For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, and some operations/steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
In the prior art, with the development of different businesses of an enterprise, a cooperative relationship may be established with a plurality of logistics service parties, that is, the logistics service parties provide logistics services, such as trunk and branch transportation, cargo handling, and component acquisition, and generally, each logistics service party performs order receiving in a system of the enterprise to generate a logistics document, and the enterprise performs charge settlement and payment according to a corresponding charging contract in an offline manner.
Due to the fact that service contents provided by logistics service parties are various, the bill receiving forms of different service parties are different, for example, for part of enterprises, some service parties cannot receive bills through an upstream bill receiving system or a non-standard import form, and no standard bill exists, a new bill type is generated, and bill charging is not available. The existing bill-free data volume is greatly increased, the charging contract is also complex to configure, the information redundancy and offline settlement during bill settlement cause low logistics bill settlement efficiency, and the consumed time is long.
Aiming at the problem of settlement of the logistics receipts, the disclosure provides a logistics information processing method. Through the optimization of the processes of bill generation, bill price inquiry charging, settlement and account discharge and the like, a set of non-bill quantity periodic charging generation standard bill according to different services of the logistics service party is established, the configuration management and the account discharge can be carried out, and the settlement efficiency of the logistics bills is improved.
Implementation details of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure are set forth in detail below.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a logistics information processing method in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the logistics information processing method includes steps S1 to S3:
step S1, the logistics bill of the logistics service party in the current charging period is periodically obtained, and the charging information of the logistics bill is extracted to generate a standard logistics bill;
step S2, determining a charging strategy according to the bill type information of the standard logistics bill, and calculating a charging result of the standard logistics bill based on the charging strategy;
and step S3, generating a charging bill of the logistics service party in the current charging period based on the charging result, and storing the charging bill in a database for settlement.
In the technical scheme provided by some embodiments of the present disclosure, the logistics documents of the logistics service party in the current charging period are periodically acquired and converted into standard logistics documents, then the charging policy is determined according to the document type to further calculate the charging result, and finally the charging documents are stored in the database for settlement. On one hand, the logistics documents can be periodically acquired, and the logistics documents are automatically charged for settlement, so that the flow of settlement of the logistics documents can be optimized, and the intellectualization and settlement efficiency of settlement are improved; on the other hand, only the charging information is extracted to generate a standard receipt for settlement, so that the receipt information redundancy caused when different logistics receipts are settled can be avoided; on the other hand, the corresponding charging strategy can be identified according to the bill type information for charging, and the applicability of the flexibility of the logistics bill settlement is improved.
Hereinafter, each step of the logistics information processing method in the exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and examples.
In step S1, the logistics document of the logistics service party in the current charging period is periodically obtained, and the charging information of the logistics document is extracted to generate a standard logistics document.
The logistics service party refers to a merchant providing logistics service, such as an express company, and can provide part express or a loading and unloading company to provide loading, unloading and other services. After the logistics service party provides a service, a logistics document is generated, which includes corresponding charging information, such as a merchant number, a name, a contract number, a contract validity period, a charging period, basic information, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the settlement of a logistics service party can be completed periodically, and specifically, the method further comprises: configuring a charging period of the logistics service party; and periodically acquiring the logistics bill according to the charging period for carrying out settlement according to the logistics bill.
Each logistics service party is configured with a charging period which can be day, week, month, year and the like. For example, setting the charging period of the service party a to be month, that is, the logistics document of the enterprise and the service party a is a monthly account, the standard logistics document can be generated for charging and settlement based on the last month logistics document at the 1 st 0 th point of each month. Of course, the charging period may also be a fixed date or a fixed time, and the disclosure is not limited in this respect.
In order to reduce information redundancy of the logistics documents during settlement and facilitate price inquiry and charging in a uniform manner, the logistics documents need to be converted into standard logistics documents for settlement, and the method for extracting charging information of the logistics documents to generate the standard logistics documents comprises the following steps: extracting charging information of the logistics bill; acquiring bill type information, logistics service party information and bill basic information based on the charging information; and generating the standard logistics bill according to the bill type information, the logistics service party information and the bill basic information.
