After the customer clicks the cancel order on the take-away APP or the merchant clicks the cancel order on the merchant APP, a pop-up window is immediately popped up on the order detail page, "the order has been cancelled by the customer/merchant", and the rider can click the button, "i knows", then the order detail page is immediately closed and returns to the order list page.
After the merchant operates "restocked" or "partial restocking and refund" or "non-restocked and refund" on the merchant APP, the order detail page pops up an information display curtain "downward at the top of the page" for example: after the merchant has partially filled the goods and the rest have operated the refund, the rider can click on the 'confirm filled goods', the page returns to the list page, and the distribution work of the current order is continued. The curtain can be an information floating window which is displayed in a mode that the order detail page extends downwards from the top of a page, and a user can carry out an interactive design mode for later processing on tasks in the current floating window.
The embodiment completes the touch of two types of information, namely the order is cancelled or the merchant has supplemented goods through the pop-up window and the curtain, is favorable for the rider to sense the information immediately, and improves the rider experience.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a sample schematic diagram of an instant message capsule, in the order detail page, 3 pieces of information capsules are stacked from above the order information card, respectively, "you have applied for [ without charge for cancellation ], waiting for the chief to review," customer is applying for cancellation of order, please contact the merchant for verification, "forward to order, and 04:59 remains.
Through the scheme of the embodiment, the perception of a rider on the address information is not influenced, and the interface is not complicated and bloated. The order transferring information and the preparation information are centralized in display position, the priority level of the notification and the state information is consistent, and the display of the behavior information of the rider (such as slow goods delivery of preparation merchants, no goods delivery of merchants, inaccurate merchant positioning, no customer contact, no responsibility cancellation and the like) and the display of the behavior information of the customers (such as address modification of the customers, call modification, order urging, application cancellation and the like) can be well compatible. The order detail page completes the touch of two types of information, namely the order is cancelled or the merchant has supplemented goods through the pop-up window and the curtain, so that the rider can sense the information in time and the rider experience is improved.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the embodiment provides a display device for delivering order information, as shown in fig. 4, the device includes: a receiving module 31, a judging module 32, a generating module 33 and a display module 34.
A receiving module 31, configured to receive real-time order information of a delivery order;
the judging module 32 is configured to judge whether the order information is information that meets a preset reminding type;
a generating module 33, configured to generate at least one instant message capsule according to the order information if the order information is information that meets a preset reminding type, where the instant message capsule includes capsule strip information of an instant state of delivery order processing;
a display module 34, configured to display the generated capsule bar information in the instant message capsule in the order detail page.
In a specific application scenario, the generating module 33 is specifically configured to determine an information category of the order information; acquiring preset templates corresponding to the information categories, wherein different information categories have the corresponding preset templates respectively; and filling information according to the acquired preset template to obtain the capsule strip information which reminds the order processing in an instant state.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the capsule bar information includes operation button information;
the display module 34 is further configured to display a corresponding function page or cancel displaying corresponding capsule bar information in response to a click command of the operation button information.
In a specific application scenario, the determining module 32 is specifically configured to determine whether the order information is information related to an order placing user; or, judging whether the order information is related to the order transfer; or, judging whether the order information is related to the report or cancel of the distributor; and if the order information is information related to the order placing user, or information related to the order transferring, or information related to the report or cancel of the distributor, judging that the order information is information conforming to a preset reminding type.
In a specific application scenario, the display module 34 is specifically configured to display the capsule bar information in each instant message capsule in a stack manner in the order detail page.
In a specific application scenario, the display module 34 is further specifically configured to, if the number of pieces of capsule information is greater than a preset number threshold, screen and display the preset number of pieces of capsule information according to priority.
In a specific application scenario, the display module 34 is further specifically configured to, if there are multiple pieces of information of the same type of capsule, screen out one piece of information of the highest priority from the multiple pieces of information of the same type of capsule, and preferentially display the information in the corresponding instant information capsule; and if a plurality of pieces of different types of capsule strip information exist, stacking and displaying the plurality of pieces of different types of capsule strip information, wherein one piece of capsule strip information with the highest priority in the same type is selected for each type of capsule strip, and is preferentially displayed in the corresponding instant information capsule.
