口抗剥落浇注料的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.在窑口筒体内衬上焊接直径为10mm的耐热钢,耐热钢分别按纵向和径向进行布置,间距15-20cm,高度为浇注层厚度的2/3;
S2.在耐热钢表面涂覆焦油;
S3.模具支护;
S4.将钛酸铝,锂辉石,分散性氧化铝粉,铁铝酸钙粉,聚丙烯纤维,分散剂以及复合溶胶按比例配好后,混合搅拌均匀倒入模具中进行浇注成型;
S5.脱模养护,升温烘烤,投入使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、采用了膨胀系数低的钛酸铝和锂辉石作为制备抗剥落浇注料的主要原料,极大的提高了浇注料的抗热震性,避免了因温度波动而造成的开裂和剥落现象。
2、采用人工合成的钛酸铝作为原料,钛酸铝以氧化镁作为稳定剂,能够避免钛酸铝在使用条件下的分解,从而可以更好的发挥钛酸铝材料的性能特点。
3、锂辉石具有较低的膨胀系数,也能够提高浇注料的抗热震和抗剥落性能。
4、分散性氧化铝粉在浇注料中能够起到减水分散作用,有利于提高浇注料的流动性。
5、铁铝酸钙粉作为结合剂也能够对钛酸铝起到稳定作用。
6、复合溶胶一方面可以起到结合作用,另一方面在浇注料中能够形成锆莫来石结合相,进一步增强窑口浇注料的强度和抗剥落性。
7、在浇注料中设置径向和纵向耐热钢,能够起到骨架作用,增强了窑口浇注料结构的整体性,能够抵抗筒体变形而产生的拉应力、压应力和剪应力,具有良好的使用效果。
8、耐热钢高度设置为浇注层厚度的2/3,保证了窑口浇注料能够与大窑砖的使用寿命保持基本一致。
9、在耐热钢表面涂覆焦油一方面防止了耐热钢在使用温度下产生氧化,另一方面焦油形成的涂层能够起到应力缓冲作用,提高了浇注料与耐热钢之间的结合韧性。
本发明在材质方面采用膨胀系数低的材料作原料,在结构方面设置了纵向和径向布置的耐热钢,综合整体提高了窑口浇注料的抗剥落效果。

S1.在窑口筒体内衬上焊接直径为10mm的耐热钢,耐热钢分别按纵向和径向进行布置,间距18cm,高度为浇注层厚度的2/3;
S2.在耐热钢表面涂覆焦油;
S3.模具支护;
S4.将窑口抗剥落浇注料倒入模具中进行浇注成型;
S5.脱模养护,升温烘烤,投入使用。
对实施例1-实施例4所制备的一种窑口抗剥落浇注料进行性能测试如表1所示。

由此可见,本发明制得的窑口抗剥落浇注料极大的提高了浇注料的抗热震性,避免了因温度波动而造成的开裂和剥落现象,具有较高的强度以及耐磨性,提高使用寿命。

1.一种窑口抗剥落浇注料,其特征在于,由以下原料按质量份数制备而成:56-78份钛酸铝,6-10份锂辉石,10-15份分散性氧化铝粉,3-6份铁铝酸钙粉,0.01-0.03份聚丙烯纤维,0.01-0.03份分散剂以及4-6份复合溶胶,所述复合溶胶中Al2O3的质量百分含量不小于15%,SiO2的质量百分含量不小于10%,ZrO2的质量百分含量不小于3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种窑口抗剥落浇注料,其特征在于,所述钛酸铝包括粒度为8-5mm、5-3mm、3-1mm、1-0mm四种规格,各种规格的质量份数为粒度8-5mm的钛酸铝18-25份,粒度5-3mm的钛酸铝12-18份,粒度3-1mm的钛酸铝8-12份,粒度1-0mm的钛酸铝18-23份。
