技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于应用于电动车辆的电池的隔热装置。
背景技术
近来,关于使用二次电池作为用于驱动混合动力车辆或电动车辆的电源、或者利用其高能量密度特性的电力存储源的研究已经积极进行。
因此,在混合动力车辆或电动车辆中,二次电池以包括串联和/或并联的电连接的多个二次电池的电池单元的形式应用,作为容纳电池模块的电池组,所述电池模块在其内包括多个电池单元。
这种电池组的主要研究任务之一是提高电池组的安全性。例如,如果二次电池因电池单元中的内部短路、过充、过放电等原因发热,会发生电解液分解反应和热失控现象,并且电池内部压力迅速升高,从而导致电池单元爆炸。
当如上所述在电池单元中引起爆炸时,在相邻的电池单元中可能发生爆炸的二次点火,并且这种爆炸不仅损坏电池单元,还可能对用户造成致命的伤害。
因此,有必要开发一种可以提高电池模块和电池组的安全性的技术。
发明内容
本发明的实施方式旨在提供一种用于电池的隔热装置,通过将其应用于电池模块和电池组,可以有效地实现隔热性能。
根据实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置包括:第一覆盖层,所述第一覆盖层包括第一孔;第二覆盖层,所述第二覆盖层附接到所述第一覆盖层的一个表面并且包括第二孔;以及第三覆盖层,所述第三覆盖层设置在所述第二覆盖层上的与所述第一覆盖层附接的表面相对的表面上,其中,所述隔热装置内部可以包括隔热部,并且所述隔热部可以包括功能性填料。
隔热部中包括的功能性填料的填充密度可以在0.05g/cm3至0.20g/cm3的范围内。
第一覆盖层的平均厚度可以在10μm至50μm的范围内。
第一覆盖层可以包括聚酰亚胺(PI)膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜、环烯烃聚合物(COP)膜、流延聚丙烯(CPP)膜和尼龙膜中的至少一者。
第二覆盖层的平均厚度可以在10μm至50μm的范围内。
第二覆盖层可以包括铝和云母中的至少一者。
第三覆盖层的平均厚度可以在0.1mm至1.5mm的范围内。
第三覆盖层可以包括玻璃纤维、硅石棉、矿物棉、陶瓷棉、编织纤维和无纺布纤维中的至少一者。

密封部可以包括基于丙烯酸的粘合剂、基于硅的粘合剂、基于橡胶的粘合剂、聚对苯二甲酸酯碳酸酯粘合剂、PPA粘合剂(酸改性的聚丙烯)和PEA粘合剂(酸改性的聚乙烯)中的至少一者。
第一孔的平均直径可以小于或等于15μm。

对于100重量%的功能性填料,第二添加剂的含量可以在1重量%至20重量%的范围内。
根据另一实施方式的隔热装置包括如下隔热装置,该隔热装置包括包含第一覆盖层、第二覆盖层和第三覆盖层的两个或更多个外部材料,并且两个或更多个外部材料可以通过设置在第二覆盖层和第三覆盖层之间的粘合剂层附接。
粘合剂层可以包括聚酯膜、聚丙烯膜、聚氨酯膜、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)膜、聚烯烃膜、聚酰胺膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜和丙烯酸酯膜中的至少一者。
粘合剂层可以包括第三孔,并且第三孔可以与第一孔和第二孔一体形成。
根据该实施方式,当应用根据本实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置时,可以实现具有优异隔热性能的电池模块和电池组。
具体地,在本实施方式中,可以通过用功能性填料以高密度填充隔热部而不使用粘合剂来实现具有功能性填料固有的高隔热效果的隔热装置。

参照图1,根据实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置1000包括顺序堆叠的第一覆盖层10、第二覆盖层30和第三覆盖层30。
第一覆盖层10包括第一孔11。
第二覆盖层20附接到第一覆盖层10的一个表面并且包括第二孔21。
第三覆盖层30位于第二覆盖层20上的与第一覆盖层10所附接的表面相对的表面上。
此时,第三覆盖层30可以是附接第二覆盖层20的结构或者可以是不附接的结构。
隔热装置1000内部包括隔热部50,隔热部50包括功能性填料60。
在本实施方式中,隔热部50中包括的功能性填料60的填充密度可以为0.05g/cm3至0.20g/cm3,并且具体地,在0.10g/cm3至0.15g/cm3的范围内。
当功能性填料的填充密度满足0.05g/cm3时,可以确保优异的隔热性能。另外,当功能性填料的填充密度超过0.15g/cm3时,提高隔热性能的效果不明显,只是增加了功能性填料的用量,因此存在生产成本增加和经济性显著下降的问题。
第一覆盖层10的平均厚度可以在10μm至50μm的范围内,并且具体地,为15μm至30μm。当第一覆盖层的平均厚度超过50μm时,存在增加产品厚度而对隔热性能没有表现出更有利效果的问题。另外,可能存在形成在第一覆盖层中的第一孔和形成在第二覆盖层中的第二孔被堵塞的问题。此外,当第一覆盖层的平均厚度为小于或等于10μm时,存在无法保护第二覆盖层免受外部冲击的问题。
第一覆盖层10可以是用于保护本实施方式的隔热装置免受外部环境影响的外层。例如,第一覆盖层可以包括聚酰亚胺(PI)膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜、环烯烃聚合物(COP)膜、流延聚丙烯(CPP)膜和尼龙膜中的至少一者。.
