In actual operation, the transaction center can also calculate the electricity consumption of the user and the corresponding electricity fee data to be paid.

the information acquisition module 301 is configured to acquire electric charge settlement type information selected by a user, and search a plurality of settlement package information based on the electric charge settlement type;
a construction module 302, configured to construct a settlement transaction contract using the plurality of settlement package information;
a parameter obtaining module 303, configured to, when receiving synchronization information triggered by a determination that a user completes a synchronization operation online, obtain an electric quantity usage value of the user and obtain a settlement parameter of a transaction agreement from the settlement transaction contract;
and the settlement module 304 is configured to generate electricity charge settlement data of the user by using the electricity usage value and the settlement parameter.

extracting information elements from each settlement package information to obtain a plurality of information elements;
and respectively adding the plurality of information elements into a preset contract template to construct a settlement transaction contract.

when the electric quantity usage value is smaller than a settlement reference value, substituting the settlement constant and the electric quantity usage value into the settlement formula to calculate to obtain electric charge settlement data;
and when the electric quantity usage value is larger than a settlement reference value, substituting the settlement constant and the electric quantity usage value into the settlement formula to obtain first calculation data, substituting the settlement additional value and the electric quantity usage value into the settlement formula to obtain second calculation data, and adding the first calculation data and the second calculation data to obtain electric charge settlement data.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an online settlement application device, and referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the online settlement application device provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The apparatus relates to a transaction centre.
Wherein, as an example, the online settlement application device may include:
a data obtaining module 401, configured to obtain user transaction data sent by the transaction center and obtain the electric charge settlement data;
and the data proofreading module 402 is configured to perform data proofreading on the user transaction data and the electric charge settlement data to obtain a proofreading result.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the sending module is used for generating a transaction bill based on the proofreading result and sending the transaction bill to a preset user terminal so as to prompt a user to check the transaction bill by the preset user terminal.

the contract configuration preparation module is used for contract package configuration, contract custom template configuration and approval process configuration;
the contract management module is used for creating a contract, examining and approving the contract and filing the contract;
and the contract settlement module is used for calculating a contract standing book, a contract settlement bill and bill filing.
Further, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the processor when executing the program implementing the on-line settlement method of the electricity fee settlement transaction contract as described in the above embodiment or the on-line settlement application method as described in the above embodiment.
Further, an embodiment of the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform an online settlement method of an electric charge settlement transaction contract as described in the above embodiment or an online settlement application method as described in the above embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. An on-line settlement method of an electric charge settlement transaction contract, characterized by comprising:
acquiring the electric charge settlement type information selected by a user, and searching a plurality of settlement package information based on the electric charge settlement type;
constructing a settlement transaction contract by using the plurality of settlement package information;
when receiving synchronous information triggered by the fact that a user completes synchronous operation on line, acquiring an electric quantity use value of the user and acquiring settlement parameters of a transaction agreement from the settlement transaction contract;
and generating the electricity charge settlement data of the user by adopting the electricity usage value and the settlement parameter.
2. The on-line settlement method of an electric charge settlement transaction contract according to claim 1, wherein said constructing a settlement transaction contract using said plurality of settlement package information comprises:
extracting information elements from each settlement package information to obtain a plurality of information elements;
and respectively adding the plurality of information elements into a preset contract template to construct a settlement transaction contract.
3. The online settlement method of an electric charge settlement transaction contract according to claim 1, wherein the settlement parameters include a settlement formula, a settlement constant, a settlement reference value, and a settlement additional value;
the generating of the electricity charge settlement data of the user by adopting the electricity usage value and the settlement parameter includes:
when the electric quantity usage value is smaller than a settlement reference value, substituting the settlement constant and the electric quantity usage value into the settlement formula to calculate to obtain electric charge settlement data;
and when the electric quantity usage value is larger than a settlement reference value, substituting the settlement constant and the electric quantity usage value into the settlement formula to obtain first calculation data, substituting the settlement additional value and the electric quantity usage value into the settlement formula to obtain second calculation data, and adding the first calculation data and the second calculation data to obtain electric charge settlement data.
4. An online settlement application method based on the online settlement method of the electric charge settlement transaction contract according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the method relates to a transaction center, the method comprising:
acquiring user transaction data sent by the transaction center and acquiring the electric charge settlement data;
and performing data proofreading on the user transaction data and the electric charge settlement data to obtain a proofreading result.
5. The method for applying online settlement according to claim 4, wherein after the step of obtaining the collation result, the method further comprises:
and generating a transaction bill based on the correction result, and sending the transaction bill to a preset user terminal for the preset user terminal to prompt a user to check.
6. An on-line settlement system for an electric charge settlement transaction contract, comprising: a contract configuration preparation module, a contract management module and a contract settlement module which are connected in sequence;
the contract configuration preparation module is used for contract package configuration, contract custom template configuration and approval process configuration;
the contract management module is used for creating a contract, examining and approving the contract and filing the contract;
and the contract settlement module is used for calculating a contract standing book, a contract settlement bill and bill filing.
7. An on-line settlement apparatus for an electric charge settlement transaction contract, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the electric charge settlement type information selected by the user and searching a plurality of settlement package information based on the electric charge settlement type;
the construction module is used for constructing a settlement transaction contract by utilizing the plurality of settlement package information;
the parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring the electric quantity use value of the user and acquiring settlement parameters of a transaction agreement from the settlement transaction contract when receiving synchronization information triggered by the fact that the user completes the synchronization operation on line;
and the settlement module is used for generating the electricity charge settlement data of the user by adopting the electricity usage value and the settlement parameters.
8. An online settlement application apparatus based on the online settlement method of the electric charge settlement transaction contract according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the apparatus relates to a transaction center, the apparatus comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring user transaction data sent by the transaction center and acquiring the electric charge settlement data;
and the data proofreading module is used for performing data proofreading on the user transaction data and the electric charge settlement data to obtain a proofreading result.

An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the processor implementing the on-line settlement method of the electricity fee settlement transaction contract according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or the on-line settlement application method according to any one of claims 4 to 5 when executing the program.

A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the online settlement method of the electricity charge settlement transaction contract according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or the online settlement application method according to any one of claims 4 to 5.
