Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is only exemplary and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In addition, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as not to unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present disclosure.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. The terms "comprises," "comprising," and/or the like, as used herein, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, or components.
All terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art unless otherwise defined. It should be noted that the terms used herein should be construed to have meanings consistent with the context of the present specification and should not be construed in an idealized or overly formal manner.
Where a convention analogous to "at least one of A, B and C, etc." is used, in general such a convention should be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of one of skill in the art having generally understood the convention (e.g., "a system having at least one of A, B and C" would include, but not be limited to, systems having a alone, B alone, C alone, a and B together, a and C together, B and C together, and/or A, B, C together, etc.).
It should be noted that the method and apparatus for processing information of the present disclosure may be used in the financial field, and may be used in any field other than the financial field, and the application field of the method and apparatus for processing information of the present disclosure is not limited.
Because of the manner in which a/B table switching is used for data synchronization between an online system and a batch system in the currently employed dual information mechanism system, this manner has the following drawbacks:
1. The database needs to store an A table and a B table with identical table structures, and the data quantity of the two tables is identical, so that a certain waste of storage space is caused; 2. when the online transaction amount is too much, for example, a large amount of online transactions occur in a batch processing period during a large period of 'double eleven' e-commerce, so that the processing time of account tracking is increased, the whole batch processing has overlong execution time and lower efficiency, and even the risk that batch processing cannot be completed in time can occur when the system performance is poor; 3. in the process of tracking account, there is still continuous online transaction, so to avoid the data loss in the batch processing system, the online system will stop service for a short time, and although the missing data amount can be continuously reduced by tracking account for multiple times, a 'one-instant' stop service is needed to finish the synchronization of tracking account data.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information processing method, in which, in a case where first funds transaction information is inconsistent with funds clearing information acquired from a clearing system in processing of financial transaction information generated by an online system by a batch processing system, second funds transaction information generated by the online system during processing of the first funds transaction information by the batch processing system is acquired from the online system, third funds transaction information is determined according to the first funds transaction information and the second funds transaction information, balance information is determined according to funds clearing information in the clearing system, and the third funds transaction information and the balance information are updated synchronously to the online system.

The information processing method of the disclosed embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 5 based on the scenario described in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method of this embodiment includes operations S210 to S250.
In operation S210, first funds transaction information and first balance information are obtained from the online system in the process of processing financial transaction information generated by the online system using the batch processing system, wherein the first funds transaction information is funds transaction information that is online transactions occurring at the online system but not counted into the clearing system.
In operation S220, in the event that the first funds transaction information does not coincide with the funds clearing information obtained from the clearing system, second funds transaction information is obtained from the online system, wherein the second funds transaction information is funds transaction information that was online at the online system but was not counted into the clearing system during processing of the first funds transaction information by the batch system.
In operation S230, third funds transaction information for updating the first funds transaction information is determined according to the first funds transaction information and the second funds transaction information.
In operation S240, second balance information for updating the first balance information is determined according to the funds clearing information.
In operation S250, the third funds transaction information and the second balance information are synchronized into the online system.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a batch account master may be set in the batch system, an online account master may be set in the online system, and consumption information (first funds transaction information) and balance information that are online consumed but not counted in the clearing system may be in the online account master, wherein the balance information may be funds transaction information counted in the clearing system. The first funds transaction information may also be payment information that is online payment but not credited to the clearing system. The present disclosure is described with reference to forward consumption occurring in an online system, but the protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited by forward consumption, and the consumption information that occurs in online consumption but is not counted in a clearing system is hereinafter referred to as "consumption unread information".