第二覆盖层20的平均厚度可以在10μm至50μm的范围内,并且具体地,在20μm至40μm的范围内。当第二覆盖层的平均厚度超过50μm时,存在增加产品厚度而对隔热性能没有表现出更有利效果的问题。另外,可能存在形成在第一覆盖层中的第一孔和形成在第二覆盖层中的第二孔被堵塞的问题。另外,当第二覆盖层的平均厚度小于10μm时,存在难以保持隔热装置的形状的问题。此外,难以保护第三覆盖层和功能性填料免受外部热量的影响。
第二覆盖层阻隔热和火并保持隔热装置的形状。第二覆盖层可以包括例如铝和云母中的至少一者。
接下来,第三覆盖层30的平均厚度可以在0.1mm至1.5mm的范围内,具体地,在0.2mm至1.0mm的范围内。当第三覆盖层的平均厚度超过1.5mm时,功能性填料的填充空间减小,使得难以实现平均厚度小于2.0mm的隔热装置。另外,隔热装置的整体密度增加,从而增加了电池组的重量。
另外,当第三覆盖层的平均厚度小于0.1mm时,难以均匀地保持填充在隔热部中的粉末状的功能性填料。
第三覆盖层基本上由具有隔热性能的材料构成。因此,第三覆盖层用于保持隔热装置的形状以及隔热装置的隔热性能,并形成能够保持功能性填料的均匀分布状态的内部结构。
第三覆盖层可包括例如玻璃纤维、硅石棉、矿物棉、陶瓷棉、编织纤维和无纺布纤维中的至少一者。
因此,由于第三覆盖层由具有内部空隙的材料构成,因此在本实施方式中,填充在隔热部中的功能性填料可以位于第三覆盖层的空隙内。
另外,第三覆盖层可由密度在30g/m2至200g/m2范围内、更具体地在50g/m2至130g/m2范围内的材料构成。如果第三覆盖层的密度超过200g/m2,则隔热装置的整体密度增加,导致热传导增加,隔热效果可能变差。另外,可能增加电池组的重量。
另外,当第三覆盖层的密度小于30g/m2时,它不足以保持隔热装置的形状,且难以均匀地保持功能性填料。
在本实施方式中,隔热装置的平均厚度可以小于或等于4mm,更具体地,可以为1.0mm至3.5mm,或者在1.5mm至2.0mm的范围内。如果隔热装置的平均厚度小于1.0mm,则难以发挥隔热装置的功能。另外,如果隔热装置的平均厚度超过4mm,则存在隔热装置在电池组中占据的空间增加,且电池组的能量密度变差的问题。
同时,隔热装置1000包括包含第一覆盖层10、第二覆盖层20和第三覆盖层30的两个或更多个外部材料100,并且该两个或更多个外部材料可以通过位于第二覆盖层20的边界处的密封部40附接。
密封部可以包括例如基于丙烯酸的粘合剂、基于硅的粘合剂、基于橡胶的粘合剂、聚对苯二甲酸酯碳酸酯粘合剂、PPA粘合剂(酸改性的聚丙烯)和PEA粘合剂(酸改性的聚乙烯)中的至少一者。
接下来,第一覆盖层10中的第一孔11的平均直径可以小于或等于15μm,更具体地为1μm至10μm,或者在5μm至10μm的范围内。当第一孔的平均直径小于或等于15μm时,可以防止粉末型功能性填料泄漏到外部并确保透气性。具体地,由于第一孔用作热量可以移动通过的通道,因此可以进一步提高隔热装置的隔热效果。
另一方面,如果第一孔的平均直径小于1μm,则第一孔可能由于外部冲击而容易堵塞并且难以确保透气性。
第一覆盖层10包括多个第一孔11。
另外,第一孔之间的间隔可以小于或等于0.5cm,更具体地为0.3cm至0.5cm或在0.35cm至0.4cm的范围内。当第一孔之间的间隔满足该范围时,通风是顺畅的,且隔热装置在外部冲击下容易压缩或恢复,这有利于保持隔热部的形状。
第二孔的平均直径可以小于或等于15μm,更具体地,为1μm至10μm或在5μm至10μm的范围内。当第二孔的平均直径小于或等于15μm时,可以阻止粉末型功能性填料泄漏到外部并确保透气性。
具体地,由于第二孔用作热量可以行进通过的通道,因此可以进一步提高隔热装置的隔热效果。
另一方面,如果第二孔的平均直径小于1μm,则第一孔可能容易由于外部冲击而堵塞,而难以确保透气性。
第二覆盖层20包括多个第二孔21。
另外,第二孔之间的间隔可以小于或等于0.5cm,更具体地为0.3cm至0.5cm或在0.35cm至0.4cm的范围内。如果第二孔之间的间隔满足该范围,则通风是顺畅的,并且隔热装置可以在外部冲击下容易压缩或恢复,这有利于保持隔热部的形状。
在本实施方式中,第一孔和第二孔可以一体形成。
即,在第一覆盖层和第二覆盖层附接的状态下,可以通过单个过程形成中空的第一孔和第二孔。
同时,功能性填料60可以包括例如气凝胶粉末、气相二氧化硅和玻璃泡中的至少一者。
