本发明涉及食品,具体涉及一种法制枸杞子及其制备方法。
背景技术
枸杞,始载于《神农本草经》,列为“上品”。近年来,枸杞子作为药食同源之品深受民众喜爱,但部分人群在服用枸杞子的过程中易出现“上火”症状,制约其日常服用。
“上火”属于传统的中医学术语,一般指体内阴阳失衡导致的目赤、口舌生疮、咽痛、口干、口腔溃疡、牙龈肿痛、便秘、尿赤等临床表现。
有研究表明,服用枸杞子引起“上火”的情况在617例调查对象中有161例服用枸杞子后出现“上火”现象,占26.09%。单独服用枸杞子的“上火”比例为27.63%,配伍服用枸杞子的“上火”比例为22.37%,说明单独服用枸杞子和配伍服用枸杞子都会出现“上火”现象,而单独服用枸杞子“上火”趋势更高。单独使用枸杞子出现“上火”现象的人群年龄更小,单独使用枸杞子剂量越大越容易“上火”。
服用枸杞子引起“上火”最常表现为口干咽干74例(11.99%)、鼻出血70例(11.35%)、咽喉肿痛46例(7.46%),其次为小便黄赤45例(7.29%)、口腔溃疡37例(5.99%)、牙龈肿痛37例(5.99%)、大便干燥28例(4.54%)、心烦气急24例(3.89%)。
中医体质学认为,湿热体质或脾虚体质的人群容易出现“上火”症状。枸杞子甘甜滋腻,宜助湿生滞,湿滞则生郁,郁久则化火。如果是湿热体质的人群,服用枸杞子后因其滋腻之性进一步加重湿热症状。如果是脾虚的人群服用枸杞子以后,有可能会进一步影响脾胃的运化功能,生湿生痰,郁而化热而出现上火的症状。所以要用枸杞子补益,必先防其滋腻之偏性。
本发明产品法制枸杞子,由枸杞子配伍豆蔻、薄荷、甘草制成,其中豆蔻芳香醒脾、行气通滞消胀;薄荷辛凉清热;甘草补脾益气、清热解毒、调和诸药;如此可以消除枸杞子滋腻之副作用,调和脾胃,使其补而不滞,不容易产生“上火”症状。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种法制枸杞子,其加工过程及最终产品中不会使用和添加任何化学成分,为消费者提供一种不上火、更安全、更方便、更合理的枸杞产品,可减少和防止枸杞服用过程中的不良反应和副作用。本发明另外一个目的是提供法制枸杞子的制备方法。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种法制枸杞子,其特征在于,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子15-20份、豆蔻0.5-1份、薄荷0.6-1.2份、甘草2-6份。
作为优选方案,以上所述的法制枸杞子,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子18-20份,豆蔻0.8-1份、薄荷0.8-1.2份、甘草4-5份。
作为更优选方案,以上所述的法制枸杞子,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子20份、豆蔻1份、薄荷1.2份、甘草5份。
本发明所述的法制枸杞子,所述的枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实;所述的豆蔻为姜科植物白豆蔻的干燥成熟果实;所述的薄荷为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥茎叶或地上全草;所述的甘草为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根及根茎;
一种法制枸杞子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按处方用量比例,取豆蔻,剥去外皮,研磨成粗粉;
(2)按处方用量比例,取薄荷,研磨成粗粉;
(3)取步骤(1)所得豆蔻粗粉、步骤(2)薄荷粗粉,用体积浓度70%-90%乙醇浸泡15-30天,过滤,取浸泡液;
(4)按处方用量比例,取甘草,加水煎煮,过滤,取煎煮液,浓缩成比重1.20~1.25的甘草膏;
(5)取步骤(3)所得豆蔻和薄荷浸泡液与步骤(4)甘草膏混合均匀;
(6)按处方用量比例,取枸杞子,均匀喷洒步骤(5)所得均匀膏液,干燥,得法制枸杞子。
一种法制枸杞子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(4)取步骤(1)所得豆蔻细粉、步骤(2)薄荷细粉,与步骤(3)甘草膏混合均匀;
(5)按处方用量比例,取枸杞子,置真空浸渍罐中,抽气使真空度达到50-100Pa,关闭真空阀,在保持真空和转动下喷洒入步骤(4)所得混合膏液,使膏液均匀分布和渗入枸杞子,然后破除真空,取出制干,制得法制枸杞子。
有益效果:本发明提供的法制枸杞子和常规枸杞子相比具有以下优点:
(1)本发明采用豆蔻、薄荷、甘草制备法制枸杞子,克服了枸杞子服用容易“上火”的副作用,服用更安全,补而不滞,滋补作用更好。
(2)本发明产品采用古法制备,整个加工过程不添加任何化学护色、防腐剂等,采用纯物理的低温真空熬炼工艺,不损害甘草的营养活性成分。
(3)本发明产品采用冷冻粉碎工艺,不损害豆蔻、薄荷的辛香成分。

1、一种法制枸杞子,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子200g,豆蔻10g、薄荷10g、甘草50g。
