本发明提供了一种载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,包含重量百分比为5‑40%的聚乙烯醇、5‑50%的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、5‑50%的丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、5‑30%的淀粉糊液、1‑5%的润滑剂,各组分重量百分比之和为100%。使用本发明载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液直接对载带原纸进行表面施涂,可大幅度提高纸张的表面强度和平滑度、显著改善纸张掉粉,有效降低纸张和封带的剥离力。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸质载带制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液。
背景技术
目前市场上使用载带封装用纸板主要以日本等国外垄断生产,主要用于电阻、电容、二极管、继电器、手机零部件等SMD元器件的封装载体,使用纸质载带,具有成本低,纸质回弹性好,纸质材料回收环保等优点,但纸质载带纸冲孔分切容易产生纸粉污染电子元器件,载带纸在剥离封装带时还需要较高的表面强度,因此开发载带纸专用的复合乳液通过在纸面施涂,解决载带纸的结合强度、掉粉、表面强度等关键性能,国内造纸厂商开发载带纸,打破国外垄断,有利中国经济发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:5-40%的聚乙烯醇、5-50%的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、5-50%的丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、5-30%的淀粉糊液、1-5%的润滑剂,各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
所述聚乙烯醇粘度10-50cP(4wt%aqu),醇解度90-99.9%,pH5-7,灰分小于0.5wt%,挥发分小于5wt%。优选醇解度95-99.5%,最好是99.5%。
所述苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液是指由至少包含(甲基)苯乙烯单体和(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体的原料经常规乳液聚合制备而成的聚合乳液。(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体可选自丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯或甲基丙烯酸异辛酯。聚合原料中可任选的含有其他功能性单体,例如本领域中常用的阳离子单体、交联单体等。优选的,所述苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的玻璃化温度在-20-50℃范围之内,粒径在90-200纳米范围之内。
所述丁二烯苯乙烯乳液是指由至少包含丁二烯单体和(甲基)苯乙烯类单体的原料经常规乳液聚合制备而成的聚合乳液。聚合原料中可任选的含有其他功能性单体,例如本领域中常用的阳离子单体、交联单体等。优选的,所述丁二烯苯乙烯乳液的玻璃化温度在-20-30℃范围之内,粒径在90-200纳米范围之内。
所述淀粉糊液,是指将淀粉糊化后配置而成的10%浓度的淀粉水化凝胶。
所述润滑剂可以选用本领域常用的润滑剂,例如但不限于硬脂酸钙润滑剂、硬脂酸锌润滑剂、硬脂酸镁润滑剂或以上任意两种或多种的组合。
作为优选的技术方案,所述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液由以下重量百分比的组分组成:5-25%的聚乙烯醇、20-50%的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、5-50%的丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、5-20%的淀粉糊液、1-5%的润滑剂,各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
本发明的第二方面是提供上述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液的制作方法,包括如下步骤:按配比将聚乙烯醇、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、淀粉糊液和润滑剂混合,搅拌1-2小时,得到所述复合乳液。
本发明的第三方面是提供上述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液在制备纸质载带中的应用,在载带原纸表面施涂所述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,涂敷量为5-8g/m2。表面施涂后的载带原纸纸张挺度、表面强度、平滑度等指标均有明显提升,并可减少纸张掉粉等性能,符合载带封装用纸板标准。
使用时本发明的载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,为乳白色的聚合物乳液。该复合乳液直接对纸张进行表面施涂,可大幅度提高纸张的表面强度和平滑度、显著改善纸张掉粉,有效降低纸张和封带的剥离力。

