本发明涉及防雾技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防雾处理剂、一种防雾眼镜布及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼镜在日常使用过程中常常由于温差导致镜片上出现水雾,水雾阻碍了使用者的视线,存在安全隐患。如何有效防雾成为了眼镜行业需要攻克的难关。
相关技术中,眼镜防雾技术一般采用如下几种方案:第一,在眼镜镜片制造的过程中加入防雾剂,使得眼镜镜片自身具备防雾效果,但是防雾镜片的造价成本高,镜片的力学性能有所降低;第二,使用防雾湿巾纸进行擦拭,但防雾湿巾纸含有大量有机溶剂,擦拭过后的镜片表面出现水渍,影响镜片的通透性;并且防雾湿巾纸携带不便,难以多次重复使用,存在大量浪费的情况。第三,使用防雾喷剂对镜片进行处理,但后续需要使用干眼镜布对防雾喷剂进行擦拭,导致防雾效果大大削弱,防雾效果不持久。
目前,使用干性防雾眼镜布擦拭眼镜镜片即可使得镜片具备较好防雾效果的技术鲜有报道。
发明内容
本申请提供一种防雾处理剂、一种防雾眼镜布及其制备方法,所要解决的技术问题为如何实现经干性防雾眼镜布擦拭后的镜片具备高效持久的防雾效果。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种防雾处理剂,采用如下技术方案:
一种防雾处理剂,由包括如下重量份的原料组成:聚酯纤维整理剂35~55份、防雾微胶囊30~45份、乳化剂10~24份和渗透剂1~5份;
所述防雾微胶囊采用如下制备方法制得:二氧化钛、丙烯酸酯单体以及松节油按照重量比1:(2.5~5):(2~4)搅拌分散,得到负载型防雾油;将胺化磺化碱木质素溶解在水中配制成分散液,将负载型防雾油加入分散液中,控制胺化磺化碱木质素与负载型防雾油的重量比为(2~3):1并调节pH值至胺化磺化碱木质素的氨基质子化,醇洗、过滤、干燥,制得防雾微胶囊。
防雾处理剂中防雾微胶囊充分分散在聚酯纤维整理剂中,防雾处理剂能够在聚酯纤维整理剂、乳化剂和渗透剂的作用下能够牢固附着在超细纤维基布上,得到防雾眼镜布;当防雾眼镜布与镜片等材料进行摩擦时,防雾眼镜布上的防雾处理剂部分转移至镜片上,防雾微胶囊外层的壁材分解破裂,内部芯材中的负载型防雾油能够在可见光下快速固化成膜,在镜片表面形成一层防雾膜,起到高效持久的防雾作用;
其原理如下:碱木质素通过胺化和磺化改性,在碱木质素母体上接枝了磺酸根和氨基,使得胺化磺化碱木质素的水溶性改善,能够形成分散液;二氧化钛、丙烯酸酯单体和松节油形成的负载型防雾油缓慢滴加在分散液中,负载型防雾油由于其疏水性形成小颗粒,而分散液中胺化磺化碱木质素的疏水部分与负载型防雾油相互吸引,负载型防雾油表面附着有胺化磺化碱木质素,调节分散液的pH值使得胺化磺化碱木质素的氨基质子化,与磺酸根产生静电吸附,形成微胶囊结构,对负载型防雾油进行包覆,得到防雾微胶囊;
防雾微胶囊转移至镜片的过程中,由于受到摩擦以及光作用下,防雾微胶囊壁材破碎分解,内部的负载型防雾油释放,在二氧化钛的催化作用下,防雾油吸收可见光,丙烯酸酯单体之间以及丙烯酸酯和松节油之间快速固化交联成膜,膜的接触角较小,液滴快速扩散,不易形成小水滴,起到高效防雾作用;同时,二氧化钛内部的松节油和丙烯酸酯单体能够持续释放,使得防雾效果持久;
除此之外,防雾处理剂在超细纤维基布上的负载量大,防雾眼镜布能够重复多次使用;防雾眼镜布在擦拭过程中,由于防雾微胶囊表面柔软,且粒径保持在微米级,不对镜片表面造成磨损。
可选的,所述二氧化钛的粒径为20~50nm。
通过采用上述技术方案,二氧化钛的粒径在此范围内,能够较多的吸附松节油和丙烯酸酯单体,二氧化钛的粒径过大或者过小时,均易导致比表面积减小,对松节油和丙烯酸酯单体的吸附效果不佳,后期负载型防雾油的成膜效果不佳,从而导致防雾性能减弱。
