1)破碎:将大蒜去皮,洗净,加入无水乙醇浸没大蒜,然后冷冻处理,取出大蒜立即粉碎,得大蒜浆;
2)发酵:向大蒜浆中加入白砂糖溶液,混合均匀,加入乳酸菌,恒温发酵;

Claims (8)

1.一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于,各组分按其质量百分比计为:大蒜素:1%-35%、黄芩:1%-10%、知母:1%-15%、黄柏:1%-5%、栝楼:1%-5%、天竺黄:1%-15%、桑白皮:1%-5%、蒲公英:1%-2%、麦冬:1%-5%、生地黄:1%-15%、沙参:1%-8%、厚朴:1%-5%、炙甘草:1%-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于:所述大蒜素的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)破碎:将大蒜去皮,洗净,加入无水乙醇浸没大蒜,然后冷冻处理,取出大蒜立即粉碎,得大蒜浆;
2)发酵:向大蒜浆中加入白砂糖溶液,混合均匀,加入乳酸菌,恒温发酵;
3)提取:向发酵大蒜浆中加入无水乙醇,边搅拌边缓慢加入,混匀后,震荡后进行离心处理,将提取液浓缩至体积不变,得大蒜素。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中大蒜破碎的粒径为85-95目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于:所述步骤1)大蒜去皮清洁后需通过紫外线杀菌灯由上至下照射5-8小时。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中的乳酸菌为保加利亚乳杆菌或酸酪乳杆菌中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中白砂糖溶液的质量分数为9%-11%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂,其特征在于:所述知母∶黄柏∶栝楼的比例为1∶1∶1。
8.一种抗冠状病毒的大蒜素相关制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、按所述质量百分比分别称取大蒜素、黄芩、知母、黄柏、栝楼、天竺黄、桑白皮、蒲公英、麦冬、生地黄、沙参、厚朴和炙甘草备用;
S2、然后对步骤S1中的物料进行混合搅拌,然后将混合后的物料溶于蒸馏水水中,形成水相;备用;
S3、加热混合液至50-70℃后以300-400rmp的转速搅拌混合液60-120min,形成溶液。
