Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method and device of recommendation information and a mobile terminal. The processing method of the recommendation information comprises the following steps: displaying the resource mark on a display interface, and displaying the associated recommendation information based on the attribute of the resource mark; reading recommendation information associated with the resource mark based on clicking operation of a user on the resource mark; and sending the data resource to the account associated with the user based on the read recommendation information.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of mobile internet, in particular to a method and a device for processing recommendation information and a mobile terminal.

Background

With the rapid development of the mobile internet, more and more users use mobile terminals as personal information management tools and entertainment platforms in addition to communication tools. A user may install various applications on a mobile terminal via which the user may conduct shopping, social, entertainment, financing, etc. activities on the mobile internet. One application is an online seat selection and ticket purchase application, and supports users to select seats online and make tickets, including movie tickets, event tickets, airline tickets and the like.

Various on-line seat selection ticket buying applications can enter a seat selection page in a ticket buying process, so that a user can select a seat required by the user. Based on the special matrix slot arrangement form of the seat selection page and the characteristic that other people can see the selected seats, the seat selection page has natural advertisement putting advantages and interactive marketing potential.

In the existing advertising scene of the seat selection page, recommendation information of an advertiser, such as a brand identifier (logo), is displayed on an icon of each seat in a seat map, so that brand perception and exposure can be increased. Due to the lack of interaction with the user and no difference with common advertisements, the processing scheme of the recommendation information is not easy to form a consumption closed loop, and the retention time of the user on the seat selection page is not effectively improved.

Therefore, the existing recommended information processing scheme of the seat selection page needs to be improved and perfected urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention has been made to provide a processing scheme of recommendation information that overcomes or at least partially solves the above problems.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for processing recommendation information, including

Displaying the resource mark on a display interface, and displaying the associated recommendation information based on the attribute of the resource mark;

reading recommendation information associated with the resource mark based on clicking operation of a user on the resource mark;

and sending the data resource to the account associated with the user based on the read recommendation information.

Optionally, in the method for processing recommendation information according to the present invention, the sending data resources to an account associated with a user based on the read recommendation information includes: allocating data resources under the recommendation information to the resource mark based on payment operation of the user on the resource represented by the resource mark; and sending the allocated data resources to the account associated with the user.

Optionally, in the method for processing recommendation information according to the present invention, the allocating data resources under the recommendation information for the resource label includes: and randomly distributing the data resources under the recommendation information for the resource marks.

Optionally, the processing method of recommendation information according to the present invention further includes: displaying information of the allocated data resources on the resource marker.

Optionally, in the method for processing recommendation information according to the present invention, the allocating data resources under the recommendation information for the resource label includes: and allocating a first type of data resource or a second type of data resource under the recommendation information for the resource mark, wherein the value of the second type of data resource is greater than that of the first type of data resource.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for processing recommendation information, including: displaying a seat icon and associated recommendation information on a seat selection page of a ticketing application; reading recommendation information associated with a seat icon based on clicking operation of a user on the seat icon; and allocating the data resources under the recommendation information for the seat based on the payment operation of the user on the seat represented by the seat icon, and sending the allocated data resources to the account associated with the user.

Optionally, in the method for processing recommendation information according to the present invention, the ticketing application is a ticketing application of a movie ticket, a concert ticket, or a sports event ticket.

According to another aspect of the present invention, an interaction method for a mobile terminal is provided, in which a resource tag and recommendation information associated with the resource tag are displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal, the method including: receiving the clicking operation of a user on the resource mark on the display interface; reading recommendation information associated with the resource mark based on the clicking operation; and sending the data resource to the account associated with the user based on the read recommendation information.

Optionally, in the interaction method for a mobile terminal according to the present invention, the sending a data resource to an account associated with a user based on the read recommendation information includes: receiving payment operation of a user on the resource represented by the resource mark on the display interface; distributing data resources under the recommendation information to the resource marks based on the payment operation; and sending the allocated data resources to the account associated with the user.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a processing apparatus of recommendation information, including: the display unit is suitable for displaying the resource marks on the display interface and displaying the associated recommendation information based on the attributes of the resource marks; the reading unit is suitable for reading recommendation information associated with the resource mark based on clicking operation of a user on the resource mark; and the processing unit is used for sending the data resources to the account associated with the user based on the read recommendation information.

