Description

Atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of atomized liquid, in particular to an atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The electronic atomization device has a large market prospect as a novel tobacco system, and the main reason is that: on the one hand, the electronic atomization device can provide similar consumption habit and satisfaction as those of the traditional cigarettes; on the other hand, the hazard index of the electronic atomization device is greatly reduced compared with that of the traditional cigarette. The low harm of the electronic atomization device is that the electronic atomization device adopts a non-combustion mode to generate aroma, and atomized liquid is sucked into a human body instead of combustion cracking products, so that the electronic atomization device can not generate harmful substances such as tar, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, acrolein and the like, and the electronic atomization device is regarded as a pollution-free smoking cessation product or a tobacco substitute.
The atomized liquid is electronic atomized liquid matched with the electronic atomization device, and the electronic atomization device is utilized to heat the atomized liquid, so that fog like cigarettes can be generated. The main components of the atomized liquid are edible or medical grade glycerin, 1, 2-propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol and tobacco special essence. The glycerin has strong water absorbability, and can absorb saliva in the oral cavity after entering the oral cavity, so that the problems of dry mouth and tongue, sore throat and the like of smokers are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the uncomfortable feeling of the oral cavity after sucking the atomized liquid, the application provides the atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides an atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of propylene glycol, 41-55 parts of glycerol, 3-7 parts of xylitol, 12-16 parts of ambergris essence, 0.3-0.7 part of tobacco extract and 2-6 parts of radix isatidis extract; the tobacco extract is subjected to deproteinization modification treatment.
By adopting the technical scheme, under the condition that no nicotine is added in the atomized liquid, the taste requirement of a smoker on the atomized liquid is met. The addition of propylene glycol gives the atomized liquid a throat-hitting feel when inhaled, and glycerin is the main raw material for generating smoke. The physical and chemical properties of xylitol are similar to those of glycerin, and meanwhile, the xylitol can promote the secretion of saliva in the oral cavity, remarkably increase the flow rate of saliva in the oral cavity, and effectively relieve the problems of dry mouth, dry tongue, sore throat and the like after the electronic atomization device is used. Xylitol replaces part of glycerol, reduces the amount of glycerol, and reduces the saliva amount in the oral cavity caused by the glycerol entering the oral cavity, so that the problems of dry mouth and tongue, even sore throat and the like are caused.
Ambergris is an animal spice, a dried secretion of sperm whales, which has a unique sweet and earthy fragrance, and is expensive and more precious due to the fact that the number of sperm whales in the world is smaller and smaller. The addition of ambergris essence makes the atomized liquid possess ambergris fragrance. The radix isatidis has the functions of resisting inflammation, clearing heat and detoxicating, relieving sore throat, preventing and relieving sore throat, solving the taste requirement of smokers on atomized liquid and reducing the harm of tobacco leaves of the electronic atomization device to the throat.
The tobacco extract can enable the atomized liquid to have the aroma of tobacco, meets the taste requirement of smokers on the aroma of the atomized liquid tobacco, but contains a large amount of protein, and the too high protein content of the atomized liquid can reduce the aroma and taste of the tobacco liquid and can generate spicy taste, bitter taste and irritation. By removing proteins from tobacco, the aroma and taste of the atomized liquid can be improved. The atomized liquid disclosed by the application not only has noble and elegant ambergris fragrance, but also improves the taste of the tobacco liquid, and relatively improves the problem of sore throat caused by a smoker after sucking the electronic atomization device.
As preferable: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-55 parts of propylene glycol, 44.5-51.5 parts of glycerin, 4-6 parts of xylitol, 13-15 parts of ambergris essence, 0.4-0.6 part of tobacco extract and 3-5 parts of radix isatidis extract.
As preferable: the tobacco extract is extracted from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of tobacco leaves, 5-9 parts of deionized water and 6-30 parts of ethyl acetate.
By adopting the technical scheme, most substances in the tobacco can be dissolved by deionized water, wherein the substances comprise nicotine, sugar, amino acid, protein, inorganic salt, organic acid salt and the like. The ethyl acetate can dissolve and remove a large amount of substances in the tobacco, including tobacco aroma, such as neophytadiene, multiple substances and the like, so as to ensure the tobacco aroma of the atomized liquid.
As preferable: the modification treatment operation of deproteinizing the tobacco extract is specifically as follows: drying and crushing tobacco leaves, adding the crushed tobacco leaves into deionized water, performing ultrasonic extraction, adjusting the pH to 10-13, distilling, and collecting precipitate A and distillate A; regulating the pH of the distillate A to 3-5, filtering, collecting filtrate, adding the filtrate into ethyl acetate for extraction, filtering, and collecting an extract B; mixing the extract B with the precipitate A, adjusting pH to 6-8, concentrating under reduced pressure, and oven drying to obtain tobacco extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the tobacco leaves are dried and crushed, so that the extraction of internal substances is facilitated, and deionized water can dissolve most substances in the tobacco leaves, including nicotine, sugar, amino acid, protein, inorganic salt, organic acid salt and the like. Protein is dissolved under alkaline condition and has precipitation characteristic under acidic condition, the pH of the extracted liquid is regulated to be alkaline, so that the protein is dissolved in distillate A, then the distillate A is regulated to be acidic liquid, so that the protein is precipitated, the purpose of removing the precipitate after the second extraction is to remove the protein, and the precipitate A and the extract B are improved tobacco extracts after the protein is removed.
As preferable: the ambergris essence is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of ambroxol, 0.4-0.5 part of ambroxol, 0.01-0.03 part of linalool, 0.05-0.07 part of isophorone oxide, 0.5-0.7 part of ethyl maltol, 0.04-0.06 part of beta-ionone, 0.04-0.06 part of furanone and 5-7 parts of ethanol.
By adopting the technical scheme, ambroxol provides the fragrance of main fragrance, ambroxol can greatly improve the diffusion effect of essence, and has no stimulation to human body. In addition, linalool and beta-ionone are modified aroma, and ethyl maltol and furanone play a role in sweetening.
As preferable: the weight ratio of ambroxol to ambroxol ether is 1: (3-5).
As preferable: the weight portion ratio of the glycerol to the propylene glycol is 1: (1.1-1.3).
By adopting the technical scheme, the main effect of the glycerol is to increase the smoke quantity which can be generated by the atomized liquid, and the propylene glycol can generate a small quantity of mist after being heated and has a certain throat feeling. The glycerin absorbs saliva in the oral cavity, so that the mouth and tongue of a smoker are dry, the throat is sore, and the dosage of the glycerin can be reduced by the matched addition of the propylene glycol and the glycerin, so that the taste of the atomized liquid is improved.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing any one of the above atomized liquids, which is specifically implemented by the following technical scheme:
an atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance, comprising the following steps of:
weighing ambergris essence for standby;
weighing propylene glycol, glycerol, xylitol, tobacco extract and radix Isatidis extract, and mixing uniformly to obtain mother liquor;
adding ambergris essence into the mother liquor, stirring uniformly, aging for 15-25h after the raw materials are completely dissolved, and obtaining the atomized liquid with ambergris fragrance.
By adopting the technical scheme, the raw materials of the ambergris essence are uniformly mixed firstly, then the ambergris essence is added into the mother liquor, so that the ambergris essence is more convenient to dissolve, and the ambergris essence is aged to ensure that the fragrance of ambergris is more integral and stable.
In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
