In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. In addition, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
With the continuous development of internet technology, the current online platform can send coupons to users through intelligent terminals, such as mobile phones, and the users can purchase goods or services at a lower price than usual by using the coupons.
For example: take the take-away industry as an example. The takeout platform usually sends the takeout coupon to the user periodically, or the user may obtain the takeout coupon by himself at an Application (APP) corresponding to the takeout platform, and after receiving the coupon, the user may use the coupon in the ordering process to enjoy discount.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application system in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the application system includes a user terminal 1 and a takeaway platform server 2. The user terminal 1 may be a mobile phone, a computer, or a tablet computer. The user terminal 1 and the takeaway platform server 2 are connected through a network to transfer information.
An application program corresponding to the takeout platform is installed in the user terminal 1, and a user can register and log in an account of the user in the application program. The take-away platform server 2 will periodically send coupons to the user's account. The coupon may be used by a user to enjoy an order discount when ordering a meal in the application.
However, in the prior art, the user has poor man-machine interaction in the process of receiving and using the coupon through the user terminal, so that the shopping experience of the user is single.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides an information interaction method and device, so as to enhance the man-machine interaction and improve the user experience.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information interaction method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the information interaction method includes the following steps:
and S100, displaying a target page.
Wherein the target page is a page in an application program corresponding to the takeaway platform, the target page comprises an available equity container, the available equity container comprises at least one equity object, the equity object has a normal state, an expansion state or a doubling state,
optionally, the rights object may specifically be a coupon or a red packet sent by the takeaway platform server to the user account. The rights object includes a rights amount and a usage condition. The equity amount is a specific discount amount for the red envelope. For example: the specific discount amount for the red envelope may be 8 dollars. The use condition may be that the red packet is used only when the consumption is full of a certain amount, for example, full of 30 yuan.
Specifically, the user may open a target page in the application. Wherein the red packet owned in the current user account is displayed in the available rights container in the destination page.
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a target page according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the destination page includes an available equity container 31, and the available equity container 31 includes a red packet owned by the current user account, and the user can view and manage the own red packet through the destination page. The available rights container is embodied as a partial display area fixed in the target page. The partial display area is used for displaying rights objects in the user account.
It should be appreciated that, limited by the screen size of the smart terminal, the red envelope owned within the current user account may not be fully displayed. At this time, only a preset number of red packets may be displayed in the available rights container 31, and the user may view other red packets through a drag operation.
For example: as shown in fig. 3, only two red parcels are displayed in the available rights container 31, and the user can drag the available rights container 31 to the left or right to view the remaining red parcels.
It should be appreciated that the equity container may only display a predetermined number of red packets even during the dragging process.
The predetermined number can be adjusted according to actual requirements, such as the size of a screen of the intelligent terminal.
Specifically, for a smart terminal with a large screen, the preset number may be larger. For a smart terminal with a small screen, the preset number may be smaller. The experience of different users when using intelligent terminals of different screen sizes to look over the red envelope is guaranteed.
Optionally, the rights objects are displayed in the available rights container in a first arrangement. The first arrangement mode can be set by a user according to actual requirements.
For example: the first arrangement mode can be a transverse arrangement mode, a vertical arrangement mode and the like.
It should be understood that the different first arrangement manners may correspond to different dragging operations, respectively.
Specifically, when the first arrangement is the horizontal arrangement, the dragging operation may be a leftward or rightward dragging. When the first arrangement is a vertical arrangement, the dragging operation may be an upward or downward dragging.
Alternatively, some users may wish to view more red packs at the same time. In this regard, a viewing control may be further disposed in the available rights container, and the viewing controls are all used for triggering a viewing instruction.
It should be appreciated that the view control can be fixed in a particular location of the available rights container to facilitate the user's finding and clicking.
Further, in response to receiving the view instruction, displaying a rights object floating layer in the target page and displaying the at least one rights object in a second arrangement in the rights object floating layer.
The rights object floating layer may be a page overlaid on the target page, and the rights object floating layer may display more red packets at one time than the available rights container. For the red packet not currently displayed, the user can also view the red packet through a dragging operation, which is not described herein again. Correspondingly, the second arrangement mode can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
It should be understood that the first arrangement and the second arrangement may be provided in the same arrangement or in different arrangements.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a rights object floating layer according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, after the user clicks on the view control 311 in fig. 3, the rights object floating layer 41 is displayed on the target page. More red packets may be displayed simultaneously in the rights object float 41 than in the available rights container 31.