当气凝胶粉末填充功能性填料60时,基于100重量%的功能性填料,气凝胶粉末的含量可以包括在50重量%至100重量%、或80重量%至100重量%的范围内。当气凝胶粉末的含量满足该范围时,可以实现隔热性能提高的隔热装置。
功能性填料的平均粒径可以小于或等于100μm,更具体地为10μm至80μm,或在20μm至50μm的范围内。如果功能性填料的平均粒径满足该范围,则功能性填料可以均匀地分布在隔热部中,并且不会通过形成在第一覆盖层中的第一孔和形成在第二覆盖层中的第二孔泄漏出去。
在本实施方式中,隔热部50还可以包括第一添加剂。
第一添加剂可以包括二氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化铁(Fe2O3)和氧化铝(Al2O3)中的至少一者。
基于100重量%的功能性填料,第一添加剂的含量可以在1重量%至20重量%、或5重量%至15重量%的范围内。
当第一添加剂的含量满足该范围时,即使在高温环境下也可以通过抑制隔热装置的热导率的增加来进一步提高隔热性能。
隔热部50还可以包括第二添加剂。
第二添加剂可以包括氢氧化镁(MDH)、氢氧化铝(ATH)、硼酸锌、GREP-EG(石墨)和三氧化锑中的至少一者。
基于100重量%的功能性填料,第二添加剂的含量可以在1重量%至20重量%、或3重量%至10重量%的范围内。当第二添加剂的含量满足该范围时,当电池组发生火灾时,第二添加剂在燃烧过程中分解,释放出水分和例如氮气、氨气、二氧化碳的不燃性气体,从而冷却和稀释氧气,同时产生水,这可以延迟火灾。
图2是示意性地示出根据另一实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置的截面图。
参照图2,根据另一实施方式的隔热装置2000包括包含第一覆盖层10、第二覆盖层20和第三覆盖层30的两个或更多个外部材料100,并且两个或更多个外部材料100可以通过位于第二覆盖层20和第三覆盖层30之间的粘合剂层70附接。
此时,粘合剂层70可以包括聚酯膜、聚丙烯膜、聚氨酯膜、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)膜、聚烯烃膜、聚酰胺膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜和丙烯酸酯膜中的至少一者。即,本实施方式的隔热装置2000可以使用诸如通过粘合剂层70的热熔合的方法来封闭和密封。
粘合剂层70可以包括第三孔71,并且第三孔71可以与第一孔11和第二孔21一体形成。
在本实施方式中,除了粘合剂层70之外的其他构造与参照图1描述的根据实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置中的构造相同。
在根据本实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置中,除上述构造之外的其余构造与参照图1描述的实施方式的用于电池的隔热装置中描述的构造相同。因此,在图2中使用相同的附图标记,并且这里省略了详细的描述。
接下来,详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,这是作为示例提出的,由此本发明不受限制,并且本发明仅由稍后描述的权利要求的范围来限定。
实施例1
制备厚度为25μm的尼龙膜作为第一覆盖层,厚度为40μm的铝层作为第二层覆盖层,密度为120g/m2且厚度为0.4mm的玻璃纤维短切毡作为第三覆盖层。
在附接第一覆盖层和第二覆盖层之后,在第一覆盖层和第二覆盖层中以3.5mm的间隔形成平均直径为10μm的第一孔和第二孔。
接下来,制备两个外部材料,其中第三覆盖层位于第二覆盖层的与第一覆盖层附接的表面相对的表面上,然后通过在第二覆盖层的边缘上形成密封部来密封两个外部材料。
接下来,通过将隔热部填充在密封的外部材料内部使得气凝胶粉末的密度为0.114g/cm3来制造平均厚度为2mm的隔热装置。此时,气凝胶粉末的平均粒径为20μm。
实施例2
除了填充隔热部使得气凝胶粉末的密度为0.141g/cm3之外,通过与实施例1中相同的方法制造隔热装置。
参考例1
除了填充隔热部使得气凝胶粉末的密度为0.057g/cm3之外,通过与实施例1中相同的方法制造隔热装置。
参考例2
除了填充隔热部使得气凝胶粉末的密度为0.171g/cm3之外,通过与实施例1中相同的方法制造隔热装置。
比较例1
制备厚度为2mm的云母片。
比较例2
在制备厚度为8mm的E-玻璃垫后,将其压制成2mm的厚度。
