本发明涉及纸尿裤制备技术领域,具体涉及一种导流效果好的纸尿裤及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸尿裤的结构一般分为面层、芯层和底层3层。在功能上纸尿裤产品应满足以下要求:一是整体的超倍吸水;二是与皮肤接触的面层导水快干;三是底层防漏。现有纸尿裤通过芯层设置高分子吸水树脂颗粒吸水,但高分子吸水树脂颗粒在喷洒设置过程中,会出现喷洒不均匀和位移的情况,导致吸水不均、导液效果差等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种导流效果好的纸尿裤及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种导流效果好的纸尿裤,包括从上到下依次设置的面层、网格型吸收主体、防漏底膜和仿布底层;
所述网格型吸收主体包括立体网格导流布,所述立体网格导流布包括第一导流无纺布、网孔布料和第二导流无纺布,所述网孔布料为导流纤维为原料通过机织或针织法织制而成的均匀分布有网孔的机织布或针织布,所述网孔内铺洒高分子吸水树脂颗粒,所述网孔布料的两面上分别盖设有第一导流无纺布和第二导流无纺布。
本发明的另一技术方案为:提供一种上述的导流效果好的纸尿裤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
仿布底层喷上热熔胶,贴上防漏底膜;
将网格型吸收主体按不同尺码长度分切后喷上热熔胶,然后贴合到防漏底膜上;所述网格型吸收主体的制备:以导流纤维为原料运用机织或针织法制得均匀分布有网孔的机织布或针织布,网孔布料的一面先通过热熔胶粘合第一导流无纺布,再在网孔内铺洒高分子吸水树脂颗粒,然后第二导流无纺布提前施胶后,加盖到网孔布料的另一面得网格型吸收主体;
将面层喷上热熔胶后,粘贴覆盖在网格型吸收主体上;
防漏隔边和腰围组件喷上热熔胶后,分别粘贴到面层两侧及仿布底层的腰围部位,最后分切得到纸尿裤成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:现有的纸尿裤的高分子吸水树脂颗粒的设置具有封装工艺复杂,且颗粒分布不均、导流差的缺点,本发明具有网格型吸收主体的纸尿裤中,所述网格型吸收主体紧贴在面层下方使用,其中的立体网格导流布将高分子吸水树脂颗粒牢牢的锁住在每个网孔内,起到了防起坨断层、快速吸收、导流和储液的作用。本发明纸尿裤具有优异的导流、透湿汽、瞬吸、良好的挺度、芯体稳定性、抑菌和生物降解等多种性能。

将网格型吸收主体按不同尺码长度分切后喷上热熔胶,然后贴合到防漏底膜上;所述网格型吸收主体的制备:以导流纤维为原料运用机织或针织法制得均匀分布有网孔的机织布或针织布,网孔布料的一面先通过热熔胶粘合第一导流无纺布,再在网孔内铺洒高分子吸水树脂颗粒,然后第二导流无纺布提前施胶后,加盖到网孔布料的另一面得网格型吸收主体;
将面层无纺布喷上热熔胶后,粘贴覆盖在吸收主体上;
防漏隔边和腰围组件同样喷上热熔胶后,粘贴到面层两侧及仿布底层的腰围部位,分切得到纸尿裤成品。
综上所述,本发明具有网格型吸收主体的纸尿裤中,所述网格型吸收主体紧贴在面层下方使用,其中的立体网格导流布将高分子吸水树脂颗粒牢牢的锁住在每个网孔内,起到了防起坨断层、快速吸收、导流和储液的作用。
网孔布料、第一导流无纺布和第二导流无纺布使用PE/PET复合纤维或竹纤维,使其在导流的同时,具有透气、抗菌、抑菌的功能。所述面层或仿布底层采用海藻纤维和PE/PET复合纤维混纺的无纺布,能护肤抗过敏。上述设置使所制备的纸尿裤具有优异的导流、透湿汽、瞬吸、良好的挺度、芯体稳定性、抑菌和生物降解等多种性能。

Claims (7)
1.一种导流效果好的纸尿裤,其特征在于,包括从上到下依次设置的面层、网格型吸收主体、防漏底膜和仿布底层;
所述网格型吸收主体包括立体网格导流布,所述立体网格导流布包括第一导流无纺布、网孔布料和第二导流无纺布,所述网孔布料为导流纤维为原料通过机织或针织法织制而成的均匀分布有网孔的机织布或针织布,所述网孔内铺洒高分子吸水树脂颗粒,所述网孔布料的两面上分别盖设有第一导流无纺布和第二导流无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导流效果好的纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述导流纤维为PE/PET复合纤维或竹纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导流效果好的纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述第一导流无纺布由竹纤维制成,所述第二导流无纺布由竹纤维制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导流效果好的纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述第一导流无纺布由PE/PET复合纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,所述第二导流无纺布由PE/PET复合纤维和竹纤维混纺而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导流效果好的纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述面层或仿布底层采用海藻纤维和PE/PET复合纤维混纺的无纺布,所述海藻纤维和PE/PET复合纤维的质量比为1:1-10。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的导流效果好的纸尿裤,其特征在于,所述面层上设有防漏隔边,所述仿布底层上设有腰围组件。
7.一种权利要求6所述的导流效果好的纸尿裤的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
仿布底层喷上热熔胶,贴上防漏底膜;
将网格型吸收主体按不同尺码长度分切后喷上热熔胶,然后贴合到防漏底膜上;所述网格型吸收主体的制备:以导流纤维为原料运用机织或针织法制得均匀分布有网孔的机织布或针织布,网孔布料的一面先通过热熔胶粘合第一导流无纺布,再在网孔内铺洒高分子吸水树脂颗粒,然后第二导流无纺布提前施胶后,加盖到网孔布料的另一面得网格型吸收主体;
将面层喷上热熔胶后,粘贴覆盖在网格型吸收主体上;
防漏隔边和腰围组件喷上热熔胶后,分别粘贴到面层两侧及仿布底层的腰围部位,最后分切得到纸尿裤成品。
