water: 30-80 parts;
dipotassium glycyrrhizinate: 0.01-0.5 part;
emulsifier: 2.5-8 parts;
and (3) an emollient: 5-20 parts of a solvent;
phellodendron amurense bark extract: 0.01-5 parts;
ethanol: 0.01-10 parts;
the dandelion root extract: 0.01-5 parts;
dipropylene glycol: 0.01-8 parts;
propylene glycol: 0.01-8 parts;
peony root bark extract: 0.01-5 parts;
bisabolol: 0.01-0.5 part;
mint leaf extract: 0.01-5 parts;
metal chelating agent: 0.01-0.2 parts;
antioxidant: 0.01-2 parts;
preservative: 0.01-2 parts;
a stabilizer: 0.1-5 parts.
Wherein the water is specifically deionized water or distilled water. In addition, the compound acne removing cream can also contain 0.01-0.1 part of an aromatizer, and the aromatizer is essence.
The emulsifier may be specifically: cetearyl alcohol + cetearyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate + PEG-100 stearate. The preparation method of the composite acne-removing cream comprises the following steps:
step (1): dissolving 15 parts of the water with the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate for later use;
step (2): uniformly dispersing the stabilizer by the dipropylene glycol and the propylene glycol, adding the rest parts of water, adding the metal chelating agent, stirring for dissolving, and heating to 85 ℃;
and (3): mixing and heating the emollient, the emulsifier, the bisabolol, and the preservative to 85 ℃;
and (4): pumping the aqueous solution prepared in the step (2) into an emulsifying pot, pumping the mixed solution prepared in the step (3) into the emulsifying pot, carrying out vacuum homogenization at the rotating speed of 3000RPM for 5 minutes, and finally stirring and cooling to 45 ℃ to add the phellodendron bark extract, the dandelion root extract, the peony root bark extract, the mint leaf extract and the aqueous solution prepared in the step (1);
and (5): adding the antioxidant and the ethanol into a system, carrying out vacuum homogenization for 3 minutes at the rotating speed of 3000RPM, then continuously stirring and cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to finish the preparation of the composite acne cream.
After the composite acne removing cream is detected to be qualified, bottling to obtain the finished product.
In addition, the above step (5) may further comprise adding the above-mentioned flavoring agent.
The safety and efficacy of the composite acne-removing cream disclosed by the invention are evaluated as follows:
the safety test method of the composite acne-removing cream comprises the following steps: selecting 30 test persons, carrying out a spot-sticking test, observing by naked eyes, and observing skin reaction after 24 hours:
the evaluation results of the patch tests show that in example 1, 29 persons showed negative reactions and 1 person showed suspicious reactions. In example 2, 30 persons showed a negative reaction, and 0 person showed a suspicious reaction. In example 3, 30 persons showed a negative reaction, and 0 person showed a suspicious reaction. (2) The peony root bark extract and the mint leaf extract are adopted to act on the surface of skin, relieve itching, repair damaged sebaceous glands and inhibit excessive secretion of the sebaceous glands, so that the growth of acnes is effectively controlled from the source, and the acne removing effect is good.
(3) In the process of effectively treating the pox skin, the moisture content of the skin is maintained by using an emollient to maintain the oil content of the surface layer of the skin and prevent the loss of moisture.

and (5): adding the antioxidant and the ethanol into a system, carrying out vacuum homogenization for 3 minutes at the rotating speed of 3000RPM, then continuously stirring and cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to finish the preparation of the composite acne cream.
10. The preparation method of the composite acne cream according to claim 9, characterized in that: the step (5) is also added with the aromatizer.