In a specific application scenario, optionally, the instant message capsule supports automatic carousel and/or user-controlled play of other information of the same type.
In a specific application scenario, the apparatus further comprises: an update module;
and the updating module is used for updating and displaying the capsule bar information in the generated instant message capsule according to the latest received order information after the generated capsule bar information in the instant message capsule is displayed in the order detail page.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units related to the display device for delivering order information provided in this embodiment may refer to the corresponding descriptions in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and are not repeated herein.
Based on the above-described methods shown in fig. 1 and 2, accordingly, the present embodiment also provides a storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the above-described delivery order information display method shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 4, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which may specifically be a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, or other network devices, and the device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the above-described delivery order information display method shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Optionally, the entity device may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WI-FI module, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keypad (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described physical device structure provided in the present embodiment is not limited to the physical device, and may include more or less components, or combine some components, or arrange different components.
The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. The operating system is a program that manages the hardware and software resources of the above-described physical devices, and supports the operation of the information processing program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the information processing entity device.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware. By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, compared with the prior art, the scheme of the embodiment can display the capsule bar information of the instant state of the current delivery order processing in the form of an instant information capsule in the order detail page of the delivery order. By the scheme, a distributor can timely and effectively sense the current order information notification or state needing to be concerned in the navigation advancing process, the operation cost of the distributor for checking the information is reduced, and the distribution experience of the distributor can be improved.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

The above disclosure is only a few specific implementation scenarios of the present application, but the present application is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method for displaying delivery order information, comprising:
receiving real-time order information of a distribution order;
judging whether the order information is information in accordance with a preset reminding type;
if the order information is information conforming to a preset reminding type, generating at least one piece of instant information capsule according to the order information, wherein the instant information capsule comprises capsule strip information of an instant state of delivery order processing;
and displaying the generated capsule strip information in the instant message capsule in an order detail page.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating at least one instant message capsule according to the order information specifically comprises:
determining the information category of the order information;
acquiring preset templates corresponding to the information categories, wherein different information categories have the corresponding preset templates respectively;
and filling information according to the acquired preset template to obtain the capsule strip information which reminds the order processing in an instant state.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the capsule strip information includes operation button information;
after the step of displaying the generated capsule strip information in the instant message capsule in the order detail page, the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the click instruction of the operation button information, and displaying a corresponding function page or canceling to display corresponding capsule strip information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the order information is information conforming to a preset reminding type specifically comprises:
judging whether the order information is related to an order placing user; or the like, or, alternatively,
judging whether the order information is related to the order transfer; or the like, or, alternatively,
judging whether the order information is related to the report or cancellation of a distributor;
and if the order information is information related to the order placing user, or information related to the order transferring, or information related to the report or cancel of the distributor, judging that the order information is information conforming to a preset reminding type.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the displaying of the generated capsule strip information in the instant message capsule in the order detail page specifically comprises:
and stacking and displaying the capsule strip information in each instant message capsule in an order detail page.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step of displaying the capsule strip information in each instant message capsule in a stacking manner in the order detail page specifically comprises the following steps:
and if the number of the pieces of capsule information is larger than a preset number threshold value, screening and displaying the preset number of pieces of capsule information according to the priority.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the screening and displaying of a predetermined number of pieces of information of capsules according to priority comprises:
if a plurality of pieces of same-type capsule bar information exist, screening out one piece of capsule bar information with the highest priority from the plurality of pieces of same-type capsule bar information, and preferentially displaying the information in the corresponding instant message capsule;
and if a plurality of pieces of different types of capsule strip information exist, stacking and displaying the plurality of pieces of different types of capsule strip information, wherein one piece of capsule strip information with the highest priority in the same type is selected for each type of capsule strip, and is preferentially displayed in the corresponding instant information capsule.
8. A display device for delivery order information, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving real-time order information of the delivery order;
the judging module is used for judging whether the order information is information conforming to a preset reminding type;
the generating module is used for generating at least one instant message capsule according to the order information if the order information is information conforming to a preset reminding type, wherein the instant message capsule comprises capsule strip information of an instant state of delivery order processing;
and the display module is used for displaying the generated capsule strip information in the instant message capsule in the order detail page.
9. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
