Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present embodiment more clearly apparent, the present embodiment is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
One of the core ideas of this embodiment lies in screening the critical alternate financial data of the first day and the next day, obtains real fund difference, if there is corresponding financial data the first day with the next day, can discern it as tie account, need not financial staff's retreatment again, has improved the automation mechanized operation to financial data, saves manpower resources, improves reconciliation efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a reconciliation method for medical expenses according to the present embodiment is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, acquiring first bill information of a first time point of a medical information system;
in this embodiment, the medical information system refers to a computer network system inside a hospital, which has multiple functions, including management of drugs and collection amounts, and correspondingly, the external collection party is generally a mobile payment party, such as WeChat payment, Payment, cloud flash payment, POS (Point of Sale) payment, and the like.
Specifically, firstly, a bill of the medical information system can be obtained, the bill can include bill information at any time point, and the bill information is the receivable amount of the medicine or diagnosis and treatment service charge; specifically, first bill information at a first time point in the bill may also be included; wherein the first time point is within 30 minutes before and after morning zero each day; or any time before or after zero every morning, such as 1 minute or 2 minutes before or after zero, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, a medical information system of a certain hospital may generate bill information, where the bill information includes an HIS order number, an HIS amount, a bill date, an order time, an order number of the hospital, a payment channel, a payment serial number, a payment time, a total payment amount, a remark, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in table 1, showing the first billing information of a medical information system, the first time point is 2019-12-1523: 59: 55;
Figure BDA0002368367170000051
TABLE 1 first billing information of medical information System
Step 102, determining the first bill information of the first time point as a suspicious order;
further, when the first bill information of the first time point is identified, determining the first bill information of the first time point as the in-doubt order; i.e. the first billing information at the first point in time is marked. Practically applied to this embodiment, the in-doubt order refers to an order to be processed.
In a preferred embodiment, the determining the first billing information of the first time point as the in-doubt order includes: when the first bill information is not level, determining the first bill information at the first time point as an in-doubt order; that is, when the first billing information is not flat in the current day's transaction data, it can be confirmed as a suspicious order.
Step 103, when second bill information of the mobile payer is received, the suspicious order is checked with the second bill information;
further, in this embodiment, in addition to the billing information of the medical information system, the second billing information of the mobile payer may be obtained, and the suspicious order and the second billing information are checked, that is, compared, for example, the amount of money or the order number of the suspicious order are compared.
For example, when the bill information of the WeChat payment is received, the bill information of the medical information system is compared with the bill information of the WeChat payment to obtain a comparison result.
Notably, the second billing information includes a second time point, the first time point being within 30 minutes before morning zero; and the second time point was within 30 minutes of each day before and after morning zero.
The second bill information of the mobile payer may include a transaction channel, a channel order number, a channel original payment order number, a merchant order number, an order time, an order amount, a commission fee, an order type, an order mark, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in table 2, a second billing information of a mobile payer is shown, and the time point of the second billing information is 2019-12-1600: 00: 43;
Figure BDA0002368367170000061
TABLE 2 second billing information for mobile payer
Step 104, when the in-doubt order corresponds to the second bill information, marking the in-doubt order as a tie account;
in practical application to this embodiment, when the suspicious order corresponds to the second billing information, the suspicious order is marked as a tie account.
That is, when the channel order number and the amount of the in-doubt order correspond to the channel order number and the amount of the second bill information, the in-doubt order can be marked as a tie account.
For example, as shown in tables 1 and 2, the hospital order number in the medical information system in table 1 is ZY030002121302, the total payment amount is 121.98 yuan, and the payment time is 2019-12-1523: 59: 55; in Table 2, the merchant bill number is ZY030002121302, the order amount is 121.98 yuan, and the order time is 2019-12-1600: 00: 43;
and when the table 1 shows that the order with the hospital order number of ZY030002121302 is an in-doubt order, the order number, the amount and the payment time of the in-doubt order correspond to the order number, the amount and the order time of the order with the merchant order number of ZY030002121302 in the table 2, the in-doubt order is marked as a tie account, financial staff does not need to re-check and check, the difference of financial data is manually eliminated, the automatic operation aiming at the financial data is improved, the human resources are saved, and the account checking efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the payment time and the order time are over the day, for example, the payment time is within 1 minute before morning, and the order time is within 1 minute after morning, both the payment time and the order time are regarded as corresponding times, and if the first time point is within 30 minutes before the morning zero point of each day, the second time point is within 30 minutes before and after the morning zero point of each day.
