背景技术
空气净化剂是指具有去除气体污染物的产品。当前,市场上空气净化剂主要有吸附型、遮盖型除味型和催化分解型三大类,去除目标主要针对的是针对异味、苯类、TVOC等有害分子,其抗菌效果大多较低,且甲醛清除效果往往不理想。于此同时,以抗生素为代表的抗菌药物的滥用已经成为世界医疗行业的突出问题,亟需发展新型高效抗菌药物。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种葫芦脲空气净化剂,兼具有甲醛清除、TVOC去除、除异味、广谱抗菌等多种功能,属于绿色环保的复合型空气净化剂。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种葫芦脲空气净化剂,其质量配比如下:葫芦脲1-10份、天蚕素1-5份、阳离子表面活性剂0.5-2份、聚乙二醇1-5份和水100份。
所述葫芦脲采用葫芦脲[5]、葫芦脲[6]、葫芦脲[7]、葫芦脲[8]、葫芦脲[9]、葫芦脲[10]中的一种或几种;
所述阳离子表面活性剂采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐、松香基单季铵盐、辛烷基聚氧乙烯基十六烷基氯化铵、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种;
所述聚乙二醇的分子量为200-10000。
所述葫芦空气净化剂的制备方法,包括:依次将离子表面活性剂和葫芦脲加入到水中,搅拌溶解得到澄清溶液;将天蚕素加入并搅拌溶解,逐步加入有机酸调节pH至酸性;加入聚乙二醇搅拌充分,得到葫芦脲空气净化剂。
所述有机酸采用酒石酸、醋酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸的一种或几种。
所述pH为3-6。
葫芦脲是由n个苷脲单元连接成的穴状分子,常称为葫芦脲[n],其中n数值范围通常为5-10。葫芦脲结构形状似葫芦,两端有开口空腔,空腔内呈疏水性,外表面呈强极性;该结构能够内部空穴疏水结构包裹苯、烷烃等疏水性分子,同时极性表面强力结合有机酸、氨、酰胺、酮、甲醛等极性分子,达到高效空气净化的目的。
天蚕素是一类具有抗菌活性的碱性多肽物质,具有强碱性、热稳定性、广谱抗菌等特点,是从天蚕蛹中分离得到的含有37-39个氨基酸残基的抗菌肽,具有广谱抗菌性,通过与细菌细胞膜作用,在膜上形成跨膜的离子通道,破坏膜完整性,造成细菌死亡。
从以上描述可以看出,本发明具备以下优点:
1.本发明提供的葫芦脲空气净化剂环保安全、雾化效果好、甲醛清除效率高、除异味效果好、TVOC去除率高,适用于室内、车内、办公室等密闭空间中甲醛的清除空气净化,且具有优异的抗菌性能。
2.本发明利用葫芦脲疏水空腔包裹苯、烷烃等疏水性分子,利用葫芦脲极性表面强力键合有机酸、氨、酰胺、酮、甲醛等极性分子,达到高效空气净化的目的。
3.本发明中添加阳离子表面活性剂的目的是为了提高葫芦脲溶解性;添加天蚕素是为了赋予空气净化剂抗菌性能;有机酸的目的是为了调节甲醛清除剂pH值,使天蚕素充分质子化,进一步提升其抗菌性能;添加聚乙二醇的目的是为了改善空气净化剂的喷雾效果。

首先,称取0.5克十六烷基三甲基溴化铵加入到100克水中搅拌溶解,加入1克葫芦脲[5]搅拌至完全溶解;然后,加入1克天蚕素搅拌至溶解,并用酒石酸调节溶液pH值3;最后,加入1克分子量为200的聚乙二醇搅拌至澄清溶液,得到空气净化剂S1。
实施例2
将实施例1中“0.5克十六烷基三甲基溴化铵”改为“0.8克十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐”,“1克葫芦脲[5]”改为“3克葫芦脲[6]”,其它同实施例1,得到空气净化剂S2。
实施例3
首先,称取1克松香基单季铵盐加入到100克水中搅拌溶解,加入5克葫芦脲[8]搅拌至完全溶解;然后,加入3克天蚕素搅拌至溶解,并用醋酸调节溶液pH值4;最后,加入2克分子量为1000的聚乙二醇搅拌至澄清溶液,得到空气净化剂S3。
实施例4
将实施例3中“醋酸”改为“苹果酸”,“2克分子量为5000的聚乙二醇”改为“3克分子量为5000的聚乙二醇”,其它同实施例3,得到空气净化剂S4。