Optionally, in the processing apparatus of recommendation information according to the present invention, the processing unit is further adapted to: allocating data resources under the recommendation information to the resource mark based on payment operation of the user on the resource represented by the resource mark; and sending the allocated data resources to the account associated with the user.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mobile terminal including:

one or more processors;

a memory; and

one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for performing any of the recommended information processing methods according to the present invention.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by a mobile terminal, cause the mobile terminal to perform any one of the recommended information processing methods according to the present invention.

According to the recommendation information processing scheme, on one hand, the resource marks and the recommendation information associated with the resource marks are displayed on the display interface of the mobile terminal, on the other hand, interaction with the user is added, namely, the data resources associated with the resource marks are acquired and displayed according to various operations of the user in the display interface, and the data resources can be sent to the account number associated with the user. Therefore, the retention time of the user on the display interface can be effectively prolonged, direct user flow can be brought to the advertiser, and the final consumption closed loop is formed in an inducing mode.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a processing system 100 for recommending information, according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in FIG. 1, system 100 includes a mobile terminal 200 and a computing device 110.

The mobile terminal 200 is a terminal device used by a user, and may be specifically, but not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a multimedia device, a smart wearable device, and the like. Computing device 110 is used to provide services to mobile terminal 200, which may be implemented as a server, such as an application server, a Web server, or the like; but may also be implemented as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a processor chip, a tablet computer, etc., but is not limited thereto.

According to some embodiments, the computing device 110 may provide online seat selection ticketing services for online resources, such as movie tickets, concert tickets, sports event tickets, and the mobile terminal 200 may establish a connection with the computing device 110 via the internet, thereby enabling a user to make online resource purchases via the mobile terminal 200, such as movie tickets, concert tickets, sports event tickets. For example, the user may open a browser or an online seat selection ticketing Application (APP) on the mobile terminal 200, enter a seat selection page, request a seat map and the current status of seats from the computing device 110, such as selectable seats, selected seats, and sold seats, selectable seats being seats that may be selected and purchased, non-selectable seats being sold, and selected seats being seats that have been selected but not yet paid for. According to some embodiments, in addition to displaying the resource mark and the recommendation information in the display interface, the mobile terminal 200 further obtains the data resource associated with the resource mark according to various operations (e.g., seat selection, payment, and the like) of the user in the display interface, and then sends the obtained data resource to the user account. Therefore, direct user traffic is brought to the advertiser, a final consumption closed loop is formed in an inducing mode, and the retention time of the user on the display interface can be effectively prolonged.

According to some embodiments, the computing device 110 may provide online seating services for airline flights (self check-in), the user may open a browser or online seating class Application (APP) on the mobile terminal 200, enter a seating page, request a seating map and the current status of seats from the computing device 110, such as selectable seats, selected seats, and non-selectable seats, the selectable seats being seats that may be selected, the non-selectable seats being seats that have been selected by others or reserved by the airline, the selected seats being seats that have been selected but not yet confirmed. The computing device 110 may also return recommended information, such as brand identifications, associated with each seat to the mobile terminal. The display interface of the mobile terminal 200 displays the seat map and the current state of each seat, and if the seat is associated with recommendation information, the seat icon of the seat is displayed with the recommendation information. The mobile terminal 200 may further obtain and display the data resource associated with the resource mark according to various operations (e.g., seat selection and seat selection confirmation operations) of the user in the display interface, and further send the obtained data resource to the user account.

In one embodiment, the system 100 further includes a data storage device 120, where the data storage device 120 may be a local database residing in the computing device 110, or may be disposed at a plurality of geographic locations as a distributed database, such as HBase, and in short, the data storage device 120 is used to store data, and the specific deployment and configuration of the data storage device 120 are not limited by the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the data storage 120 is adapted to store resource information, e.g. seat information for online seat selection ticketing, attribute information of each seat, the attributes of the seat for example including: the event, time, seat number, price, and associated recommendation information such as brand identification and data resources such as brand coupons for movies, sporting events, concerts, etc. In the scenario of seat selection for a flight, the attributes of the seat may include: flight number, flight date, departure time, seat number, class level, and associated recommendation information and data resources, etc. The data resources associated with the seats can be pre-allocated or dynamically allocated after the user selects the seats or purchases tickets. The computing device 110 reads the resource information from the data storage device 120 according to the request of the mobile terminal 200, and returns the read resource information to the mobile terminal 200, so that the mobile terminal 200 can perform various operations after being displayed on a display interface.