Step 105, when the in-doubt order does not correspond to the second bill information, marking the in-doubt order as an error.
Specifically, when the in-doubt order does not correspond to the second bill information, that is, when the order number, the amount and the payment time in the order with the hospital order number of ZY030002121302 in table 1 do not correspond to any information of the order number, the amount and the order time in the order with the merchant order number of ZY030002121302 in table 2, the in-doubt order is marked as an error.
For example, the amount in Table 1 is 96.9, while the amount in Table 2 is 121.98 dollars; or the payment time in table 1 is 2019-12-1523: 59:55 and the order time is 2019-12-1814: 00: 43; the in-doubt order cannot be marked as a tie account; because the amount or time does not correspond, further verification by financial personnel is required to mark it as an error.
In the embodiment, first bill information of a first time point of a medical information system is obtained; determining first bill information of the first time point as an in-doubt order; when second bill information of the mobile payer is received, the suspicious order is checked with the second bill information; when the suspicion order corresponds to the second bill information, marking the suspicion order as a tie account; when the in-doubt order does not correspond to the second bill information, marking the in-doubt order as an error; unnecessary financial data need not let financial staff reprocess, has improved the automation mechanized operation to financial data, uses manpower sparingly resource, improves reconciliation efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment, the first time point is within 30 minutes of each day before and after morning zero; the second billing information of the mobile payer includes second billing information of a second time point; the second time point is within 30 minutes of each day before and after morning zero.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a tie-out marking step of the embodiment is shown, and the second bill information of the mobile payer comprises long information and short information; the long information comprises first order information, and the short information comprises second order information; the method further comprises the steps of:
step S21, matching the first order information and the second order information;
step S22, when the first order information and the second order information match, marking the long payment information and the short payment information as tie account.
For example, due to the communication between the mobile payer (such as WeChat) and the bank, after the user pays successfully, the WeChat immediately sends a request for canceling the transaction to the bank. Thus, there are two transactions in the bill, one payment is successful and one payment is unsuccessful. This transaction is not recorded in the medical information system, so that the financial staff can see a long amount of information and a short amount of information.
When the amount of money and the order number of the first order information correspond to the amount of money and the order number of the second order information, the long information and the short information are marked as a tie account, financial staff do not need to process repeated financial data, automatic operation aiming at the financial data is improved, human resources are saved, and account checking efficiency is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, there is shown a flow chart of a refund tie-out marking step of the present embodiment, the second billing information of the mobile payer includes refund information; the method further comprises the steps of:
step S31, refund information at a third time point and second bill information at a fourth time point are obtained;
step S32, matching the refund information at the third time point with the second bill information at the fourth time point;
and step S33, when the refund information is matched with the second bill information, the refund record is marked as a refund tie account.
In practical application, the second bill information includes refund information, such as refund information of WeChat, and the refund information of the third time point and the second bill information of the fourth time point are obtained; matching the two; when the two match, the refund record is marked as a refund tie.
The second billing information may be a record information of the hospital medical system. Specifically, the user repeatedly pays due to the hospital medical system, in such a case, the financial staff is required to check and refund, but the refund of the financial staff is carried out by the background of the mobile payer, so that the refund of the financial staff becomes short money the next day; when the hospital medical system has the record (namely the second bill information), the refund information is compared with the second bill information, and if the refund information is matched with the second bill information, the refund record can be marked as a tie account, so that the efficiency of financial data processing is improved.
To enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present embodiment, the following description is given by way of a specific example:
for example, D is the date of the reconciliation day; d-1 is the date of the day before the account is checked.