实验例1
对于根据实施例1和2、参考例1和2以及比较例1至2制造的隔热装置,测量隔热性能。
具体地,使用Dulytek(US)的热压机(DHP7 V4热压机)设备和YOKOGAWA(JP)的回火编码器(FX1000)。
该设备包括上热板和下热板,其中上热板被加热至200℃并保持,下热板设定为25℃。
接下来,将根据实施例1和2、参考例1和2、以及比较例1和2的隔热装置置于上热板和下热板之间后,经过一定时间后测量位于下热板上的隔热装置的温度。其结果在图3至图8中示出。
参照图3和图4,在根据实施例1和2的隔热装置中,可以确认位于下热板上的隔热装置的温度分别为48.9℃和47.4℃,甚至在10分钟后仍低于50℃。
参照图5和图6,在根据参考例1和2的隔热装置中,10分钟后位于下热板上的隔热装置的温度分别为58.1℃和54.7℃。
参照图7和图8,对于根据比较例1和2的片,10分钟后位于下热板上的隔热装置的温度分别为66.3℃和66.9℃。
换句话说,可以看出,隔热部填充有气凝胶粉末的根据实施例1和2以及参考例1和2的隔热装置的隔热性能相比于比较例1和2提高了至少13%。
特别地,在气凝胶粉末的填充密度满足0.05g/cm3至0.15g/cm3范围的实施例1和2的情况下,可以确认隔热性能相比于未填充气凝胶粉末的比较例1和2提高了至少27%或更多
另外,可以看出,与气凝胶粉末的填充密度不在本实施方式的范围内的参考例1和2的情况相比,在实施例1和2的情况下隔热性能提高了至少20%或更多。
尽管以上描述了本发明的示例性实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解,可以以各种方式实现本发明而不改变精神或必要特征。因此,上述实施例仅是示例,而不应被解释为在任何方面都是限制性的。

Claims (27)
1.一种用于电池的隔热装置(1000,2000),包括:
第一覆盖层(10),所述第一覆盖层包括第一孔(11),所述第一孔被构造为用作热量移动通过的通道;
第二覆盖层(20),所述第二覆盖层附接到所述第一覆盖层(10)的一个表面并且包括第二孔(21),所述第二孔被构造为用作热量行进通过的通道;以及
第三覆盖层(30),所述第三覆盖层设置在所述第二覆盖层(20)上的与所述第一覆盖层(10)附接的表面相对的表面上,
其中,所述隔热装置内部包括位于所述第三覆盖层的空隙内的隔热部(50),并且
所述隔热部包括功能性填料,所述功能性填料被配置成提高所述隔热装置的隔热性能,
其中,所述功能性填料包括气凝胶粉末,并且基于100重量%的所述功能性填料,所述气凝胶粉末以50重量%至100重量%的范围被包括,而且
其中,所述隔热部中包括的所述功能性填料的填充密度在0.05g/cm3至0.20g/cm3的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第一覆盖层(10)的平均厚度在10μm至50μm的范围内。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第一覆盖层(10)包括聚酰亚胺(PI)膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜、环烯烃聚合物(COP)膜、流延聚丙烯(CPP)膜和尼龙膜中的至少一者。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第二覆盖层(20)的平均厚度在10μm至50μm的范围内。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第二覆盖层(20)包括铝和云母中的至少一者。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第三覆盖层(30)的平均厚度在0.1mm至1.5mm的范围内。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第三覆盖层(30)包括玻璃纤维、硅石棉、矿物棉、陶瓷棉、编织纤维和无纺布纤维中的至少一者。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第三覆盖层(30)由密度在30g/m2至200g/m2范围内的材料构成。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述隔热装置的平均厚度小于或等于4mm。
