技术领域
本发明涉及输电设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种母线连接机构及母线。
背景技术
电力行业的电力传输结构中,两段导体间需要通过母线连接机构连接。现有的母线连接机构抗热胀冷缩能力较差,导致容易发生变形、断裂等故障。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种母线连接机构及母线,以至少解决相关技术中母线连接机构抗热胀冷缩能力差的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种管型母线连接机构,包括接头及多个导线,所述接头用于连接于母线的导体一端,多个所述导线一端连接于所述接头背离所述导体的一端,多个所述导线另一端用于连接另一接头。
进一步地,所述导线为柔性结构。
进一步地,多个导线的端部间隔且均匀分布在一圆形区域内。
进一步地,所述接头包括固定部及连接部,所述固定部呈圆筒状,所述连接部设于所述固定部一端,所述固定部用于固定于套接于所述导体,所述连接部电连接多个所述导线及所述导体。
进一步地,所述固定部螺接于所述导体,多个导线焊接于所述连接部。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,提供了一种母线,包括两个导体,还包括管型母线连接机构,两个所述导体通过所述管型母线连接机构连接。
有益效果:
本发明的母线连接机构,通过多个导线连接母线,相对于现有技术中的整体结构,能够有效减小热胀冷缩对结构的影响。进一步地,导线为柔性结构能够较好地适应热胀冷缩。

请参见图1,本发明实施例提供了一种母线,包括两个导体2及母线连接机构。两个所述导体2通过所述母线连接机构连接。
母线连接机构包括接头1及多个导线3。所述接头1用于连接于导体2一端。多个所述导线3一端连接于所述接头1背离所述导体2的一端,多个所述导线3另一端用于连接另一接头1。
所述导线3为柔性结构,使所述导线3能够弯折及适应热胀冷缩带来的变形。
多个导线3的端部间隔且均匀分布。在图示实施例中,多个导线3的端部间隔且均匀分布在一圆形区域内。
所述接头1包括固定部及连接部,所述连接部设于所述固定部一端,所述固定部用于固定于所述导体2,所述连接部电连接多个所述导线3及所述导体2。在图示实施例中,所述固定部呈圆筒状,所述固定部套接于所述导体2。
在至少一实施例中,所述固定部螺接于所述导体2,多个导线3焊接于所述连接部。

1.一种母线连接机构,其特征在于,包括接头及多个导线,所述接头用于连接于母线的导体一端,多个所述导线一端连接于所述接头背离所述导体的一端,多个所述导线另一端用于连接另一接头。
2.如权利要求1所述的母线连接机构,其特征在于:所述导线为柔性结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的母线连接机构,其特征在于:多个导线的端部间隔且均匀分布。
4.如权利要求1所述的母线连接机构,其特征在于:所述接头包括固定部及连接部,所述连接部设于所述固定部一端,所述固定部用于固定于所述导体,所述连接部电连接多个所述导线及所述导体。
5.一种母线,包括两个导体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的母线连接机构,两个所述导体通过所述母线连接机构连接。