Specifically, when generating a standard logistics receipt, only information related to price inquiry and charging can be extracted to generate the standard receipt, including receipt type information, logistics service party information and receipt basic information.
The document type information is abstract summarization of the types of the logistics documents, such as express highway freight notes, loading and unloading documents, air freight notes and other document types; the logistics service party information refers to a merchant providing logistics service corresponding to the logistics document, and may include one or more items of information such as a merchant number, a merchant name and the like; the bill basic information refers to a detailed description of the logistics service corresponding to the logistics bill, such as a highway express bill type logistics bill, and the basic information includes an origin city and a destination city of transportation, weight, volume, number of pieces and the like of goods.
It should be noted that, because of periodic charging, the logistics document of the logistics service party in the charging period may include one or more logistics documents. After the standard logistics documents converted from the logistics documents are independent, each standard logistics document can be stored independently, and standard logistics documents corresponding to all the screened logistics documents can be generated into a list and a packing record. Meanwhile, the combination of simplified information such as the timestamp, the merchant number or the first letter of the document type can be used as the number, so that the subsequent settlement statistics is facilitated.
Prior to step S2, the method further comprises: abstracting the bill type according to the historical logistics bill to obtain bill type information; configuring a first expense dimension and a second expense dimension corresponding to the bill type information to obtain the charging strategy; and configuring a tariff of the logistics service party based on the first cost dimension and the second cost dimension.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, each service line corresponds to a document type, and each document type corresponds to a corresponding charging policy. Therefore, the document type also needs to be abstracted to obtain document type information, and a charging policy corresponding to each document type information is configured.
Specifically, the charging policy is a set of policies mapped according to the source of the logistics service party, the type of the document, and the charging mode, and the charging policy mainly describes what the first cost dimension and the second cost dimension are under the transaction type.
The first cost dimension is the primary dimension for pricing under the transaction type, such as mode of transportation, city of origin and destination, source of order, etc.; and the second cost dimension is a condition used in charging, such as a price by weight, volume, or bill, etc., to facilitate price inquiry and cost calculation according to a charging policy.
For example, the charging policy corresponding to the express highway freight bill is configured as follows: the first cost dimension is a start-stop city, the second cost dimension is a price quoted according to weight, and therefore when the logistics documents are charged, price details need to be searched according to the city and the weight, and further the cost of the documents is calculated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate uniform price inquiry and charging, a standardized process is also required for the charging contract of the logistics service party, and therefore, a price list of the logistics service party is also required to be configured based on the first cost dimension and the second cost dimension.
Specifically, a quotation template needs to be given, that is, each of the first cost dimensions and the second cost dimensions is combined to obtain a price detail, and then the price value of each price detail is set according to the specific conditions of different logistics service parties, so as to obtain the price list of the logistics service party. For example:
statement 1: the price value is 1.1 yuan/kg according to the weight and the price is less than 10m according to the volume in Beijing Shanghai3The price value is 20 yuan/cubic meter and is more than or equal to 10m3&<50m3The price value is 25 yuan/cubic meter and is more than or equal to 0m3The price value is 30 yuan/cubic meter.
Details 2: price quoted by weight is 1.5 yuan/kg and volume is less than 10m from Beijing to Chengdu3The price value is 21 yuan/cubic meter which is more than or equal to 10m3&<50m3The price value is 17 yuan/cubic meter and is more than or equal to 0m3The price value is 35 yuan/cubic meter.
Details 3: price quoted by weight is 1.8 yuan/kg, and volume is less than 10m from Beijing to Guangzhou3The price value is 23 yuan/cubic meter and is more than or equal to 10m3&<50m3The price value is 30 yuan/cubic meter and is more than or equal to 0m3Price value of 40 yuan/liSquare rice.
In addition, enterprises can also estimate the price value of the logistics service fee to obtain a basic price list, the basic price list is equivalent to the guide quotation given by the enterprises, an up-down adjustment range can be set, the logistics service party can set different price values in the actual service according to the self requirement, and the logistics service party can not cooperate with the actual service party if the adjustment range is exceeded, so that the cost is controlled.
