Preferably, the swing axis of the swing seat 45 is perpendicular to the central axis 41. Therefore, the swinging shaft of the swinging seat 45 is approximately parallel to the grinding plane, and the grinding operation can be better carried out on the plane to be ground.
Preferably, the roller is a needle roller bearing 452, and a roller shaft of the needle roller bearing 452 is mounted on the driving swing rod 451 in a threaded locking manner. Thus, the needle roller bearing 452 can ensure the smoothness of the roller on the slide rail 441, and ensure that the swing seat 45 can swing better along with the rotation of the housing 42.
Preferably, the differential mechanism includes a first external gear 431, a second external gear 432, and an internal gear 433; the first external gear 431 is connected to the central shaft 41 by a spline, and the second external gear 432 is fixedly connected to the track block 44 and is coaxially disposed with the central shaft 41; is eccentrically arranged with the central shaft 41 through an external gear ring and is simultaneously in meshed connection with the first external gear 431 and the second external gear 432; the first external gear 431 and the second external gear 432 have different numbers of teeth. Through the mutual matching of the first external gear 431, the second external gear 432 and the internal gear 433, the rotation speed between the second external gear and the second external gear 432 is caused to be different, so that the rotation speed of the track block 44 relative to the shell 42 is far less than the rotation speed of the shell 42 relative to the shell. Further, when the swing seats 45 swing, the grinding block mounting seats 453 of two adjacent swing seats 45 move closer to or away from each other. And two adjacent swing seats 45 change back and forth between the inner splayed state and the outer splayed state.
Preferably, the number of teeth of the first and second external gears 431 and 432 differs by 1 tooth. Thus, for example, the first external gear 431 has 35 teeth and the second external gear 432 has 36 teeth, so that after the arrangement, the housing 42 needs to rotate 36 times, and the track block 44 rotates 1 time relative to the housing 42.
Preferably, a water passage 221 is formed through the center shaft 41 along the center shaft 41, and a flange joint 411 connected to a lower end of the inner shaft 22 is formed at an upper end of the center shaft 41. When the polishing head is used for polishing, water needs to be sprayed to a polishing plane to improve polishing effect and reduce dust, and the polishing head is more compact in structure and can move along with the movement of the position of the polishing head 4 in a central hole water injection mode.
Compared with the prior art, the seat body 1 formed by integral casting is adopted, so that the integral stability is improved, and the processing quality is ensured.

Claims (4)

1. An easy-maintenance polishing host machine is characterized by comprising a seat body, a main shaft, a grinding head and a driving motor; the main shaft is rotatably arranged on the seat body, the driving motor is fixedly arranged on the seat body to drive the main shaft to rotate, and the grinding head is arranged at the lower end of the main shaft; the seat body is formed by machining after casting;
the base body comprises a supporting frame, a central cylinder and a motor mounting seat which are integrally connected, the central cylinder is formed in the middle of the supporting frame, and the main shaft is rotatably connected in the central cylinder; the motor mounting seat is connected to the upper end of the supporting frame and is suspended outside the supporting frame; an installation binding surface is formed on the outer side wall of the support frame below the motor installation seat, and a support clamping groove is formed at the upper end of the installation binding surface;
the spindle comprises an outer shaft barrel and an inner shaft, the outer shaft barrel is rotatably connected with the central barrel, a spline sleeve is arranged in the outer shaft barrel, an inner spline is formed on the inner wall of the spline sleeve, an outer spline is arranged outside the inner shaft, and the inner shaft is connected with the spline sleeve through the spline and can slide along the axial direction of the outer shaft barrel; the upper end of the outer shaft is connected with a driven wheel, and the driven wheel is connected with a driving wheel on an output shaft of the driving motor through a transmission part;
the upper part of the inner shaft is connected with a lifting device for driving the inner shaft to lift; the lifting device comprises a driving seat, a lifting oil cylinder and an oil cylinder mounting seat; the driving seat is rotatably connected with the inner shaft, the oil cylinder mounting seat is arranged on the seat body, the lifting oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the oil cylinder mounting seat, and the lower end of a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the driving seat;
a four-corner contact bearing connected with the driving seat is arranged at the upper end of the inner shaft, an upper cover plate is arranged above the four-corner contact bearing, a spacer sleeve sleeved on the inner shaft is arranged below the four-corner contact bearing, and a lower cover plate is arranged below the spacer sleeve; a pipeline mounting plate is arranged between the oil cylinder mounting seat and the seat body, a through hole is formed in the middle of the pipeline mounting plate, and a first flange higher than the upper surface of the pipeline mounting plate is formed at the edge of the through hole; the lower cover plate is downwards provided with a second flange; the outer diameter of the first flange is smaller than the inner diameter of the second flange.
2. The easy-to-maintain grinding host machine according to claim 1, wherein an electromagnetic valve for driving and controlling the lift cylinder is arranged in the supporting frame, and the electromagnetic valve is connected with the lift cylinder through a pipeline.
3. The easy-to-maintain grinding host machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lubricating shaft sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the inner cavity of the outer shaft cylinder, and the inner wall of the lubricating shaft sleeve is in abutting contact with the outer wall of the inner shaft.

The easy-to-maintain grinding host machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower support bearing for supporting the outer shaft cylinder is arranged at the lower part of the central cylinder, and a sealing end cover is arranged below the lower support bearing; a lubricating oil channel communicated with an installation cavity of a bearing seat of the lower support bearing is arranged in the central cylinder; an oil supply device is arranged in the supporting frame and communicated with the lubricating oil channel through a pipeline.
