Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
For the convenience of understanding of the present invention, the technical background of the present invention will be first explained as follows:
checking accounts: with the development of the financial and internet industries, the definition of the technology also changes in several stages, as follows:
stage 1: the reconciliation is originally from accounting, and is the work of checking and checking the relevant data in the account book in order to ensure the record of the account book to be correct and reliable.
stage 2: with the development of the internet finance or e-commerce industry, the application range of the account checking is expanded, and in this period, the account checking means that a payment user and a payment provider mutually confirm the correctness of transactions and funds in a fixed period, so that the consistency and correctness of the transactions and the funds of the two parties are ensured.
Referring to the system structure diagram of the transaction system shown in fig. 1, the transaction system may include a payment service agent and a third party payment authority such as a bank, a payment treasure, and a WeChat payment, and the payment service agent may include service services such as credit, change, red envelope, and a payment gateway such as a charge/withdrawal, a payment/deduction, a consumption/refund, and the like. The reconciliation type between the business service and the payment gateway is called internal reconciliation, which is real-time, and the reconciliation type between the payment gateway and the third-party payment mechanism is external reconciliation (or mechanism reconciliation), which is T +1 day (next day).
Of course, in the transaction between the service and the payment gateway, the service is a payment user and the payment gateway is a payment provider; in the transaction between the payment gateway and the third party payment mechanism, the payment gateway is the payment user, and the third party payment mechanism is the payment provider.
In the invention, the transaction between the first object and the second object can refer to the transaction between the business service and the payment gateway, and can also refer to the transaction between the payment gateway and a third-party payment mechanism. The invention is illustrated below:
referring to a method flowchart of the reconciliation processing method shown in fig. 1, the reconciliation processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention includes the following steps:
and S10, acquiring bill files of the first object and the second object for transaction respectively, wherein the bill files record the transaction data of the related objects.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reconciliation downloading mode of the third-party payment channel mainly comprises the following steps: the download methods include FTP, SFTP, HTTP, etc., and the download methods include DB, RPC, etc., mainly for the internal service system.
That is, if the two objects of the reconciliation are the service gateway and the payment gateway, the bill files of the two objects can be obtained by adopting download methods such as DB and RPC, and if the two objects of the reconciliation are the payment gateway and the third party payment mechanism, the bill files of the two objects can be obtained by adopting download methods such as FTP, SFTP and HTTP.
The bill file contains transaction data of related objects, taking the transaction between the payment gateway and the third-party payment mechanism as an example:
the bill file of the payment gateway contains data related to the transaction initiated by the payment gateway, including the transaction serial number, the user name, the payment account, the transaction initiation time, the amount, the receiving account, the transaction status, and the like, for example, "transaction list 0001: zhang Sanjian bank 888888 initiated a top-up of 100 blocks of operation to the video App Zhang Sanyu account at 2020-10-0919: 53:43, and the transaction was successful ".
The bill file of the third-party payment mechanism contains relevant data of the third-party payment mechanism responding to the transaction, including a transaction serial number, a user name, a payment account, transaction response time, an amount, a receiving account, a transaction state and the like, for example, a transaction list 0001: zhang Sanjian bank 888888 receives a 100-block recharging operation instruction for the video App three virtual account at 2020-10-0919:57:52, and the transaction is successful.
It should be noted that, for internal reconciliation, once the transaction of the first object and the second object is completed, the billing files of the first object and the second object can be obtained without waiting for the next day. For external reconciliation, the next day of acquisition is required to be waited.
In some other embodiments, to ensure that the reconciliation data specification is valid, the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps:
and respectively carrying out data conversion on the bill files of the first object and the second object so as to obtain respective standard transaction data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data conversion is a process of standardizing transaction data. The obtained transaction data in the bill files of the first object and the second object can be converted into a reconciliation standard model through modeling. For example, there may be a portion of the bill file in "rmb" unit and a portion of the bill file in "U.S. dollar" unit corresponding to the "amount" of the transaction data, which requires that the "amount" be converted to the same unit by amount conversion.