可选的,所述二氧化钛、丙烯酸酯单体以及松节油的重量比为1:3:3。
通过采用上述技术方案,在此配比下,二氧化钛能够吸附足量的丙烯酸酯单体,并且在此负载型防雾油体系中分散效果较好。
可选的,所述胺化磺化碱木质素与负载型防雾油的重量比为2.8:1。
通过采用上述技术方案,在此配比下,防雾微胶囊的包埋率较好,并且防雾微胶囊的粒径适中。
可选的,所述聚酯纤维整理剂和防雾微胶囊的重量比为1:1。
通过采用上述技术方案,在此重量比下,防雾微胶囊能够均匀分散在聚酯纤维整理剂中,并均匀附着在超细纤维基布上,进一步提高防雾眼镜布的防雾效果。
可选的,所述聚酯纤维整理剂为ND-92有机硅乳液。

通过采用上述技术方案,使用上述型号或牌号的聚酯纤维整理剂、乳化剂和渗透剂进行复配,能够使得防雾处理剂能够充分渗透入超细纤维基布中,在提高防雾处理剂的附着率方面具有协同增效的作用。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种防雾眼镜布,采用如下技术方案:
一种防雾眼镜布,由内向外依次设置有防雾层、超细纤维基布层、遮光层,所述防雾层由前述防雾处理剂制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请使用的防雾眼镜布可进行重复使用,达到较好的防雾效果;同时本申请制得的防雾眼镜布折叠后避光保存,能够延长保质期,使得防雾眼镜布上负载的防雾层保持长效防雾性能。
第三方面,本申请提供了一种防雾眼镜布的制备方法,采用如下技术方案:
一种防雾眼镜布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将超细纤维基布浸泡于前述制得的防雾处理剂中,进行二浸二轧,控制轧余率为70%~90%,烘干得到防雾层;在超细纤维基布的一侧固定连接遮光层。
通过采用上述技术方案,在此制备工艺参数下,防雾处理剂能够充分地附着在超细纤维基布上,使得防雾眼镜布擦拭后的防雾效果显著。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、通过使用二氧化钛吸附松节油和丙烯酸酯单体,使得微胶囊中松节油和丙烯酸酯单体的含量增大,再使用胺化磺化碱木质素对二氧化钛、松节油和丙烯酸酯单体进行包覆制得防雾微胶囊;防雾微胶囊在擦拭过程中通过静电作用转移至镜片材料表面,壁材破碎,芯材流出,芯材中的负载型防雾油能够在可见光下快速固化成膜,在镜片表面形成一层防雾膜,防雾膜起到高效持久的防雾作用;
2、控制二氧化钛粉体的粒径,使得二氧化钛粉体的粒径在适中范围内,对丙烯酸酯单体和松节油具有较高的吸附率,从而使得防雾微胶囊的防雾效果持久高效;
3、使用三种特定型号的聚酯纤维整理剂、乳化剂以及渗透剂的作用下,能够使得防雾处理剂能够充分渗透入超细纤维基布中,在提高防雾处理剂的附着率方面具有协同增效的作用。
具体实施方式
若无特殊说明,本申请制备例、实施例以及对比例中所用的原料来源均入下表所示。

胺化磺化碱木质素的制备例
胺化磺化碱木质素按照如下步骤制得:
碱木质素粉体研磨,使用200目筛过筛,取1kg碱木质素粉末加入3kg水中,升温至90℃,使得碱木质素粉末完全溶解;继而加入0.5kg浓度为30wt%的氢氧化钠溶液以及0.4kg亚硫酸钠固体,搅拌溶解30min得到均一澄清的混合液;
向混合液中滴加4.1kg浓度为37wt%的甲醛溶液,30min内滴加完毕,保温反应30min;然后加入3kg的二乙烯三胺,继续滴加5.7kg浓度为37wt%的甲醛溶液,30min内滴加完毕,保温反应2h,反应结束后得到反应液;
向反应液中加入异丙醇洗涤,异丙醇和反应液的洗涤体积比为3:1,洗涤3次后,过滤,50℃烘干得到胺化磺化碱木质素。
实施例
实施例1
一种防雾处理剂,按照如下步骤进行:
S1、防雾微胶囊的制备:
取货号为N0-0-004-1的二氧化钛粉体1kg、丙烯酸酯单体2.5kg和特级松节油2kg,放置在密闭容器中,以100rpm的转速搅拌共混1h,得到负载型防雾油;
取胺化磺化碱木质素200g,溶于1000g蒸馏水中,升温至50℃,以600rpm的转速搅拌溶解,得到分散液;将上述100g负载型防雾油缓慢滴加至分散液中,调整转速至1200rpm,高速剪切10min后,加入浓度为10%的盐酸溶液调整体系的pH值至5,调整转速至300rpm后保温反应1h,得到防雾微胶囊;
S2、防雾处理剂的制备:
称取ND-92有机硅乳液35g、防雾微胶囊30g、乳化剂Lutensol AT 18 10g和渗透剂win-W139 1g,以300rpm的转速搅拌共混10min,得到防雾处理剂。
实施例2-5
一种防雾处理剂,与实施例1的区别点在于:防雾处理剂中防雾微胶囊的组成不同,具体组成如下表2所示。

实施例6-7
一种防雾处理剂,与实施例5的区别点在于胺化磺化碱木质素与负载型防雾油的重量比不同:
其中实施例6中掺加的胺化磺化碱木质素为300g,负载型防雾油为100g;
实施例7中掺加的胺化磺化碱木质素为280g,负载型防雾油为100g。
实施例8-9
一种防雾处理剂,与实施例7的区别点在于二氧化钛粉体的粒径不同;
其中实施例8中使用货号为N0-0-004-4的二氧化钛粉体(粒径1μm)等质量替换货号为N0-0-004-1的二氧化钛粉体;
实施例9中使用货号为N0-0-004-2的二氧化钛粉体(粒径20~50nm)等质量替换货号为N0-0-004-1的二氧化钛粉体。
实施例10-14
一种防雾处理剂,与实施例9的区别点在于防雾处理剂的组成不同,具体组成如下表3所示。

应用例1
一种防雾眼镜布,按照如下步骤制得:
P1、防雾层的制备:
超细纤维基布为自制,其成分为80%涤纶+20%锦纶,克重为180g/m2,纱支为75D×75D;将超细纤维基布裁剪成规格为20cm×20cm;
将超细纤维基布进行浸泡在由实施例1制得的防雾处理剂中,控制浴比为1:10,进行轧制,控制二道次轧余率为70%,放入60℃烘箱内烘干,得到带有防雾层的超细纤维基布;
P2、防雾眼镜布的制备:
将带有防雾层的超细纤维基布一面涂覆胶粘剂,胶粘剂的施胶量为0.05g/cm2,再将遮光布(规格为20cm×20cm)粘接在超细纤维基布上,烘干固化后得到防雾眼镜布。
应用例2-14以及应用对比例1-5
一种防雾眼镜布,与实施例1的区别点在于,形成防雾层的防雾处理剂来源不同,具体来源如下表所示。

性能检测试验
检测方法
使用应用例1-15以及应用对比例1-5制得的成品防雾眼镜布对镜片擦拭5次后,进行如下检测:
Ⅰ镜片防雾效果检测:使用成品防雾眼镜布对市面上的无镀膜树脂镜片、无镀膜玻璃镜片、镀膜树脂镜片,将经过擦拭后的镜片至于60℃的水浴锅上熏蒸,镜片立刻通透无误则为合格,反之,则为不合格;
Ⅱ单次擦拭后防雾时效性能检测:将经过擦拭后的无镀膜树脂镜片放置在露天环境中,每隔1h进行上述防雾效果检测,直至镜片防雾效果完全失效,记录失效时间;
Ⅲ磨损性能检测:使用成品防雾眼镜布对镜片重复擦拭20000次,观察镜片上是否出现肉眼可见的鼓包、划痕等瑕疵,无瑕疵即为合格品,反之即为不合格品;
Ⅳ防雾眼镜布的使用时效性:使用成品防雾眼镜布对无镀膜树脂镜片进行擦拭,记录擦拭10000次后镜片是否还具有防雾效果。

结合应用例1-15并结合表6-7可以看出,应用例1-15制得的防雾眼镜布均能够在树脂镜片和玻璃镜片上形成均匀稳定的防雾膜,可适用于多种材质的镜片;同时在镀膜以及非镀膜的镜片上也可形成防雾膜,防雾眼镜布的使用范围广,通用性好;并且无溶剂渗透入镀膜层与镜片之间导致镀膜鼓泡,以及不对镜片造成损伤,其擦拭性能合格。
结合应用例1-15并结合表6-7可以看出,负载型防雾油组分的配比、负载型防雾油与胺化磺化碱木质素的配比以及二氧化钛的粒径对防雾持久性的性能影响显著,防雾眼镜布单次擦拭后能够维持10-11h的防雾效果。