It should be understood that the red envelope in the equity object floating layer 41 and the available equity container 31 are the same red envelope in the current user account, and the user can operate on the red envelope in the current user account in the equity object floating layer 41 or the available equity container 31. The operation may be an expansion operation, a doubling operation or a use operation.
Further, the arrangement order of the first arrangement and the second arrangement may be determined according to the states of the respective rights objects and the rights amount.
Specifically, the red packets may be arranged in the order of a double state, an expanded state, and a normal state. For the red packets with the same state, the red packets can be sorted from large to small according to the amount of the red packets, so that the user can preferentially check the red packet with the maximum preferential strength.
Further, each rights object comprises an operation control. The operation control can be one or more of an expansion control, a doubling control or a rights and interests control.
The expansion control is used for triggering the expansion instruction, the doubling control is used for consuming doubling rights of the user account to trigger the doubling instruction, and the rights use control is used for triggering a page jump instruction.
Specifically, the operation control in the ordinary state rights object is generally an expansion control, so that the user can perform an expansion operation on the ordinary state rights object by clicking the expansion control. The operation control in the rights object in the expansion state is a doubling control in general, so that the user can perform doubling operation on the rights object in the common state by clicking the doubling control. And the operation control in the rights object in the doubling state is a rights use control, so that a user can use the rights object in the doubling state.
It should be appreciated that in some cases, the operational controls in the normal state rights object and the inflated state rights object may change.
For example: when the times of the expansion instructions sent by the user reach the upper limit or all the doubling rights in the account of the user are consumed, the operation control in the corresponding rights object is also adjusted.
S200, responding to the received expansion instruction, adjusting the state of the rights object corresponding to the expansion instruction from the normal state to the expansion state, and displaying the adjusted rights object.
Wherein the corresponding right amount of the right object in the expansion state is larger than the right amount in the normal state.
Specifically, the user may click on the expansion control in the equity object in the ordinary state to issue an expansion instruction. After receiving the expansion instruction, the user terminal adjusts the state of the rights object corresponding to the expansion instruction from the normal state to the expansion state and displays the rights object.
The display mode can display the state of the rights object in a text form. Such as "inflated" shown at the upper right hand corner of the rights object 312 in fig. 3, may be used to indicate that the rights object 312 is in an inflated state.
It should be understood that the rights object in the double state may be revealed with "doubled". While the rights object in the normal state may not be exposed.
Optionally, after the user clicks the expansion instruction, the expansion instruction may also be sent to the takeaway platform server by the user terminal. And expanding the corresponding rights and interests object through the take-out platform server, feeding an expansion result back to the user terminal, and displaying the expansion result by the user terminal.
Further, according to the double right and interest ownership state of the user account, the right and interest amount of the right and interest object corresponding to the expansion instruction is increased, so that the state of the right and interest object is adjusted from the ordinary state to the expansion state.
Specifically, after receiving the expansion instruction, the amount of the red packet corresponding to the expansion instruction may be increased to adjust the state of the red packet from the normal state to the expanded state.
Further, in response to the user account not possessing the doubling rights, a first amount is randomly selected in a first value-added amount range to be multiplied by the rights amount of the rights object corresponding to the inflation instruction, or in response to the user account possessing the doubling rights, a second amount is randomly selected in a second value-added amount range to be multiplied by the rights amount of the rights object corresponding to the inflation instruction.
Wherein a lower limit of the second value-added amount range is greater than or equal to an upper limit of the first value-added amount range.
Specifically, for a user who has a double right in the user account, when the right object is expanded, a first amount may be randomly selected from a first value-added amount range of a large range, for example, 5 to 6, and the selected first amount is multiplied by the right amount of the normal-state right object corresponding to the expansion instruction to obtain the expanded right amount of the right object.