The processing method of the recommendation information according to the embodiment of the present invention may be executed in the mobile terminal 200, for example, in a seat selection ticket purchasing application of the mobile terminal 200.

Fig. 2 is a configuration diagram of a mobile terminal 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the mobile terminal 200 includes: a memory interface 202, one or more data processors, image processors and/or central processing units 204, and a peripheral interface 206. The memory interface 202, the one or more processors 204, and/or the peripherals interface 206 can be discrete components or can be integrated in one or more integrated circuits. In the mobile terminal 200, the various elements may be coupled by one or more communication buses or signal lines. Sensors, devices, and subsystems can be coupled to peripheral interface 206 to facilitate a variety of functions. For example, a motion sensor 210, a light sensor 212, and a distance sensor 214 may be coupled to the peripheral interface 206 to facilitate directional, lighting, and ranging functions. Other sensors 216 may also be coupled to the peripheral interface 206, such as a positioning system (e.g., a GPS receiver), a temperature sensor, a biometric sensor, or other sensing device, to facilitate related functions.

The camera subsystem 220 and optical sensor 222 may be used to facilitate implementation of camera functions such as recording photographs and video clips, where the camera subsystem 220 and optical sensor 222 may be, for example, a charge-coupled device (CCD) or a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) optical sensor. Communication functions may be facilitated by one or more wireless communication subsystems 224, which may include radio frequency receivers and transmitters and/or optical (e.g., infrared) receivers and transmitters. The particular design and implementation of wireless communication subsystem 224 may depend on one or more communication networks supported by mobile terminal 200. For example, the mobile terminal 200 may include a network designed to support GSM networks, GPRS networks, EDGE networks, 3G networks, 4G networks, Wi-Fi or WiMax networks, and Bluetooth^TM A communication subsystem 224 of the network. The audio subsystem 226 may be coupled with a speaker 228 and a microphone 230 to facilitate voice-enabled functions, such as voice recognition, voice replication, digital recording, and telephony functions.

The I/O subsystem 240 may include a touchscreen controller 242 and/or one or more other input controllers 244. The touch screen controller 242 may be coupled to a touch screen 246. For example, the touch screen 246 and touch screen controller 242 may detect contact and movement or pauses made therewith using any of a variety of touch sensing technologies, including but not limited to capacitive, resistive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave technologies. One or more other input controllers 244 can be coupled to other input/control devices 248, such as one or more buttons, rocker switches, thumbwheels, infrared ports, USB ports, and/or pointing devices such as styluses. The one or more buttons (not shown) may include up/down buttons for controlling the volume of the speaker 228 and/or the microphone 230.

The memory interface 202 may be coupled with a memory 250. The memory 250 may include high-speed random access memory and/or non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, one or more optical storage devices, and/or flash memory (e.g., NAND, NOR). The memory 250 may store an operating system 252, such as an operating system like Android, IOS or Windows Phone. The operating system 252 may include instructions for handling basic system services and for performing hardware dependent tasks. The memory 250 may also store one or more programs 254. The program 254 is loaded from the memory 250 onto the processor 204 and runs on top of the operating system 252 already run by the processor 204, and implements various user-desired functions such as instant messaging, web browsing, picture management, etc., using the interface provided by the operating system 252 and the underlying hardware. The program 254 may be provided independently of the operating system or may be self-contained.

In some embodiments, the mobile terminal 200 is configured to perform a method 300 of processing recommendation information according to the present invention. Among other things, one or more programs 254 of mobile terminal 200 include instructions for performing a method 300 of processing recommendation information in accordance with the present invention.

FIG. 3 shows a flow diagram of a method 300 of processing recommendation information, according to one embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 3, the method 300 begins at step S310, where a resource tab is displayed on a display interface of the mobile terminal 200 and associated recommendation information is displayed based on an attribute of the resource tab at step S310.

