本発明は、水中モータにおける、ステータコアの回り止め構造に関するものである。

【従来技術とその問題点】
モータ駆動時の反力によりステータコアが回転することを防止する手段として、従来は例えば図7に示すよう、モータフレーム11の外周面からドリル穿孔された貫通孔Hより、ステータコア12内へ達する有底孔S1へピン15を打込んで、その後部に溶接を施したり、防水のためのシール剤を充填している。また、図8に示すよう、モータフレーム11の外周面から穿設された貫通孔Hより、ステータコア12内へ達する有底ねじ孔S2へゴムリングを介してボルト25を螺装させることもある。

しかしこのような構造では加工および組立作業に手数が掛って非能率であるばかりでなく、水中で使用される回転機器の原動機とされる水中モータにおいては、貫通孔Hからの浸水に不安が残る。

【発明の目的】
本発明の目的は、モータフレーム外周面から貫通孔を穿設することを必要とせず、作業性と防水性に優れた水中モータにおけるステータコアの回り止め構造を提供することにある。

【発明の構成】
本発明に係る水中モータにおけるステータコアの回り止め構造では、ステータコアの外周面にキー溝を縦設し、モータフレームの反負荷側端縁には内周面から導出された窩溝を横設し、キー溝に嵌挿されるキーの後端部を上記窩溝内へ係止する外向きの係止爪に形成し、キー溝の後端部と窩溝の内端部とが直交状に連なるようにステータコアをモータフレーム内へ圧入し、キー溝に嵌挿されたキーの後端部の係止爪を窩溝内へ係止させ、モーターフレームの反負荷側端縁に蓋装されるヘッドカバーの接合縁に上記係止爪の後面が当接しないように隙間を設けて対向させた。

以下実施例の図1ないし図6により説明をする。

1はモータフレーム、3はモータフレーム1の内周面と嵌合するステータコアであり、その外周面にはキー溝2が縦設されている。4はキー溝2に嵌挿されるキーであり、その後端部が後記窩溝6内へ係止する外向きの係止爪5に形成されている。モータフレーム1の反負荷側端縁には内周面から導出された窩溝6が横設されている。そして該窩溝6の内端部と上記キー溝2の後端部とが直交状に連なるように、ステータスコア3をモータフレーム1内へ圧入し、キー溝2に嵌挿されたキー4の後端部の係止爪5を窩溝6内へ係止させ、ヘッドカバー7の接合縁に係止爪5の後端面が当接しないように隙間を設けて対向させた態様で、ボルト締め等によりモータフレーム1の反負荷側端縁と結合させる。

【発明の効果】
本発明構造の利点を列挙すれば次の通りである。

従来のようにモータフレーム外周面からの貫通孔の穿設を必要としないため、作業性および防水性に優れている。

ステータコアの圧入後にキーの嵌挿を行えるため、テーパーキーを用いるなどで、ステータコアの回り止めと同時にその抜け防止効果を伴うことになる。

水中モータの組立時にはキー後端面の係止爪後面が当接しないように隙間を設けて、ヘッドカバーの接合縁に対向させることで防水性を確保しながらキー脱落防止効果を生じる。

ステータコアの回り止めの係止爪を係止させる窩溝は、極短小なもので足りるため、加工性は良好である。

ヘッドカバーを取外した状態でキーの嵌挿状態を簡単に視認でき且つキーおよびステータコアの装脱も容易で、メンテナンス性に優れている。
