The wireless prepayment ammeter is arranged in an electric circuit for charging, a 4G network is used for uploading data, the wireless prepayment ammeter is automatically connected with the data acquisition module through a TCP (transmission control protocol) after being electrified, a communication protocol of the wireless prepayment ammeter and the data acquisition module is encrypted by using an AES (advanced encryption standard) encryption mode, and a secret key is fixed; the wireless prepayment ammeter comprises three-phase and single-phase models and can be used for metering a room electricity utilization loop, and an electricity charge charging module and a relay control module are arranged in the wireless prepayment ammeter; the electric charge charging module can monitor information such as voltage, current, power and electric energy of an electric loop, the electric charge can be prestored in the electric meter, the electric charge is continuously reduced along with the electricity consumption of a user, when the electric charge is lower than a preset alarm amount or the electric charge is lower than the amount 0, an electric charge insufficiency alarm instruction is timely uploaded to the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform, and the electric meter is actively switched off when the electric charge is lower than the amount 0; the relay control module can receive opening and closing instructions from the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform, automatically operate a relay in the ammeter to complete opening and closing actions, and can also receive electricity selling and electricity returning commands from the data acquisition module.
The telecom AEP platform is used as an Internet of things platform created by China telecom, and is used for carrying hardware data acquisition of an NB-IOT network and carrying out data docking with an application software platform. In the invention, a telecommunication AEP platform mainly receives data uploading of a wireless prepaid water meter, converts and analyzes the data through a profile file format preset in the telecommunication AEP platform, and pushes the data to a corresponding hydropower prepaid cloud platform through advanced setting; the hydropower prepayment cloud platform can also send a water charge recharging command and a valve opening and closing command to the telecommunication AEP platform, the telecommunication AEP platform sends the command to the wireless prepayment water meter at the moment that the wireless prepayment water meter wakes up and uploads data, and the command is forwarded to the hydropower prepayment cloud platform after the wireless prepayment water meter replies a successful command.
The wireless prepayment water meter is arranged on a charging water consumption loop and uses an NB-IOT network for data uploading; the wireless prepaid water meter is internally provided with a water fee metering module and a valve control module, is internally provided with an NB-IOT flow card and is connected with a telecom AEP platform by using an NB-IOT network; the built-in lithium cell of wireless prepayment water gauge can use 6 years in succession. The water charge metering module can monitor the water consumption of the water consumption loop, can be internally provided with water charges, continuously reduces the water charges along with the water consumption of a user, timely uploads a water charge shortage warning instruction to the telecom AEP platform when the water charges are lower than a preset warning amount or the water charges are lower than the amount 0, and actively closes the valve when the water charges are lower than the amount 0; the water fee metering module sends data to a telecom AEP platform and reports the water amount in the water meter once a day; the valve control module can receive the water meter opening and closing instructions from the hydropower prepayment cloud platform system to the telecom AEP platform, and automatically operates the valve in the water meter to complete the opening and closing actions.
The client comprises a WEB website, a WeChat applet, a Paibao applet, a mobile phone APP and the like.
The hydropower prepayment cloud platform can carry out remote account opening, remote opening and closing and remote electricity selling operations on the ammeter, and carry out remote account opening, remote valve opening and water selling operations on the water meter; the account opening operation comprises setting peak flat valley electricity price and step electricity price of the electricity meter, setting alarm amount in the electricity meter, setting water price and step water price of the water meter and setting alarm amount in the water meter. The wireless prepayment ammeter can measure the voltage, the current, the power, the residual amount and the total electric energy value of an electricity utilization loop, is internally provided with a relay, can receive the instruction of a system to realize remote opening and closing, can set the residual amount of three-level alarm, and can give an audible and visual alarm and upload alarm information to the system when the residual amount is lower than the alarm amount of each level. The wireless prepayment water meter can measure the residual water charge amount and the total water consumption of the electricity utilization loop, a valve is arranged in the wireless prepayment water meter, the valve can receive instructions of a system to realize remote opening and closing, three-level alarm residual amount can be set, and when the residual amount is lower than each level of alarm amount, the water meter uploads alarm information to the system. When the remaining amount of the electric meter and the water meter is lower than the remaining amount of alarm at each level, the system automatically generates alarm information and informs the tenant through one or more parties of short message service, mail, small WeChat program pushing, small Payment program pushing, small WeChat public number pushing and voice call.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating an unattended electricity selling and controlling process of the wireless prepaid electricity meter according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the wireless prepaid water meter unattended water selling process is shown, tenants use clients (WeChat and Paibao small program) to visit, one tenant can manage a plurality of rooms, and after selecting a corresponding room, the tenant can inquire information such as the remaining electricity fee, the remaining water fee, the house renting due date, the property fee due date and the like of the room. The tenant clicks and selects WeChat or Payment treasures to pay, after successful payment, the hydropower prepayment cloud platform system generates an electricity selling order, generates an electricity selling task and sends the electricity selling task to the data acquisition module, the data acquisition module converts the electricity selling task into an electricity meter sending instruction, if the wireless prepayment electricity meter is not on line at the moment, a failure task record is generated, the order is closed, the WeChat payment treasures are notified to return, and the order is closed successfully after the return; and if the wireless prepayment electric meter is on line, issuing an electricity selling instruction, successfully increasing the electricity charge by the electric meter, returning the instruction to the data acquisition module, generating an order success record by the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform system, and informing the tenant of a small program that electricity selling is successful.