The mobile terminal 200 may send a request to the computing device 110 to obtain resource information, such as seats for online seat selection and ticketing, and attribute information of each seat, including, for example: the time of day, seat number, price, and associated recommended information such as brand identification and data resources such as brand coupons. The data resources related to the seats can be allocated in advance or dynamically allocated after the user purchases the ticket.

After acquiring the resource information, the mobile terminal 200 displays the resource information on the display interface. Taking the display interface as a seat selection page as an example, the resource is a seat, the resource is marked as a seat icon, the recommendation information is a brand identifier associated with the seat, and the data resource is a brand coupon corresponding to the brand identifier. The seating page has a seating map including a plurality of seats arranged in a predetermined manner, such as in a matrix arrangement. In step S320, based on the user' S click operation on the resource tag, recommendation information associated with the clicked resource tag is read. displaying a brand coupon of the seat before selecting the seat;

displaying brand coupons of the seats after seat selection and before purchase;

displaying brand coupons for the seats after seat selection and purchase;

the assignment of brand coupons (e.g., how many brand coupons are shared in the session, how many brand coupons have been currently picked up, etc.) is displayed in the seats page.

Several ways of user interaction with the tabbed page are listed below.

In a first mode

The data resources are divided into multiple resource types according to the value, for example, the resource types are divided into two resource types, namely a first type data resource and a second type data resource, and the value of the second type data resource is higher than that of the first type data resource. The first type of data resource is, for example, an undifferentiated coupon; the second type of data resource is, for example, a predetermined prize.

Most seats in the seat map are associated with a first type of resource (indiscriminate coupons) and a few seats are associated with a second type of resource (preset prizes). As shown in FIG. 4a, when the user opens the seat selection page, each seat icon is displayed as a brand identifier (logo) of the brand to be recommended, the brand identifier is '88' in the figure, and a coupon is given by playing 'ticket buying', and a chance of winning a big prize! Mode two

The data resource of the brand to be recommended is a random coupon. That is, whether a certain seat is associated with a brand coupon is random. Thus, the seat purchased by the user may or may not be associated with the brand coupon.

As shown in fig. 4b, when the user opens the seat selection page, each seat icon is displayed as a brand identifier (logo) of the brand to be recommended, the brand identifier in the graph is "88", and a 'ticket-buying random comp' is played on the seat selection page, after the user selects and purchases a ticket, the platform determines whether the purchased seat is associated with a data resource, and if so, the data resource (random coupon) is allocated to the user.

Then, for the seat that has been purchased, if a random coupon is assigned to the seat (corresponding to a prize winning for the seat), the seat is highlighted, or a typeface 'ticket' (indicating that the seat is assigned to the coupon) is displayed in an angle mark manner on the seat, and the content of the preferential resource, for example, the content of a prize, can be displayed on the seat icon. Mode IV

In summary, according to the recommendation information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, while the brand is exposed, the advertiser can be helped to issue the coupon, so that direct user traffic is brought to the advertiser, a final consumption closed loop is induced to be formed, and the retention time of the user on the seat selection page is prolonged; the action point of 'seat selection' of the user is grasped, the user determines whether the discount is required to be obtained or which discount is required to be obtained, the advertiser is helped to find out potential customers through active selection of the user, and the advertising effect is more accurate; through playing methods such as jigsaw, treasure digging and the like, the interaction between the user and the brand is increased, the psychological distance of the user is shortened, and more deals are brought by subsidies issued by advertisers.

Fig. 5 shows a block diagram of a processing apparatus 500 for recommending information according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the apparatus 500 includes:

11. The method of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the attributes of the resource tags include resource tier attributes, and different tiers of resource tags are associated with different types of offer resources.

12. The method of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the display interface is a seating page, the resource is marked as a seating icon, the recommendation information is a brand identifier, and the data resource is a brand coupon.

13. A processing method of recommendation information comprises the following steps:

displaying a seat icon and associated recommendation information on a seat selection page of the flight;

reading recommendation information associated with a seat icon based on clicking operation of a user on the seat icon;

and allocating the data resource under the recommendation information to the seat based on the confirmation selection operation of the user on the seat represented by the seat icon, and sending the allocated data resource to the account associated with the user.