结合应用例1和应用对比例1-2并结合表6可以看出,使用应用对比例1制得的防雾眼镜布以及应用对比例2制得的防雾眼镜布擦拭后的镜片表面均出现不连续的水雾,防雾性能不佳;表明使用二氧化钛、丙烯酸酯单体以及松节油制得负载型防雾油能够起到较好的防雾效果,防雾膜能够均匀铺展在镜片表面。
结合应用例1和应用对比例3-5并结合表7可以看出,应用对比例3中不掺加ND-92有机硅乳液,应用对比例4中不掺加乳化剂Lutensol AT 18,应用对比例5中不掺加渗透剂win-W139,应用对比例3-5制得的防雾眼镜布擦拭10000次后,其表面的防雾层已剥离失效,防雾眼镜布不具备防雾性能;
而应用例1制得的防雾眼镜布擦拭10000次后仍然具备防雾性能,表明ND-92有机硅乳液、乳化剂Lutensol AT 18以及渗透剂win-W139三者共同使用,在提高防雾眼镜布的长效防雾性能方面具有协同增效的作用;其原因可能在于:掺加有上述三种整理剂的防雾处理剂能够使得超细纤维基布的化纤润涨扩张,防雾处理剂能够充分渗透入超细纤维基布的空腔内,起到缓释作用,从而使得防雾眼镜布能够在多次摩擦后仍然具备防雾性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:由包括如下重量份的原料组成:聚酯纤维整理剂35~55份、防雾微胶囊30~45份、乳化剂10~24份和渗透剂1~5份;所述防雾微胶囊采用如下制备方法制得:二氧化钛、丙烯酸酯单体以及松节油按照重量比1:(2.5~5):(2~4)搅拌分散,得到负载型防雾油;将胺化磺化碱木质素溶解在水中配制成分散液,将负载型防雾油加入分散液中,控制胺化磺化碱木质素与负载型防雾油的重量比为(2~3):1并调节pH值至胺化磺化碱木质素的氨基质子化,醇洗、过滤、干燥得到防雾微胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述二氧化钛的粒径为20~50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述二氧化钛、丙烯酸酯单体以及松节油的重量比为1:3:3。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述胺化磺化碱木质素与负载型防雾油的重量比为2.8:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维整理剂和防雾微胶囊的重量比为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维整理剂为ND-92有机硅乳液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为非离子型渗透剂win-W139。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防雾处理剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
9.一种防雾眼镜布,其特征在于:由内向外依次设置有防雾层、超细纤维基布层、遮光层,所述防雾层由权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的防雾处理剂制成。
10.一种防雾眼镜布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:将超细纤维基布浸泡于权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的防雾处理剂中,进行二浸二轧,控制轧余率为70%~90%,烘干得到防雾层;在超细纤维基布的一侧固定连接遮光层。