10.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置(1000),其中,
一密封部(40)位于所述第二覆盖层(20)的边缘上,以附接所述第一覆盖层(10)、所述第二覆盖层(20)和所述第三覆盖层(30)。
11.如权利要求10所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述密封部包括基于丙烯酸的粘合剂、基于硅的粘合剂、基于橡胶的粘合剂、聚对苯二甲酸酯碳酸酯粘合剂、PPA粘合剂(酸改性的聚丙烯)和PEA粘合剂(酸改性的聚乙烯)中的至少一者。
12.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第一孔的平均直径小于或等于15μm。
13.如权利要求12所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第一覆盖层包括多个第一孔,并且
所述多个第一孔之间的间隔小于或等于0.5cm。
14.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第二孔的平均直径小于或等于15μm。
15.如权利要求14所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第二覆盖层包括多个第二孔,并且
所述多个第二孔之间的间隔小于或等于0.5cm。
16.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第一孔和所述第二孔通过单个过程形成。
17.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述功能性填料包括气相二氧化硅和玻璃泡中的至少一者。
18.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述功能性填料的平均粒径小于或等于100μm。
19.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述隔热部还包括第一添加剂。
20.如权利要求19所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第一添加剂包括二氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化铝(Al2O3)和氧化铁(Fe2O3)中的至少一者。
21.如权利要求19所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
基于100重量%的所述功能性填料,所述第一添加剂的含量在1重量%至20重量%的范围内。
22.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述隔热部还包括第二添加剂。
23.如权利要求22所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述第二添加剂包括氢氧化镁(MDH)、氢氧化铝(ATH)、硼酸锌、GREP-EG(石墨)和三氧化锑中的至少一者。
24.如权利要求22所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
对于100重量%的所述功能性填料,所述第二添加剂的含量在1重量%至20重量%的范围内。
25.如权利要求1所述的用于电池的隔热装置(2000),其中,
一粘合剂层(70)被设置在所述第二覆盖层(20)和所述第三覆盖层(30)之间,以将所述第二覆盖层(20)和所述第三覆盖层(30)附接。
26.如权利要求25所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述粘合剂层包括聚酯膜、聚丙烯膜、聚氨酯膜、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)膜、聚烯烃膜、聚酰胺膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜和丙烯酸酯膜中的至少一者。
27.如权利要求25所述的用于电池的隔热装置,其中,
所述粘合剂层包括第三孔(71),并且
所述第三孔与所述第一孔(11)和所述第二孔(21)通过单个过程形成。