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of processing financial transaction information generated by the on-line system by the batch processing system, the consumption unaccounted information and balance information are acquired from the on-line system, then the consumption unaccounted information is matched with the funds clearing information acquired from the clearing system, and in the case that the funds clearing information is inconsistent with the consumption unaccounted information, the clearing system is indicated that the funds transaction information is not cleared, and therefore the consumption unaccounted information is counted into a batch account master file in the batch processing system. Meanwhile, during execution of the batch system, new funds transaction information occurring on the online system is recorded in the online account master file, and the new funds transaction information occurring during execution of the batch system needs to be acquired from the online system.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, during execution of the batch system, funds transaction information that is newly occurring on the online system may be recorded by the current day's consumption authorization information. Under the double information mechanism, a system business day is generally set on the online system, when the system business day is reached, the time on the online system can be automatically switched to the next business day, and the batch processing system performs batch processing on the fund transaction information generated by the online system on the system business day after the system business day of the online system is updated. The current day consumption authorization information may be the money transaction information which is generated by the online system at the system business day but is not counted in the clearing system, and the online system may count the current day authorization consumption information into an account master of the online system when the last update date is consistent with the current system business date. And under the condition that the last updating date is inconsistent with the current system business date, carrying out zero clearing operation on the current day authorized consumption information counted in the online account master file, and only counting the current day authorized consumption information consistent with the current system business date, so that the fund transaction information generated in the online system during batch processing can be recorded through the current day authorized consumption information in the online account master file.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, third funds transaction information for updating the first funds transaction information is determined from the first funds transaction information and the second funds transaction information. For example: when the batch processing system executes, the first fund transaction information is 3000 yuan of consumption expenditure occurring in the business day of the system, and the fund clearing information in the clearing system does not have a clearing record matched with the consumption expenditure, the batch processing system counts the 3000 yuan of consumption expenditure into a batch account master file of the batch processing system, during batch processing execution, the online system generates 1000 yuan of consumption expenditure, the 4000 yuan of sum of the two consumption expenditure can be determined as third fund transaction information for updating the first fund transaction information, and the 4000 yuan of consumption expenditure is synchronized into an online account master file in the online system.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, second balance information for updating the first balance information is determined according to the funds clearing information. For example: the first balance information may be the amount of money which is calculated into the clearing system after the system business day T is cleared, 10000 yuan, and the clearing amount of money in the t+1 day clearing fund transaction information obtained from the clearing system is 14000 yuan, then the clearing amount of 14000 yuan is directly determined as the second balance information, and the second balance information is synchronized into the online account master file in the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of processing financial transaction information generated by the online system through the batch processing system, under the condition that the first financial transaction information is inconsistent with the financial clearing information acquired from the clearing system, the second financial transaction information generated by the online system during the process of processing the first financial transaction information by the batch processing system is acquired from the online system, the third financial transaction information is determined according to the first financial transaction information and the second financial transaction information, the balance information is determined according to the financial clearing information in the clearing system, and the third financial transaction information and the balance information are synchronously updated into the online system, so that when the information of the batch processing system is synchronized to the online system, the online transaction information generated by the online system during batch processing is counted, the problems that complicated account tracking operation and the same table with two data volumes stored in the system occupy the memory space of the system are avoided, and the accurate synchronous updating of the data in the batch processing system and the continuous stable operation of the online system are realized.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first funds transaction information includes first funds transaction amount information and first funds transaction amount information; the second funds transaction information includes second funds transaction amount information and second funds transaction amount information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when a forward consumption transaction of the online system occurs, assuming that the transaction amount is a, the first funds transaction amount information may be recorded as a, and the first funds transaction information number is 1. During batch execution, the online system makes a positive consumer transaction, assuming a transaction amount B, a second funds transaction amount B may be recorded, and the second funds transaction amount is 1.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, system operational efficiency is provided by accounting for the amount of funds transactions and the number of funds transactions to an online account master in an online system, so that a batch processing system matches funds clearing information in a clearing system when processing funds transaction information in the online system.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining third funds transaction information for updating the first funds transaction information according to the first funds transaction information and the second funds transaction information includes: determining third funds transaction amount information based on a sum of the first funds transaction amount information and the second funds transaction amount information; and determining third funds transaction amount information according to the sum of the first funds transaction amount information and the second funds transaction amount information.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, for example: when the batch processing system executes, the first fund transaction information is 3000 yuan of consumption expenditure occurring in the business day of the system, namely the first fund transaction amount is 3000 yuan, and the first fund transaction number is 1. If the fund clearing information in the clearing system does not have the clearing record matched with the consumption expenditure, the batch account master file of the batch processing system is charged with the consumption unread amount of 3000 yuan, and the consumption unread amount of 1. During batch execution, the online system generates a 1000-yuan consumption expenditure, namely, the second fund transaction amount is 1000 yuan, the second fund transaction amount is 2, the third fund transaction amount is 4000 yuan, and the third fund transaction amount is 2.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the funds transaction information in the online main file account in the online system is updated according to the sum of the funds transaction information newly generated by the online system during batch execution and the batch result information, so that the funds transaction information in the online system is synchronously updated in real time, the data consistency of the batch system and the online system is ensured, and the problem that the existing account tracking mechanism cannot support continuous and stable operation of the system is solved.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates an application example diagram of a financial-type transaction information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the fund transaction information generated on the T day of business of the system is recorded in the financial log of the T day, and the batch processing system performs batch processing on the fund transaction information generated on the T day on the t+1 day.
Matching each piece of fund transaction information in the T-day financial log with each piece of fund clearing information in the fund clearing record, for example: one piece of financial transaction information in the T-day financial transaction log can be an authorized record of transaction code=9800, but no funds clearing information consistent with the authorized record information exists in the funds clearing information, and the "authorized record of transaction code=9800" is counted into the unread amount in the batch account master file. And during the period that the batch processing system processes the fund transaction information in the T-day financial transaction log, the fund transaction information generated on the online system counts the current day authorized amount, the current day authorized amount in the online account main file is determined according to the sum of the current day authorized amount generated by the online transaction generated during batch processing and the current time of the current day authorized amount in the batch processing account main file, and the current time of the current day authorized amount in the online account main file before batch processing is covered by the current day information of the current time of the current day authorized amount in the online account main file, so that the data of the current time in the online account is synchronously updated.