For the user who does not have the double right in the user account, when the right object is expanded, a second amount can be randomly selected in a second value-added amount range of a smaller range, such as 2-3, and then the selected second amount is multiplied by the right amount of the right object in the ordinary state corresponding to the expansion instruction to be used as the expanded right amount of the right object. After the rights and interests object is expanded by the user who has the doubled rights and interests in the user account, the obtained rights and interests amount of the rights and interests object is larger than the obtained rights and interests amount of the rights and interests object after the rights and interests object is expanded by the user who does not have the doubled rights and interests in the user account, and therefore the enthusiasm of the user for obtaining the doubled rights and interests is promoted.
It will be appreciated that the first range of value-added amounts and the second range of value-added amounts may be adjusted according to actual requirements.
Optionally, after the right amount of the right object is adjusted, the life span of the right object corresponding to the inflation instruction may be adjusted to a predetermined life span.
Specifically, when the user performs the inflation operation on the rights object, the lifetime of the inflated rights object may be limited. For example: when the user performs the expansion operation on the red packet a, the service life of the red packet a is limited to the use of the current day. If the user does not use the red envelope A within the current day, the red envelope A will automatically disappear.
Optionally, after the right amount of the right object is adjusted, the operation control in the right object corresponding to the expansion instruction may be adjusted according to the double right ownership state of the user account.
Further, in response to that the user account has a doubling right, switching the expansion control in the right object corresponding to the expansion instruction into a doubling control. Or responding to the user account not having the doubling rights and interests, and switching the expansion control in the rights and interests object corresponding to the expansion instruction into the rights and interests use control.
Specifically, when the user performs the expansion operation on the red packet in the normal state, the red packet is adjusted from the normal state to the expanded state. At this time, the operation control in the red envelope is also adjusted accordingly, and how to adjust depends on whether the user account has double rights. When the user account has the doubling rights, the expansion control in the red packet is switched to be the doubling control, so that the user can continue to perform doubling operation on the red packet. When the user account does not have the doubling rights, the expansion control in the red packet is switched to the rights use control, and the user can use the red packet but cannot perform doubling operation on the red packet.
For example: fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a rights object according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, 51, 52, 53 and 54 may be displayed in different cases of the same red packet. Wherein 51 is a display mode when the red packet is in a normal state and the number of times of sending the expansion instruction by the user is not up to the upper limit. And 54 is a display mode that the red packet is in a normal state and the number of times of sending the expansion instruction by the user reaches an upper limit. 52 is the display mode when the red envelope is in the inflated state and the user account has the double right. 53 is the display mode when the red envelope is in the inflated state and the user account does not have the double right.
After the user clicks the "click expand" control in 51, the state of the red envelope will be adjusted from the normal state to the expanded state. Meanwhile, if the user account has a double right, the display mode of the red packet is switched to 52. If the user account does not have the double interest, the display mode of the red envelope is switched to 53.
Further, in response to the number of times of receiving the expansion instruction reaching a preset threshold value, switching the expansion control in the equity objects in the common states to the equity use control. Wherein the predetermined threshold value can be set according to actual requirements.
As described above, the rights object has three states, and the rights object cannot be inflated again after being switched to the inflated state, but can only continue to be doubled up in the inflated state to adjust to the doubled up state. The number of times of receiving the inflation instruction refers to the number of times of receiving the inflation instruction issued by the user to the normal-state interest object. It should be understood that the number of times the inflation command is received is time-efficient, and will be reset to 0 at intervals, such as a day.
Specifically, when the number of times of the user issuing the expansion instruction reaches the predetermined threshold, the user cannot continue the expansion operation on the remaining red packets in the normal state. For example: and when the preset threshold value is 1, after the user performs expansion operation on the red packet A, the expansion controls in the red packets in other common states are switched to the right and interest use controls. At this point, the user can still use the red envelope in the remaining normal state, but he can no longer perform the inflation operation.
As shown in fig. 5, when the number of times of the instructions for inflation issued by the user reaches a predetermined threshold, the presentation form of the red packet in the remaining ordinary state is switched from 51 to 54.
Further, in response to that the user account does not own the rights and interests for doubling, the rights and interests control in the rights and interests object in each expansion state is switched to the rights and interests use control.
Specifically, when the doubling rights in the user account are consumed, the doubling controls in the remaining red packets in the inflated state will be switched to the rights use controls.
When the doubling rights in the user account are consumed, the presentation of the remaining inflated state red envelope will be switched from 52 to 53 as shown in fig. 5.
