Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pet care solution, in particular to pet tartar removing solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of feeding pets, as the pets can leave residues on teeth after eating, tartar, also called dental plaque, can appear on the teeth after a long time, and mainly causes harm to teeth and gum, namely the two most common diseases in the oral cavity: caries and periodontal disease.
Caries is commonly called "decayed tooth", and the term "worm" refers to bacteria in plaque, the plaque is firmly attached to tooth surface, the bacteria take in sugar in saliva, decompose sugar and produce acid, and the acid can destroy tooth and finally form cavity.
When plaque is brought close to the gums, the bacteria produce toxins and other harmful substances that irritate the gums (commonly referred to as "gums") and produce inflammation, i.e., gingivitis. If left uncontrolled, gingivitis may develop into irreversible periodontitis, causing destruction of the alveolar bone, which may eventually lead to loosening and loss of teeth.
Therefore, it is very important to perform dental care on pets to help the pets remove tartar, and a common tartar removal method is to help the pets brush teeth, but the brushing of the pets is time-consuming and labor-consuming, a great deal of time and energy are consumed, and therefore, the long-term periodic tooth cleaning is difficult.
Chinese patent CN201910896248.3 discloses a pet mouthwash and a preparation method thereof, and adopts the technical scheme that the pet mouthwash comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-9 parts of honeysuckle, 5-8 parts of sophora flower, 3-7 parts of centella, 3-7 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 2-4 parts of liquorice, 1-2 parts of salt, 1-2 parts of borax and 3-5 parts of hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 1-5%; 0.5-0.8 part of citric acid, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium benzoate and 1-3 parts of tea polyphenol; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking 4-9 parts of honeysuckle, 5-8 parts of sophora flower, 3-7 parts of centella, 3-7 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower and 2-4 parts of liquorice according to parts by weight, adding water to enable the solid-liquid ratio to be 1:3-5, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours at 90-100 ℃ after boiling, and filtering to obtain filtrate; (2) taking the filtrate prepared in the step (1), and adding 1-2 parts of salt, 1-2 parts of borax and 3-5 parts of 1-5% hydrogen peroxide; 0.5-0.8 part of citric acid, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium benzoate and 1-3 parts of tea polyphenol, fully stirring and mixing, and quantitatively subpackaging; the technical method adopts hydrogen peroxide to disinfect the oral cavity, but hydrogen peroxide is one of 3 carcinogens in a carcinogen list published by international cancer research institution of world health organization, can bring certain negative effects on pets, does not contain a pH adjusting component, can cause tooth decay when the pH is lower than 5, and can also cause damage to oral mucosa.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses a pet tartar removing liquid, which adopts the technical scheme that the pet tartar removing liquid comprises the following components:
hypochlorous acid, polyphosphate, chlorogenic acid, plant extract, antibiotics, vitamins, boric acid and pH regulator.
Hypochlorous acid is oxyacid of chlorine element, has a chemical formula of HClO and a structural formula of H-O-Cl, wherein the valence of the chlorine element is + 1. It is present only in solution, its concentrated solution is yellow, its dilute solution is colourless, has a very pungent chlorine-like odour, and is extremely unstable, is a very weak acid, weaker than carbonic acid, and comparable to hydrogen-sulphuric acid. Hypochlorous acid also has a strong bleaching effect, and its salts can be used as bleaching agent and disinfectant. Hypochlorous acid is mainly used as a disinfectant, and is widely used for disinfecting polluted objects such as object surfaces, fabrics and the like, water, fruits, vegetables, eating and drinking utensils and the like. In addition to the above uses, hypochlorous acid can also be used for disinfection of indoor air, surfaces of secondary water supply facilities, hands, skin and mucous membranes.
The polyphosphate can inhibit the growth of microorganisms, thereby playing a role in antisepsis and bacteriostasis.
Chlorogenic acid which is an organic matter and has a chemical formula of C16H18O9Is one of the main antibacterial and antiviral effective pharmacological components of honeysuckle. The hemihydrate is needle crystals (water). And 110 ℃ to become an anhydrous compound. The solubility in water at 25 ℃ is 4%, and the solubility in hot water is higher. Is easily dissolved in ethanol and acetone, and is very slightly dissolved in ethyl acetate. Chlorogenic acid has a wide range of antibacterial effects, but can be inactivated by proteins in vivo. Similar to caffeic acid, the composition can improve central excitability of rat when administered orally or via intraperitoneal injection. Can increase the small intestinal peristalsis of rats and mice and the tension of the uterus of rats. Has choleretic effect and can promote bile secretion of rat. Has sensitizing effect on human, and can cause asthma and dermatitis after inhaling plant dust containing the product.
The plant extract is a substance extracted or processed from a plant (whole or a part of the plant) by adopting a proper solvent or method, and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, the daily chemical industry and other industries. There is a conceptual crossover between plant extracts and herbal extracts. Chinese plant extracts are mainly prepared from Chinese herbal medicines, so the domestic plant extracts can also be called Chinese medicine extracts to a certain extent.
Antibiotics refer to a class of secondary metabolites with anti-pathogen or other activities generated by microorganisms (including bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes) or higher animals and plants during life, and chemical substances capable of interfering with other life cell development functions. Antibiotics commonly used in clinical practice are extracts from microbial cultures and chemically synthesized or semisynthetic compounds. The bacteriostatic or bactericidal action of antibacterial agents such as antibiotics mainly aims at killing bacteria and human (or other animals and plants) without mechanisms, and comprises four action mechanisms, namely: inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, enhancing bacterial cell membrane permeability, interfering with bacterial protein synthesis, and inhibiting bacterial nucleic acid replication transcription.
Vitamins are a class of trace organic substances that animals must obtain from food in order to maintain normal physiological functions, and play an important role in the growth, metabolism and development of animals. Vitamins are not involved in the formation of cells in the body, nor do they provide energy to the body.
Boric acid is an inorganic substance of formula H3BO3White powdery crystals or triclinic scaly crystals, smooth hand feeling and no odor. Dissolving in water, alcohol, glycerol, ethers and essential oil, and making the aqueous solution weakly acidic. Boric acid acts as a PH modifier, bacteriostatic preservative, where it softens calculus and aids in the cleaning of tartar.