本发明中的仪器或原料未注明生产厂商的,均为常规商业化仪器或原料。下述实施例中使用的主要仪器及原料如下:
原料:聚乙烯醇为可乐丽公司ELVANOL聚乙烯醇;淀粉糊液为熙来公司的表面施胶淀粉经常规糊化制成;苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液BS823ECO、丁二烯苯乙烯乳液BS5000H、润滑剂(硬脂酸钙润滑剂)等均为济宁明升新材料有限公司的市售产品。
仪器:1000升反应釜、地磅、温度计、剥离力测试仪、天平、蜡棒(16A-18A)Taber耐磨仪、别克平滑度仪。
本发明实施例中涉及的检测指标如未提及,均采用本领域常规检测方法进行检测,具体指标检测方法如下:
1、定量GB T 451.2-1989纸和纸板定量的测定法标准
2、厚度参照GBT451.3-1989纸和纸板厚度的测定法
3、剥离力,ASTM D3330压敏胶带剥离强度测试标准
4、表面强度参照GB-T 22837-2008纸和纸板表面强度的测定(蜡棒法)
5、挺度参照GB/T 22364-2018纸和纸板弯曲挺度的测定
6、平滑度参照GBT 456-2002纸和纸板平滑度的测定(别克法)
7、纸粉检测参照Taber耐磨仪操作规程,设定5000转,使用磨轮在纸张表面摩擦,纸张掉粉的重量比。
实施例1
在1000升反应釜中,25%的聚乙烯醇、20%苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、30%丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、20%淀粉糊液、5%的润滑剂混合,通过反应釜搅拌2小时,最后得到复合乳液。
实施例2
在1000升反应釜中,5%的聚乙烯醇、40%苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、49%丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、5%淀粉糊液、1%的润滑剂混合,通过反应釜搅拌1小时,最后得到复合乳液。
实施例3
在1000升反应釜中,10%的聚乙烯醇、50%苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、8%丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、20%淀粉糊液、2%的润滑剂混合,通过反应釜搅拌1小时,最后得到复合乳液。
对比例1
苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液。
对比例2
在1000升反应釜中,25%的聚乙烯醇、50%苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、20%淀粉糊液、5%的润滑剂混合,通过反应釜搅拌2小时,最后得到复合乳液。

在1000升反应釜中,25%的聚乙烯醇、50%丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、20%淀粉糊液、5%的润滑剂混合,通过反应釜搅拌2小时,最后得到复合乳液。
将上述实施例1-3和对比例1-3所得到的乳液在载带原纸面施涂,涂敷量为5-7g/m2,分别试做5吨纸,纸样编号分别为E1-E3和C1-C3。实验检测结果如下:
与普通施胶乳液(对比例1)相比,纸张经过表面施涂专用复合乳液,定量和厚度没有变化,专用复合乳液提升纸张挺度、表面强度、平滑度等指标,减少纸张掉粉等性能,符合载带封装用纸板标准。与配方中单独使用苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液或单独使用丁二烯苯乙烯乳液的施胶乳液(对比例2和3)相比,本发明复合乳液对于纸张掉粉的改善更为显著,并且封装胶带剥离力有明显的下降,显示出两种聚合乳液之间存在优异的协同增效作用。
纸样E1-E3在客户处平衡载带纸水分一个月,然后对纸张打孔分切,对SMD元器件进行封装试用,客户SMT系统可以正常运行。

1.一种载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:5-40%的聚乙烯醇、5-50%的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、5-50%的丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、5-30%的淀粉糊液、1-5%的润滑剂,各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇粘度10-50cP,醇解度90-99.9%,pH5-7,灰分小于0.5wt%,挥发分小于5wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,其特征在于,所述苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的玻璃化温度在-20-50℃范围之内,粒径在90-200纳米范围之内。
4.如权利要求1所述的载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,其特征在于,所述丁二烯苯乙烯乳液的玻璃化温度在-20-30℃范围之内,粒径在90-200纳米范围之内。
5.如权利要求1所述的载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂选自硬脂酸钙润滑剂、硬脂酸锌润滑剂、硬脂酸镁润滑剂的一种以上。
6.如权利要求1所述的载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,其特征在于,所述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液由以下重量百分比的组分组成:5-25%的聚乙烯醇、20-50%的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、5-50%的丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、5-20%的淀粉糊液、1-5%的润滑剂,各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按配比将聚乙烯醇、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液、丁二烯苯乙烯乳液、淀粉糊液和润滑剂混合,搅拌1-2小时,得到所述复合乳液。
8.权利要求1-6任一项所述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液在制备纸质载带中的应用,其特征在于,在载带原纸表面施涂所述载带封装用纸板专用复合乳液,涂敷量为5-8g/m2。