实施例5
首先,称取2克辛烷基聚氧乙烯基十六烷基氯化铵加入到100克水中搅拌溶解,加入10克葫芦脲[10]搅拌至完全溶解;然后,加入5克天蚕素搅拌至溶解,并用醋酸调节溶液pH值6;最后,加入5克分子量为10000的聚乙二醇搅拌至澄清溶液,得到空气净化剂S5。

以“QB/T 2761-2006室内空气净化产品净化效果测定方法”测定TVOC清除率,测试过程在空气试验舱(0.9m×0.9m×1.85m)中进行,喷涂实施样和对比样后放置时间24小时取样测试,具体测试结果如下:
上表表明:葫芦脲空气净化剂对空气中TVOC分子具有很好的清除效果,在24小时内可以达到90%以上高去除效率。
抗菌性能检测
首先将30微升大肠杆菌菌体与2.97毫升实验室培养基混合,37℃,250转速孵育6小时。然后,通过稀释得到浓度为1 106菌落形成单位/毫升的菌悬液。以大肠杆菌为模型菌,验证了葫芦脲空气净化剂的抗菌作用。将150毫克葫芦脲空气净化剂置于1.5毫升离心管中。然后将100微升准备好的菌液加入离心管中,与葫芦脲空气净化剂接触。取出菌液20微升,滴于琼脂平板上,分散均匀,37℃孵育24小时。收集大肠杆菌。其中,图1中(a)为实验对照组,(b)加入2毫克/毫升实施例1,(c)加入2.0毫克/毫升的实施例3,(d)加入2.0毫克/毫升的对比例2的大肠杆菌抗菌性能。该图表明葫芦脲空气净化剂具有良好的抗菌性能。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明提供的葫芦脲空气净化剂环保安全、雾化效果好、甲醛清除效率高、除异味效果好、TVOC去除率高,适用于室内、车内、办公室等密闭空间中甲醛的清除空气净化,且具有优异的抗菌性能。
2.本发明利用葫芦脲疏水空腔包裹苯、烷烃等疏水性分子,利用葫芦脲极性表面强力键合有机酸、氨、酰胺、酮、甲醛等极性分子,达到高效空气净化的目的。
3.本发明中添加阳离子表面活性剂的目的是为了提高葫芦脲溶解性;添加天蚕素是为了赋予空气净化剂抗菌性能;有机酸的目的是为了调节甲醛清除剂pH值,使天蚕素充分质子化,进一步提升其抗菌性能;添加聚乙二醇的目的是为了改善空气净化剂的喷雾效果。
可以理解的是,以上关于本发明的具体描述,仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换,以达到相同的技术效果;只要满足使用需要,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:其质量配比如下:葫芦脲1-10份、天蚕素1-5份、阳离子表面活性剂0.5-2份、聚乙二醇1-5份和水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:所述葫芦脲采用葫芦脲[5]、葫芦脲[6]、葫芦脲[7]、葫芦脲[8]、葫芦脲[9]、葫芦脲[10]中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:所述阳离子表面活性剂采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐、松香基单季铵盐、辛烷基聚氧乙烯基十六烷基氯化铵、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇的分子量为200-10000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:所述葫芦空气净化剂的制备方法,包括:依次将离子表面活性剂和葫芦脲加入到水中,搅拌溶解得到澄清溶液;将天蚕素加入并搅拌溶解,逐步加入有机酸调节pH至酸性;加入聚乙二醇搅拌充分,得到葫芦脲空气净化剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:所述有机酸采用酒石酸、醋酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的葫芦脲空气净化剂,其特征在于:所述pH为3-6。