S20, the first object and the second object are sequentially used as reference objects, and the other object of the first object and the second object except the reference object is used as a comparison object.
In the embodiment of the invention, the transaction between the payment gateway and the third-party payment mechanism is taken as an example. And when the payment gateway is checked for the first time, the payment gateway is taken as a reference object, and the third-party payment mechanism is correspondingly taken as a comparison object. And in the second time of reconciliation, the third-party payment mechanism is taken as a reference object, and the payment gateway is correspondingly taken as a comparison object. The following describes a scheme of reconciliation of the reference object and the comparison object each time.
And S30, performing per-stroke reconciliation on the bill files of the comparison objects according to the bill files of the reference objects to determine the associated multiple groups of bill files.
In the embodiment of the invention, for each bill file of the reference object, each bill file of the comparison object can be sequentially subjected to stroke-by-stroke blending through the serial number, that is, whether the related bill files of the comparison object have the same serial number is judged. One billing file of the reference object and one billing file of the comparison object having the same serial number are taken as a set of associated billing files.
Of course, for a certain bill file of the reference object, if there is no bill file of the same serial number for the comparison object, it may be determined that the comparison object misses the bill, that is, the comparison object does not store the bill file.
And S40, matching the transaction data of each group of bill files to obtain the reconciliation result of the first object and the second object.
In the embodiment of the invention, for a group of bill files, the specified transaction data can be compared, so as to generate the reconciliation result, and if the transaction data are completely consistent, the reconciliation is judged to be successful. Of course, the specific transaction data and comparison rules compared may be self-configurable.
Several error types of the reconciliation result are explained below:
for example, if the status of a certain billing file of the reference object is "transaction successful" and the status of the billing file of the associated comparison object is "transaction failed", it can be determined that the reference object is long, the comparison object is short, and the statuses are not consistent; for another example, if the status of a certain billing file of the reference object is "transaction failed" and the status of the billing file of the associated comparison object is "transaction successful", it can be determined that the reference object is short, the comparison object is long, and the statuses are not consistent; for another example, the amount of a certain billing file of the reference object is a, and the amount of a billing file of the related comparison object is B, if a > B, it can be determined that the reference object is long, the comparison object is short, and the amount of money does not match, and if a < B, it can be determined that the reference object is short, the comparison object is long, and the amount of money does not match; for another example, if the transaction data includes a commission fee, and the commission fee of a certain bill file of the reference object and the commission fee of a bill file of the comparison object associated therewith are different, it is determined that the commission fees do not match.
Thus, the reconciliation result includes the determination result for each bill file of the reference object and the determination result for each bill file of the comparison object.
In other embodiments, the reconciliation result may be further processed, and the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps:
and processing the account checking result.
In the embodiment of the invention, the account result can be processed, such as persistence and early warning generation. Specifically, the reconciliation result can be uploaded to a cloud server for storage so as to realize persistence, and the early warning level can be determined according to the error type of the reconciliation result, so that the user can maintain in time.
In other embodiments, in order to solve the problem that a huge amount of single reconciliation data, especially millions or even tens of millions of reconciliation processing capacity may be caused when external reconciliation is performed, in the embodiment of the present invention, a concept of "distributed task splitting" is provided for massive data, and specifically, when step S10 "is executed to respectively obtain the bill files of the first object and the second object for performing a transaction", the following steps may be adopted:
determining a plurality of batches according to the transaction time of the first object and the second object; and sequentially processing a plurality of batches, and loading the transaction files of the first object and the second object in the transaction time corresponding to each batch.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the billing files of the first object and the second object may be processed in batches according to the transaction time, for example, one batch per hour. Of course, if there are more than one reconciliation server, then each batch may be assigned a corresponding server that processes the batch billing file. Therefore, synchronous acquisition of transaction files of multiple batches can be realized.
