机油滤纸是机油滤清器中的关键组成部件,决定着机油过滤器的性能,机油滤纸通常包括用普通木浆为主要成分制成的一种纸质过滤层。这种纸质滤纸其本身极易因吸收发生潮解,结构强度较低,易发生破损,耐用性较差。且由于机械部件长时间工作时,易在机油中积存较多的铁磁性杂质,这些铁磁性杂质对发动机等机械部件的危害性较大,现有的机油滤纸难以满足对机油中铁磁性杂质进行过滤的需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种机油滤纸制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种机油滤纸制作工艺,包括下列步骤:
步骤一:通过熔喷机构熔喷得到无纺布层;
步骤二:在无纺布层未完全凝固定型时,通过洒布机构向无纺布层上洒布吸水珠和磁粉;
步骤三:通过冷却机构对无纺布进行冷却定型;
步骤四:通过开孔机构在完成降温定型的无纺布上开设通孔,得到无纺布中心层;
步骤五:在无纺布中心层的两侧覆盖过滤纸,并在过滤纸一侧涂覆防护树脂,得到机油滤纸。

洒布机构包括珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7,防护箱3顶部的两侧均开设有上料口,两个上料口的底部分别与珠体洒布器6的进料口和粉料洒布器7进料口对应设置,两个上料口的内壁均铰接有盖板8,通过设置上料口和盖板8,使得对珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7的补料操作更加方便;熔喷头5、珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7分别设置于三个工作腔的内部;通过珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7分别进行吸水珠21和磁粉的洒布,由于洒布时无纺布还未完全冷却定型,因此洒布出的吸水珠21和磁粉能够很好的与无纺布粘连嵌合,不易分离。
通过调节件对熔喷机构和洒布机构的高度进行调节,调节件包括三个滑动架9,三个滑动架9的内壁均滑动连接有滑动板10,三个滑动板10的一侧分别与熔喷头5、珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7固定连接,滑动架9的中部螺纹连接有锁定螺栓,锁定螺栓的一端与滑动板10抵紧接触;使得熔喷头5、珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7三者的输出端与输送带2的间距可调,使得熔喷和散布的密度可调,使用灵活性更高。
冷却机构通过向无纺布层吹送气流实现对无纺布层的冷却,通过过滤件对进入冷却机构的空气进行过滤,通过冷却件对吹送的气流进行降温;冷却机构包括冷却箱11,冷却箱11内壁的中部固定连接有冷却风扇12,冷却箱11的顶部开设有过滤口,过滤件包括过滤网13,过滤网13固定连接于过滤口的内壁,冷却件包括制冷管14,制冷管14的中部弯曲盘绕设置与固定连接于冷却风扇12的下方,制冷管14的一端与外接制冷设备的输出端固定连接;通过冷却机构对无纺布进行快速的冷却定型,方便后续的开孔等加工操作。
开孔机构通过驱动开孔转辊15转动,利用开孔转辊15上开孔针17对无纺布层进行开孔操作;开孔机构包括转辊架16,转辊架16的内部转动连接有开孔转辊15,开孔转辊15的顶部固定连接有若干个均匀分布的开孔针17。
在进行开孔操作的同时,通过限位件对无纺布层进行限位,限位件包括两个限位卡板18,且两个限位卡板18对称设置并与转辊架16内壁两侧固定连接,两个限位卡板18的内壁均固定连接有若干个限位滚轮19,通过限位滚轮19对无纺布进行按压,避免开孔针17的开孔操作将无纺布牵拉带起,导致无纺布翻转折叠,影响后续加工。
防护树脂24包括以下重量份的原料:酚醛树脂20-30份、聚丙烯酸酯5-10份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2-5份、抗油剂0.5-1.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份。
本工艺制备得到的机油滤纸,包括无纺布中心层20,无纺布中心层20的内部嵌设有吸水珠21和磁粉,无纺布中心层20的中部开设有通口22,无纺布中心层20的两侧均固定连接有过滤纸23,两个过滤纸23的一侧均涂覆有防护树脂24;通过设置无纺布中心层20,提高机油滤纸整体的结构强度和耐水解能力,通过设置吸水珠21,减少两侧过滤纸23吸水潮解的概率;通过添加磁粉,提高机油滤纸对机油中铁磁性杂质的过滤吸附能力;通过在无纺布上开设通口22,提高机油的通过效率,减小因设置无纺布中心层20对机油过滤造成的阻碍。
本发明的工作原理:首先通过熔喷机构将无纺布原料熔喷至输送带2上,输送带2带动未完全凝固定型的无纺布经过珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7,由珠体洒布器6和粉料洒布器7分别向无纺布层上洒布吸水珠21和磁粉;而后输送带2继续带动无纺布移动至冷却箱11内,冷却风扇12启动箱无纺布上吹送气流,气流通过制冷管14后被降温,降温后气流对无纺布材料进行冷却定型;
冷却定型后的无纺布在通过转辊架16时,通过两个限位滚轮19对其进行按压限位,开孔转辊15转动,带动开孔针17在无纺布上开设出通口22;得到无纺布中心层20;通过外设的分离取料机构,将无纺布中心层20与输送带2分离;通过外设其他设备在无纺布中心层20的两侧覆盖过滤纸23,并在过滤纸23的一侧涂覆防护树脂24,得到机油滤纸。

Claims (9)

1.一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
步骤一:通过熔喷机构熔喷得到无纺布层;
步骤二:在无纺布层未完全凝固定型时,通过洒布机构向无纺布层上洒布吸水珠(21)和磁粉;
步骤三:通过冷却机构对无纺布进行冷却定型;
步骤四:通过开孔机构在完成降温定型的无纺布上开设通孔,得到无纺布中心层(20);
步骤五:在无纺布中心层(20)的两侧覆盖过滤纸(23),并在过滤纸(23)一侧涂覆防护树脂(24),得到机油滤纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,通过输送机构带动熔喷得到的无纺布层移动,所述洒布机构、冷却机构、开孔机构均设置于无纺布层移动路径上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,所述熔喷机构和洒布机构均设置于防护箱(3)内,并通过分隔件相互阻隔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,通过调节件对熔喷机构和洒布机构的高度进行调节。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,所述冷却机构通过向无纺布层吹送气流实现对无纺布层的冷却,通过过滤件对进入冷却机构的空气进行过滤,通过冷却件对吹送的气流进行降温。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,所述开孔机构通过驱动开孔转辊(15)转动,利用开孔转辊(15)上开孔针(17)对无纺布层进行开孔操作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,在进行开孔操作的同时,通过限位件对无纺布层进行限位。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,防护树脂(24)包括以下重量份的原料:酚醛树脂20-30份、聚丙烯酸酯5-10份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2-5份、抗油剂0.5-1.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种机油滤纸制作工艺,其特征在于,本工艺制备得到的机油滤纸,包括无纺布中心层(20),所述无纺布中心层(20)的内部嵌设有吸水珠(21)和磁粉,所述无纺布中心层(20)的中部开设有通口(22),所述无纺布中心层(20)的两侧均固定连接有过滤纸(23),两个所述过滤纸(23)的一侧均涂覆有防护树脂(24)。