In step S2, a charging policy is determined according to the document type information of the standard logistics document, and a charging result of the standard logistics document is calculated based on the charging policy.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, regarding step S2, a specific process thereof includes:
and step S21, determining a charging strategy according to the bill type information of the standard logistics bill.
Specifically, firstly, document type information of a standard logistics document is extracted, and a corresponding charging strategy is obtained according to the document type information.
Based on the foregoing description, there may be multiple standard logistics documents, and thus the documents need to be traversed to calculate the billing result for each document.
And step S22, calculating the charging result of the standard logistics bill based on the charging strategy.
It should be noted that, when calculating the charging result, it is also necessary to obtain the price list and the bill basic information of the logistics service party, so the method further includes: extracting logistics service party information and document basic information of the standard logistics document; and acquiring a price list of the logistics service party according to the information of the logistics service party, and calculating the charging result according to the price list and the receipt basic information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the calculating a charging result of the standard logistics bill based on the charging policy includes: extracting a first expense dimension and a second expense dimension in the charging strategy; acquiring a first dimension value corresponding to the first expense dimension and a second dimension value corresponding to the second expense dimension according to the bill basic information; extracting price values matched with the first dimension value and the second cost dimension from the price list; and calculating the charging result based on the price value and the second dimension value.
First, a first fee dimension and a second fee dimension corresponding to the charging policy are determined. Based on the foregoing, the first cost dimension is the primary dimension for pricing under that transaction type, and the second cost dimension is a condition for billing usage.
And then extracting a first dimension value corresponding to the first expense dimension and a second dimension value corresponding to the second expense dimension according to the bill basic information. Based on the foregoing description, the document basic information includes detailed information of the logistics service, for example, if the first cost dimension is a starting and stopping city, the first dimension value corresponding to the first cost dimension is specific information of the starting city and the destination city, such as beijing to shanghai, or guangzhou to shenzhen; if the second cost dimension is quoted by weight, the second dimension value is a weight value, for example 15 kg or 30 kg.
And then finding a price value matched with the first dimension value and the second cost dimension in the price list of the logistics service party, wherein the first dimension value is Beijing Shanghai, for example, and the second cost dimension is quoted according to weight, so that the corresponding price value is 1.1 yuan/kg.
And finally, multiplying the second dimension value with the price value to obtain a charging result of the standard logistics bill.
It should be noted that, when searching for the price value, the comprehensive judgment can be performed according to the basic information of the document, for example, the price is quoted according to the volume, which is less than 10m in Beijing Shanghai3The value of (2) is 20 yuan/cubic meter, which needs to be determined in conjunction with the value of the document's elements.
In step S3, a charging document of the logistics service party in the current charging period is generated based on the charging result, and the charging document is stored in a database for settlement.
Specifically, after the standard logistics bill is successfully charged and inquired, the amount of the charging result of all the standard logistics bills of the logistics service party in the charging period can be summarized to generate the charging bill, the charging bill is synchronously stored in the database, and the charging result of each standard logistics bill can be independently generated into the charging bill and stored in the database.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises: summarizing the charging bill according to a preset dimension to generate a settlement bill; generating an auditing request based on the auditing information of the settlement document; and when the audit request passes, calling a settlement interface to finish the settlement of the settlement document.
After the periodic charging is successful, the dimension can be set according to the convenience of settlement, and then the data control is carried out according to the preset dimension for settlement. For example, the settlement is summarized according to the settlement body + region + merchant code, or the settlement is summarized according to the settlement body + merchant code + region + document type.
In order to make the logistics document settlement controllable, the offline settlement can be converted into the online settlement. Therefore, the audit request is generated according to the settlement document, and the money is paid after the audit request is passed, so that each expense can be traced, a closed loop is formed, and the settlement data analysis is facilitated.
Based on the logistics information processing method provided by the disclosure, the standard logistics receipt is generated aiming at different receipt types under different business modes of the logistics service party, the redundancy of information is reduced, the charging logic of the bill-free charging logistics receipt is optimized, and the settlement efficiency of the receipt is improved.