On this basis, in order to further split the reconciliation task, in the embodiment of the present invention, when performing step S30, "perform a batch-by-batch reconciliation on the billing file of the comparison object according to the billing file of the reference object", the following steps may be adopted:
creating a plurality of processing threads, wherein one processing thread corresponds to one loaded batch; and calling each processing thread to execute the bill files according to the reference object on the loaded transaction files of the corresponding batch through the processing thread, and performing batch-by-batch blending on the bill files of the comparison object.
In the embodiment of the invention, for one account checking server, if the bill file batches distributed to the account checking server are multiple, multiple processing threads can be built internally, and transaction files of different batches are processed through different processing threads, so that the account checking efficiency is improved.
In other embodiments, for external reconciliation, currently the bill files of the first object and the second object on the previous day are obtained, and the payment gateway and the third-party payment mechanism continue to be taken as an example, since the transactions between the two are delayed, there may be a "daily" order in which the payment gateway exists but the third-party payment mechanism does not exist, such as the bill file "transaction list 0002: li quan business bank 999999 initiates a top-up 100 block operation to the video App li quan virtual account at 2020-10-0923: 59:58 with a successful transaction ", while the bill file of its associated third party payment institution is" transaction bill 0002: the Liquan Industrial and commercial Bank 999999 receives 100 operating instructions for recharging the video App Liquan virtual account at 2020-10-1000: 00:08, and the transaction is successful. Obviously, when the account checking date is '2020-10-10', the bill file of the third party payment institution cannot be acquired, and the third party payment institution belongs to the 'daily cutting' order.
To solve this problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, in executing step S30, "perform a batch-by-batch reconciliation on the billing files of the comparison objects according to the billing file of the reference object to determine the associated multiple sets of billing files", the following steps may be adopted:
if the reference object is a first object and the comparison object is a second object, performing first-time batch-by-batch blending on the bill file of the second object according to the bill file of the first object to determine a plurality of groups of associated bill files;
storing the first bill file of which the associated bill file does not exist in the bill files of the first object and the second object to an error temporary storage pool;
if the reference object is the second object and the comparison object is the first object, performing second-time batch-by-batch blending on the bill file of the first object according to the bill file of the second object to determine that the second bill file of the associated bill file does not exist in the bill file of the second object and the bill file of the first object;
and calling the first bill file stored in the error temporary storage pool on the previous two days, and matching the second bill file with the called first bill file to update the plurality of groups of bill files.
In the embodiment of the invention, the continuous payment gateway and the third-party payment mechanism are taken as examples, the bill files of the third-party payment mechanism are subjected to first one-by-one reconciliation by taking the bill files of the payment gateway as a reference, and after the associated multiple groups of bill files are determined, the associated bill files (namely the first bill file of the previous day) which do not exist in the bill files of the third-party payment mechanism in the bill files of the payment gateway are further stored in the error temporary storage pool to prepare for the identification of the 'daily cutting' order in the next day.
When the bill file of the payment gateway is subjected to second-time batch-by-batch blending by taking the bill file of the third-party payment mechanism as a reference, the determined multiple groups of bill files are the same as the first-time batch-by-batch blending, but the difference is that the first bill file stored in the previous two days of the error temporary storage is called after the second-time batch-by-batch blending is carried out to determine that the associated bill file (namely the second bill file) does not exist in the bill file of the payment gateway in the bill file of the third-party payment mechanism, and a new group or groups of associated bill files can be determined through matching, so that the previous multiple groups of bill files are updated.
According to the reconciliation processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, for two objects which are transacted, one of the two objects is taken as a reference object, the other object is taken as a comparison object, for example, the first object is taken as the reference object for the first time, and the second object is taken as the reference object for the second time, so that the bill files of the two objects are subjected to reconciliation one by one in a bidirectional reconciliation mode, and the transaction data in the reconciliation file is matched to determine the reconciliation results of the two objects.
