步骤1，按质量份数称取各中药成分；
步骤2，将步骤1的各中药成分加水浸泡2.5小时，接着煎煮3次，其中，第一次煎煮的时间为1.5小时，第二次煎煮时间为0.5小时，第三次煎煮时间为0.5小时；

步骤5，步骤4得到的清膏加入这份唐及精糊湿法制粒，并干燥得到冲剂。

一种用于失眠的保健冲剂，按质量份数计，包含以下组分：合欢皮15份、甘草10份、首乌藤15份、茯神15份、酸枣仁15份、珍珠母30份、郁金15份、醋北柴胡15份、炒白术15份、竹茹12份、白芍15份、地黄15份、预知子15份、炒栀子10份、牡丹皮10份、刺五加15份。

步骤1，按质量份数称取各中药成分；

合欢皮10-15份、甘草5-15份、首乌藤10-15份、茯神12-18份、酸枣仁8-20份、珍珠母20-40份、郁金10-20份、醋北柴胡10-20份、炒白术10-20份、竹茹10-15份、白芍10-20份、地黄10-18份、预知8-20份、炒栀子8-15份、牡丹皮5-15份、刺五加5-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于失眠的保健冲剂，其特征在于，按质量份数计，包含以下组分：合欢皮12-15份、甘草8-10份、首乌藤12-15份、茯神12-15份、酸枣仁10-15份、珍珠母20-30份、郁金15-18份、醋北柴胡12-15份、炒白术12-14份、竹茹10-12份、白芍12-16份、地黄12-15份、预知12-15份、炒栀子8-10份、牡丹皮8-12份、刺五加10-15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于失眠的保健冲剂，其特征在于，包含以下组分：合欢皮15份、甘草10份、首乌藤15份、茯神15份、酸枣仁15份、珍珠母30份、郁金15份、醋北柴胡15份、炒白术15份、竹茹12份、白芍15份、地黄15份、预知子15份、炒栀子10份、牡丹皮10份、刺五加15份。
4.一种用于权利要求1-3任意一项所述用于失眠的保健冲剂的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤1，按质量份数称取各中药成分；
步骤2，将步骤1的各中药成分加水浸泡2-2.5小时，接着煎煮3次；
步骤3，步骤2煎煮后的提取液经高速离心，取上清液减压浓缩至相对密度1.08-1.1，浓缩液加入3-4倍体积的乙醇沉淀；
步骤4，步骤3醇沉后，上清浓缩并回收乙醇，得到清膏；
步骤5，步骤4得到的清膏加入这份唐及精糊制粒，并干燥得到冲剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于失眠的保健冲剂的制备方法，其中，所述步骤2的第一次煎煮的时间为1-1.5小时，第二次煎煮时间为0.5-1小时，第三次煎煮时间为0.5-0.8小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于失眠的保健冲剂的制备方法，其中，所述步骤3的高速离心速度为5000-10000rad/min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于失眠的保健冲剂的制备方法，其中，所述步骤3的乙醇为无水乙醇。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于失眠的保健冲剂的制备方法，其中，所述步骤5的制粒方法为湿法制粒或真空干燥物料后粉碎制粒。
