Description

Oily concentrated air deodorant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air deodorization, in particular to an oily concentrated air deodorant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, in the field of air spray deodorisation, there are generally two main classes of air spray deodorants:
the water aqua product is mainly prepared by taking polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, polyoxyethylene castor oil, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester and the like as solubilizer solvents, dissolving oily plant extracts with deodorization effect into the solubilizer solvents, dissolving the oily plant extracts into water, spraying the oily plant extracts into air through a high-pressure atomization system and an ultrasonic atomization system, neutralizing and decomposing odor in the air, and is mainly used for large-scale environmental protection engineering: garbage stations, landfill sites and the like.
For example: the components of the aqueous product are as follows: 49% of camphor tree seed extract, 10% of purple perilla extract, 10% of lemon extract, 15% of mint extract, 7.5% of laurel extract, 5% of holly extract, 1% of tea extract, 0.5% of other plant extracts, 1% of gelling agent and 1% of solubilizer.
The preparation process of the aqueous product comprises the following steps:
1. mixing Camphor seed extract, Perillae herba extract, fructus Citri Limoniae extract, herba Menthae extract, laurel extract, ilex chinensis extract, folium Camelliae sinensis extract and other plant extracts at room temperature, stirring, and standing for 48 hr.
2. Adding the gel into the above mixed materials, pouring into a container, adding hot water into the container, heating to 40 deg.C, and stirring and mixing.
3. And (3) placing the mixture to normal temperature, adding the solubilizer, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, and standing for 24 hours to obtain a finished product.
The air freshener is an aerosol or spray which is composed of components such as polyol, essence, propellant and the like, and can cover up peculiar smell by emitting fragrance and relieve uncomfortable feeling of people to the peculiar smell.
For example: the formula of the air freshener is as follows: triethylene glycol 3g, propylene glycol 2g, essence 1.5g, triethyl citrate 0.5g, ethanol 10ml, propellant (mixture of F11 and F12) added to 100 ml.
The preparation process of the air freshener comprises the following steps:
1. mixing triethylene glycol 3g, propylene glycol 2g, essence 1.5g, triethyl citrate 0.5g and ethanol 10ml thoroughly, standing for 24 hours.
2. And (3) filling the mixture into a packaging can by adopting filling equipment, pressing the propellant into the can by using high-pressure equipment, and sealing to obtain a finished product.
The existing air spraying deodorant, such as a plant liquid deodorant, generally needs to be diluted by water by tens of times and hundreds of times, and then is sprayed into the air through a spraying system to eliminate peculiar smell and stink, and has the following defects:
1. the deodorant has poor smell, is generally used in outdoor foul environments, such as garbage stations, garbage landfills, feeding farms and other places with less movement and gathering of people, and can cause discomfort of human olfaction when used in indoor environments.
2. The use amount of the air conditioner is large, so that the air humidity is increased.
3. The ice is troubled in winter.
4. The stock solution can not be directly sprayed and used after being diluted by multiple times of water, and the deodorization with small dose can not be realized.

step two, mixing the first vegetable oil component pretreated in the step one and the second vegetable oil component pretreated in the step one, heating to 50 ℃, heating sandalwood oil to 50 ℃, uniformly mixing, sealing and standing for 24 hours to obtain an essential oil mixture.
And step three, sequentially adding linalool, myrcene, limonene, menthene, citronellol, eugenol and nerol (the sequence can be changed) into the essential oil mixture, uniformly stirring and mixing (stirring for 10min every time one substance is added), sealing and standing for 24h, stirring for 10min, and refrigerating (the refrigerating temperature is 0-3 ℃, and the refrigerating time is 7d) to obtain the oily concentrated air deodorant.
The oily concentrated air deodorant of example 4 was added to two environments having a high contaminant concentration and a moderate contaminant concentration, respectively, and the test results for the high contaminant concentration are shown in table 9 and the test results for the moderate contaminant concentration are shown in table 10, respectively, and the following tests were carried out:
the deodorizing effect test of the above oil-based concentrated air deodorant was:
1. test objects: ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, benzene, toluene, benzopyrene, methyl mercaptan
2. The test method comprises the following steps: in a 60L closed chamber, a certain amount (50mg) of the test object was added, and the deodorizing composition was sprayed with a dry mist atomizer for 5 minutes, respectively, to test the change in concentration.

As can be seen from the data in tables 9 and 10, the oily concentrated air deodorant has good deodorizing effects in two environments with high and moderate pollutant concentrations, and the removal rate of the environmental pollutants is substantially more than 90%.
In conclusion, the oily concentrated air deodorant disclosed by the invention is completely made of natural plant raw materials, is free of any synthetic raw material, is environment-friendly, has comfortable smell, and can be widely applied to industrial and commercial office environments (used in personnel activity areas, and does not cause discomfort to human bodies). The oily concentrated air deodorant has good deodorization effects in two environments with high and moderate pollutant concentrations, and the removal rate of the environmental pollutants basically reaches over 90 percent. The oily concentrated air deodorant can be diffused into the air through two-fluid atomization equipment or a natural volatilization mode, and has the advantages of high concentration of effective ingredients, good volatility, high deodorization speed and small using amount. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