Similarly, when a tenant or a property manager wants to perform power failure and power supply recovery operation on the wireless prepaid electric meter, the operation flow is completely consistent with the unattended electricity selling process of the wireless prepaid electric meter.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating an unattended water selling and controlling process of the wireless prepaid water meter according to the present invention. As shown, the wireless prepaid water meter unattended water vending process is presented, and tenants access using wechat and pay-for-nothing programs. The tenant clicks and selects WeChat or Payment treasured to pay, after successful payment, the hydropower prepayment cloud platform system generates a water selling order and generates an instruction ID, generates a water selling task and sends the water selling task to the data acquisition module, and the data acquisition module converts the water meter issuing instruction containing the instruction ID and sends the water meter issuing instruction to the telecom AEP platform. After the telecommunication AEP platform obtains the instruction, the telecommunication AEP platform starts to probe and issue the instruction to the wireless prepaid water meter, when the water meter is online and water charge increasing operation is executed, an operation success instruction is returned, the telecommunication AEP platform returns the success instruction to the water and electricity prepaid cloud platform system, and due to the non-real-time property of the NB-IOT network, the water and electricity prepaid cloud platform system searches a hung water selling order according to the instruction ID, generates an order success record for the order, and pushes notification information of water selling success to the WeChat or Paobao small program of a tenant; if the telecom AEP platform issues the data for multiple times and the data cannot be successfully issued to the wireless prepaid water meter after a period of time, the failure record is returned to the water and electricity prepaid cloud platform system, the water and electricity prepaid cloud platform system searches for a suspended water selling order according to the instruction ID, the order is generated into an order failure record, notification information of water selling failure is pushed to WeChat or Paibao small program of a tenant, and the charge refunding is completed.
Similarly, when a tenant or a property manager wants to perform switching valve operation on the wireless prepaid water meter, the operation flow is completely consistent with the unattended water selling process of the wireless prepaid water meter.
The above is only a specific application example of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited in any way. All the technical solutions formed by equivalent transformation or equivalent replacement fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A property charge management method based on a water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform is characterized by comprising the following steps: it comprises the following contents:
building a hydropower prepayment platform, and preparing a wireless prepayment electric meter, a wireless prepayment water meter and a client; the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform is connected with the telecommunication AEP platform and a plurality of clients through a public network and is connected with a plurality of wireless prepayment electric meters through a 4G network; the telecom AEP platform is used as an Internet of things data acquisition platform of the NB-IOT network, is connected with a plurality of wireless prepayment water meters in a downward mode, and is uploaded to the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform after being analyzed;
property personnel formulate a house renting and property fee payment plan in the hydropower prepayment platform;
every time a single tenant pays the last day from the coming first N days to the deadline, a message to be paid is pushed to the client of the tenant once a day;
if the tenant finishes paying according to the paying amount in the client after receiving the message, finishing the paying plan;
if the end date is reached, the tenant does not pay the house rents and the property fees, the fee paying is overdue, the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform automatically inquires whether the ammeter power-off setting is bound for the tenant, if the ammeter power-off setting is associated, the remote power-off measure of the wireless prepayment ammeter is forcibly implemented for the tenant, manual service and the tenant are used for carrying out communication processing of fee paying until the client finishes on-line or up-down house rents and property fee paying, and the fee paying plan is finished.