2、所述的法制枸杞子由下列方法制备得到:
(1)取豆蔻10g,剥去外皮,研磨成粗粉;
(2)取薄荷叶10g,研磨成粗粉;
(3)取豆蔻粗粉、薄荷叶粗粉,用70%-90%乙醇浸泡15-30天,滤取浸泡液;

选取40例年龄40~60岁,平均年龄52.6岁的人群,分为二组,第一组每天正常服用市售枸杞子,每天15g,第二组每天服用本发明实施例1的法制枸杞子,每天15g,连续服用15天,第一组有8个参与人员出现嘴角上火或舌根上火和大便干症状,而本发明实施例1没有人出现上火,继续服用1个月,未出现上火不良反应,可长期食用。
以上实施方式只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本发明内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种法制枸杞子,其特征在于,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:
枸杞子15-20份、豆蔻0.5-1份、薄荷0.6-1.2份、甘草2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的法制枸杞子,其特征在于,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子18-20份、豆蔻0.8-1份、薄荷0.8-1.0份、甘草4-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的法制枸杞子,其特征在于,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子20份、豆蔻1份、薄荷1.2份、甘草5份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的法制枸杞子,其特征在于,所述的枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实;所述的豆蔻为姜科植物白豆蔻或爪哇白豆蔻的干燥成熟果实;所述的薄荷为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥茎叶或地上全草;所述的甘草为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根及根茎。
5.一种法制枸杞子的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取豆蔻,剥去外皮,研磨成粗粉;
(2)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取薄荷,研磨成粗粉;
(3)取步骤(1)所得豆蔻粗粉、步骤(2)薄荷粗粉,用体积浓度70%-90%乙醇浸泡15-30天,过滤,取浸泡液;
(4)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取甘草,加水煎煮,过滤,取煎煮液,浓缩成比重1.20~1.25的甘草膏;
(5)取步骤(3)所得豆蔻和薄荷浸泡液与步骤(4)甘草膏混合均匀;
(6)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取枸杞子,均匀喷洒步骤(5)所得均匀膏液,干燥,得法制枸杞子。
6.一种法制枸杞子的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取豆蔻,剥去外皮,冷冻粉碎成细粉;
(2)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取薄荷,冷冻粉碎成细粉;
(3)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取甘草,加水煎煮,过滤,取煎煮液,浓缩成比重1.20~1.25的甘草膏;
(4)取步骤(1)所得豆蔻细粉、步骤(2)薄荷细粉,与步骤(3)甘草膏混合均匀;
(5)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取枸杞子,与步骤(4)所得均匀膏液混合均匀,干燥得法制枸杞子。
7.一种法制枸杞子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取豆蔻,剥去外皮,冷冻粉碎成细粉;
(2)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取薄荷,冷冻粉碎成细粉;
(3)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取甘草,加水煎煮,滤取煎煮液,浓缩成比重1.0~1.25的甘草膏;
(4)取步骤(1)所得豆蔻细粉、步骤(2)薄荷细粉,与步骤(3)甘草膏混合均匀;
(5)按权利要求1~3任一项所述处方用量比例,取枸杞子,置真空浸渍罐中,抽气使真空度达到50-100Pa,关闭真空阀,在保持真空和转动下喷洒入步骤(4)所得混合膏液,使膏液均匀分布和渗入枸杞子,然后破除真空,取出制干,制得法制枸杞子。
