Abstract

本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆及其制作方法,与现有技术相比,该一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆采用三层结构,内层为由95‑80%的改性尼龙一和5‑20%的尼龙弹性体所组成的混合体,中间层为EVOH和粘合树脂,外层为改性尼龙二;所述的改性尼龙一由石墨烯、共聚尼龙、热稳定剂、相容剂一进行改性造粒而成;所述的改性尼龙二由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、尼龙6、润滑剂、相容剂二进行改性造粒而成,采用三层结构进行共挤出可以有效构阻隔氢气泄漏,提高了耐氢气的渗透性,尼龙改性一是石墨烯与尼龙的结合可以提高整体的耐热性,通过改性尼龙二以及尼龙弹性体可提高整体韧性,包括低温灌装氢气时的韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的Ⅳ型氢气瓶内胆采用一般尼龙材料制成,耐热性和韧性都较差,在使用中容易破裂造成漏气等问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中氢气瓶内胆所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆及其制作方法。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆采用三层结构,内层为由95-80%的改性尼龙一和5-20%的尼龙弹性体所组成的混合体,中间层为EVOH和粘合树脂,外层为改性尼龙二;所述的改性尼龙一由石墨烯、共聚尼龙、热稳定剂、相容剂一进行改性造粒而成;所述的改性尼龙二由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、尼龙(6)、润滑剂、相容剂二进行改性造粒而成。
所述的内层采用改性尼龙一和尼龙弹性体加热挤出成型。
所述的热稳定剂由抗氧剂和有机铜盐复配而成。
所述的所述的相容剂一为马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡(EPDM-gMAH);所述的相容剂二为酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA-g-MAH)。
一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆的制作方法,其特征在于:将外层、内层和中间层采用多层共挤技术或者采用挤出注塑方式制成。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆采用三层结构进行共挤出可以有效构阻隔氢气泄漏,提高了耐氢气的渗透性,尼龙改性一是石墨烯与尼龙的结合可以提高整体的耐热性,通过改性尼龙二以及尼龙弹性体可提高整体韧性,包括低温灌装氢气时的韧性。
具体实施方式:
本发明的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆采用三层结构,内层为由改性尼龙一和尼龙弹性体加热挤出成型,中间层为EVOH(乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物)和粘合树脂,外层为改性尼龙二。其中改性尼龙一为总质量的95-80%,尼龙弹性体为总质量的5-20%。改性尼龙一由石墨烯、共聚尼龙、热稳定剂、相容剂一进行改性造粒而成。其中热稳定剂由抗氧剂和有机铜盐复配而成,相容剂一为马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡(EPDM-gMAH)。
改性尼龙二由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、尼龙6、润滑剂、相容剂二进行改性造粒而成。其中相容剂二为酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA-g-MAH)。
本发明的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆将外层、内层和中间层采用多层共挤技术或者采用挤出注塑方式制成。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆采用三层结构进行共挤出可以有效构阻隔氢气泄漏,提高了耐氢气的渗透性,尼龙改性一是石墨烯与尼龙的结合可以提高整体的耐热性,通过改性尼龙二以及尼龙弹性体可提高整体韧性,包括低温灌装氢气时的韧性。

1.一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆,其特征在于:采用三层结构,内层为由95-80%的改性尼龙一和5-20%的尼龙弹性体所组成的混合体,中间层为EVOH和粘合树脂,外层为改性尼龙二;所述的改性尼龙一由石墨烯、共聚尼龙、热稳定剂、相容剂一进行改性造粒而成;所述的改性尼龙二由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、尼龙(6)、润滑剂、相容剂二进行改性造粒而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆,其特征在于:所述的内层采用改性尼龙一和尼龙弹性体加热挤出成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆,其特征在于:所述的热稳定剂由抗氧剂和有机铜盐复配而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种Ⅳ型氢气瓶热塑型内胆,其特征在于:所述的所述的相容剂一为马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡(EPDM-gMAH);所述的相容剂二为酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA-g-MAH)。