Step 1, starting D-day account checking;
step 2, reading a payment channel D-1 reconciliation file;
step 3, reading a reconciliation file of the HIS system D-1;
step 4, reading all transaction data of payment completion time in the HIS system within a date and time range set by the system;
step 5, extracting transaction data in a date-time range, and inquiring whether corresponding transactions exist in the reconciliation file of the payment channel D-1 according to the payment order number, the transaction type and the transaction amount;
step 6, judging whether the account is leveled or not;
step 7, if the account is leveled, marking as leveled, and reading the next piece of data;
step 8, if the account is not leveled, marking the transaction as a suspicion order; in another embodiment, orders within 30 minutes before morning zero may also be determined as in-doubt orders; whether the reimbursement is leveled or not does not need to be judged;
step 9, reading the in-doubt order list of the D-1 day, and checking the account of the payment channel of the D day one by one; in another embodiment, if all the orders within 30 minutes before the zero point of morning every day are determined as in-doubt orders, the payment channel reconciliation files of D-1 day and D day need to be reconciled with the in-doubt orders; the payment channel reconciliation file of day D can be data in 30 minutes after the zero point of the morning of the day; the payment channel reconciliation file of the D-1 day can be data in 30 minutes before the zero point of the next morning; the payment channel reconciliation files of D-1 day and D day are data of 30 minutes before and after zero in the morning every day;
step 10, inquiring whether corresponding transaction exists in a payment channel reconciliation file according to the payment order number, the transaction type and the transaction amount;
step 11, judging whether the account is leveled or not;
step 12, if the account is leveled, marking the account as 'leveling-in doubt transferring leveling', and reading the next piece of data;
and step 13, if the accounts are not leveled, marking the difference as the difference of 'long money difference', 'short money difference' or 'amount error' and the like according to the difference type. Financial staff is not required to go to recheck and check again, the difference of financial data is manually eliminated, the automatic operation for the financial data is improved, the human resources are saved, and the account checking efficiency is improved.
In another specific example, on the basis of the above, the processing payment channel can also automatically correct the transaction difference;
step 14, reading a payment channel reconciliation file;
step 15, traversing the account checking file, and finding out a repeated record of the payment order number;
step 16, traversing the repeated record of the payment order number;
step 17, screening the number of the payment order number is 2, one transaction is a payment, one transaction is a refund, and the two transactions have the same transaction amount;
and 18, marking the transaction reconciliation result as 'level-channel hedging'.
Further, handling the repeated payments by the user for hospital system reasons requires financial checks and refunds. However, after the financial staff refund through the WeChat and Payment back office, the refund is not recorded by the HIS system and the refund in the next day becomes a short refund (actually, the refund is not a short refund).
The system can UNICOM believe a little and pay treasured, provides the refund function and gives financial staff, and when initiating the refund, the system can note this long refund to when checking account the next day, with its mark long refund tie-out. So that the ledger seen by the fiscal staff is flat.
Selecting a money transaction to be refunded; the system initiates the long refund and saves the refund order number into the D day long refund record table; and D +1, when checking accounts, checking accounts of the data in the D-day long money record table and the channel, and marking the data as balance.
Step 19, refund starting;
step 20, selecting a long-money transaction to be refunded;
step 21, calling a refund interface of the payment channel, and storing a refund order number into a long refund record table of the D-day account checking system after the refund is successful;
and step 22, refund completion.
In another specific example, different refund information may also be matched with the second billing information for the transaction, also developed on the basis of the above;
step 23, starting D-day account checking;
step 24, reading a payment channel D-1 reconciliation file;
step 25, reading a long-money record refund table of the account checking system D-1;
26, reading data in the daily long-money record refund table of the account checking system D-1 one by one;
step 27, inquiring whether corresponding transaction exists in a payment channel reconciliation file according to the refund order number and the refund amount;
step 28, judging whether the account is leveled or not;
step 29, if the account is leveled, marking as 'leveling-platform long refund', and reading the next piece of data;
and step 30, if the accounts are not leveled, marking the difference as long money difference, short money difference, money amount error and the like according to the difference types.