2. The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the hydropower prepayment cloud platform comprises a data acquisition module, a data storage module, a data display module, a tenant payment module and a group management and control module; the data acquisition module acquires meter reading data of the water meter and the ammeter, analyzes the data, transmits the data to the data storage module, receives an operation instruction from the data display module, and transmits the operation instruction to the corresponding ammeter and the corresponding water meter; the data storage module stores various data, including a memory database, a relational database and a non-relational database, and is used for storing the data, instruction analysis, abnormal information and alarm information uploaded by the data acquisition module; the data display module is responsible for interaction with a user; the tenant payment module is responsible for managing functions of water and electricity charging, online payment, property fee and house rental payment, tenant energy consumption analysis and the like of tenants; the group management and control module provides authority management functions from a property group to a single property, can enable a property group headquarter to manage finance of water, electricity, property fees, house rents and the like of multiple properties in the country, and can also enable the single property to manage property environments of the property management module.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the data acquisition module uses an asynchronous socket technology, a load balancing technology and a cloud server cluster technology, has the functions of an oversized concurrent acquisition water meter and an electric meter, and can simultaneously accommodate one million wireless prepaid electric meters and one million wireless prepaid electric meters for simultaneous meter reading.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the data display module comprises data monitoring, energy consumption analysis, instrument control, configuration management, data management, financial analysis and arrearage alarm analysis sub-modules.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the wireless prepayment ammeter is internally provided with an electric charge charging module and a relay control module; the electric charge charging module monitors information such as voltage, current, power and electric energy of an electricity utilization loop, the electric charge can be prestored in the electric meter, the electric charge is continuously reduced along with the electricity utilization of a user, when the electric charge is lower than a preset alarm amount or the electric charge is lower than the amount 0, an electric charge insufficiency alarm instruction is uploaded to the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform system in time, and the electric meter is actively opened when the electric charge is lower than the amount 0; the relay control module can receive opening and closing instructions from the water and electricity prepayment cloud platform system, and the relay in the automatic operation ammeter completes opening and closing actions.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the telecommunication AEP platform is used for receiving data uploading of the wireless prepaid water meter, converting and analyzing the data and pushing the data to a corresponding hydropower prepaid cloud platform system; the hydropower prepayment cloud platform system can send a water charge recharging command and a valve opening and closing command to the telecommunication AEP platform, the telecommunication AEP platform sends the command to the wireless prepayment water meter at the moment that the wireless prepayment water meter wakes up and uploads data, and the command is forwarded to the hydropower prepayment cloud platform system after the wireless prepayment water meter replies a successful command.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the wireless prepaid water meter is internally provided with a water fee metering module and a valve control module, is internally provided with an NB-IOT flow card and is connected with a telecom AEP platform by using an NB-IOT network; the water charge metering module can monitor the water consumption of the water consumption loop, can be internally provided with water charges, continuously reduces the water charges along with the water consumption of a user, timely uploads a water charge shortage warning instruction to the telecom AEP platform when the water charges are lower than a preset warning amount or the water charges are lower than the amount 0, and actively closes the valve when the water charges are lower than the amount 0; the water fee metering module sends data to a telecom AEP platform and reports the water amount in the water meter once a day; the valve control module can receive the water meter opening and closing instructions from the hydropower prepayment cloud platform system to the telecom AEP platform, and automatically operates the valve in the water meter to complete the opening and closing actions.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the data acquisition module also comprises a message processing submodule which continuously acquires tasks to be processed from a memory database in the data storage module, wherein the task types comprise all operations of the water ammeter, such as opening a house, selling electricity, selling water, opening and closing a switch and the like; after the task is obtained, the message processing submodule decomposes the task, sends the command to the corresponding water and electricity meter, the meter returns the command after completing the operation, and the message processing mechanism completes the task closed loop and closes the task.

The property charge management method based on the water-electricity double-metering network prepayment cloud platform is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the data display module also comprises an energy consumption analysis submodule which can inquire the energy consumption data, the user expense data and the payment data of the day, the week, the month and the year of each electric meter and each water meter and also can inquire the real-time meter reading data record and the historical meter reading data record of each electric meter and each water meter.