And the fund clearing information in the fund clearing record is directly used as balance information after batch processing, and the balance information in the online account master file before batch processing is covered, so that the data synchronous update of the balance information in the online account is realized.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a non-financial transaction information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the information processing method of the present disclosure further includes operations S410 to S430.
In operation S410, online transaction maintenance information is acquired from the online system during processing of non-financial transaction information generated by the online system using the batch processing system.
In operation S420, result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information is determined according to the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information in response to an online transaction maintenance operation occurring using the online system during processing of the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system.
In operation S430, the result information is synchronized to the online system.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the non-financial transaction information may include credit card lockout code information, credit card status information, credit card billing date information, and the like. Online transaction maintenance operations may occur in online systems during batch processing of such non-financial transaction information. In the case where an online transaction maintenance operation occurs in the online system during processing of the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system, it is necessary to determine result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the attribute of the online transaction information. For example: the result information generated by the batch processing system for processing the online transaction maintenance information can be used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information; the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation occurring during the batch processing system processing the online transaction maintenance information may also be used as result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, credit card lockout code information is taken as an example, and the credit card lockout code information pertains to non-financial transaction information with a priority attribute. For example: the batch processing system generates the on-line transaction maintenance operation during processing of the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 70, generating the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 75, and the batch processing system processes the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 70 to generate the processing result as the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 71. Assuming that the priority is ordered by the priority value, the priority of the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 75 is higher than the priority of the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 71, then the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 75 is used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information, and the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 75 is synchronized into the online system to cover the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 70 in the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information, the result information of online transaction maintenance operation generated in the online system during the processing of the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system or the processing result information generated by the processing of the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system can be selected as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information, so that missing update or error update is avoided when online transaction maintenance information data are synchronously updated.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes a priority attribute, and determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes: determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the processing result under the condition that the priority of the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation is lower than the priority of the processing result generated by the batch processing system for processing the online transaction maintenance information; or determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation in the case that the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation has a higher priority than the processing result generated by the batch processing system processing the online transaction maintenance information.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, for example: the online transaction maintenance information to be processed is credit card lockout code information with a priority value of 70. The batch processing system generates the on-line transaction maintenance operation during processing of the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 70, generating the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 68, and the batch processing system processes the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 70 to generate the processing result as the credit card lock code information having a priority value of 71. Assuming that the priority is ordered by priority value, the priority of the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 68 is lower than the priority of the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 71, then the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 71 is used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information, and the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 71 is synchronized into the online system to cover the credit card lock code information with the priority value of 70 in the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the online transaction maintenance information in the online system can be accurately updated in real time by determining the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the priority level of the online transaction maintenance information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes a rule attribute, and determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes: and determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information from an operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation and a processing result generated by processing the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system according to a preset coverage rule.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, taking the status information of the credit card as an example, assuming that the status information of the credit card to be processed is the closed status information of the credit card, when the batch processing system processes the closed status information of the credit card, the processing result is that the status information of the credit card is deleted. During batch processing, the online system performs online transaction maintenance operation to restart the credit card, and the status information of the credit card is the status information of the credit card on. The predetermined overlay rule is assumed to be that the credit card on-state information is to overlay the credit card off-state information, and the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation is used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, it is assumed that the preset overlay rule is that the status information of deletion of the credit card is to overlay the status information of opening of the credit card, and at this time, a processing result generated by the batch processing system processing the online transaction maintenance information is used as result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information is determined according to the preset coverage rule of the online transaction maintenance information, so that the updating result of the online transaction maintenance information can be flexibly determined according to actual application requirements.

Taking the credit card billing date as an example, assume that the credit card billing date to be processed is number 5 per month, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure. During the processing of the credit card billing date information by the batch processing system, an online transaction maintenance operation occurs, the user modifies the credit card billing date to 15 per month, and before the online transaction maintenance operation, the batch processing system processes the credit card billing date information to produce a result date of 5 per month, and the credit card billing date with the credit card billing date of 15 per month is used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the online transaction information is a modifiable attribute, the data of the online system and the data of the batch processing system can be mutually overlapped and modified, so that the information with late time is generated as the result information finally used for updating the online transaction maintenance information in the processing result of the batch processing system and the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation, and the accuracy and timeliness of the online system data can be ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining result information for updating online transaction maintenance information according to an attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes: and under the condition that the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information is a statistical attribute, determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to a processing result generated by processing the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, taking the current year of consumption as an example, since the information is generated only by relying on the processing result of the batch processing system, the online system does not perform maintenance operation on the statistical information, and therefore the processing result information of the batch processing system is directly used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information. For example, if the processing result of the batch processing system is that 12 pens are consumed in the current year, the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information is that 12 pens are consumed in the current year.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the online transaction maintenance information is statistical information, the processing result of the batch processing system is directly used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information, so that the accuracy and timeliness of online system data can be ensured.
