Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is illustrative only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present disclosure.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. The terms "comprises," "comprising," and the like, as used herein, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, or components.
All terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art unless otherwise defined. It is noted that the terms used herein should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with the context of this specification and should not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense.
Where a convention analogous to "at least one of A, B and C, etc." is used, in general such a construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention (e.g., "a system having at least one of A, B and C" would include but not be limited to systems that have a alone, B alone, C alone, a and B together, a and C together, B and C together, and/or A, B, C together, etc.).
It should be noted that the method and apparatus for processing information of the present disclosure may be used in the financial field, and may also be used in any field other than the financial field.
Because the data synchronization between the online system and the batch system uses the A/B table switching mode in the system adopting the dual information mechanism at present, the mode has the following defects:
1. the database needs to store two tables A and B with the same table structure, and the data volume of the two tables is the same, which causes certain waste to the storage space; 2. when the online transaction amount is too much, such as the 'double eleven' e-commerce promotion period, a large amount of online transactions occur in the batch processing period, so that the processing time for tracking accounts is increased, the execution time of the whole batch processing is too long, the efficiency is low, and even the risk that the batch processing cannot be executed and completed on time can occur when the system performance is poor; 3. during the period of the accounting process, there are still continuous online transactions, in order to avoid the missing of data in the batch processing system, the online system will perform short-time stop service, although the missing data amount can be continuously reduced by multiple accounting, the synchronization of the accounting data still needs to be finished by "instant" stop service.
In view of the above, embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method, in a case where first fund transaction information is inconsistent with fund clearing information acquired from a clearing system in processing financial transaction information generated by an online system through a batch processing system, acquiring second fund transaction information generated by the online system during processing of the first fund transaction information by the batch processing system from the online system, determining third fund transaction information according to the first fund transaction information and the second fund transaction information, determining balance information according to the fund clearing information in the clearing system, and synchronously updating the third fund transaction information and the balance information into the online system.

The information processing method of the disclosed embodiment will be described in detail below with fig. 2 to 5 based on the scenario described in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method of this embodiment includes operations S210 to S250.
In operation S210, first fund transaction information and first balance information are acquired from the online system during processing of financial transaction information generated by the online system using the batch processing system, wherein the first fund transaction information is fund transaction information that occurs online in the online system but is not included in the clearing system.
In operation S220, in case the first fund transaction information is inconsistent with the fund clearing information acquired from the clearing system, second fund transaction information is acquired from the online system, wherein the second fund transaction information is fund transaction information in which an online transaction occurs at the online system but is not entered into the clearing system during the processing of the first fund transaction information by the batch processing system.
In operation S230, third fund transaction information for updating the first fund transaction information is determined according to the first fund transaction information and the second fund transaction information.
In operation S240, second balance information for updating the first balance information is determined according to the fund clearance information.
In operation S250, the third fund transaction information and the second balance information are synchronized into the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a batch processing account master file may be set in the batch processing system, an online account master file may be set in the online system, and consumption information (first fund transaction information) and balance information, which are consumed online but not included in the clearing system, may be set in the online account master file, where the balance information may be fund transaction information already included in the clearing system. The first funds transaction information may also be payment information that an online payment occurred but was not entered into the clearing system. The present disclosure is illustrated by taking forward consumption occurring in an online system as an example, but the scope of the present disclosure is not limited by the forward consumption, and consumption information occurring in online consumption but not counted in a clearing system is simply referred to as consumption missing information hereinafter.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of processing the financial transaction information generated by the online system by the batch processing system, the unreachable information for consumption and the balance information are acquired from the online system, then the unreachable information for consumption is matched with the fund clearing information acquired from the clearing system, and when the fund clearing information is inconsistent with the unreachable information for consumption, the clearing system does not clear the fund transaction information, so that the unreachable information for consumption is added into the batch processing account master file in the batch processing system. Meanwhile, during the batch processing system execution, the fund transaction information newly generated during the batch processing system execution is required to be acquired from the online system for the fund transaction information newly generated on the online system which is recorded in the online account master file.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the fund transaction information newly generated on the online system during the batch processing system execution can be recorded through the consumption authorization information of the current day. Under the dual information mechanism, a system business day is generally set on the online system, when the system business day is reached, the time on the online system is automatically switched to the next business day, and the batch processing system performs batch processing on fund transaction information generated by the online system in the system business day after the system business day of the online system is updated. The current day consumption authorization information can be fund transaction information which is generated in an online system on the business day of the system but not added into a clearing system, and when the online system records the current day consumption authorization information, the current day consumption authorization information can be added into an account master file of the online system under the condition that the last update date is consistent with the current system business date. And under the condition that the last updating date is not consistent with the current system business date, clearing the current day authorized consumption information recorded in the online account master file, and only recording the current day authorized consumption information consistent with the current system business date, so that the fund transaction information generated in the online system during batch processing can be recorded by the current day authorized consumption information in the online account master file.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, third fund transaction information for updating the first fund transaction information is determined according to the first fund transaction information and the second fund transaction information. For example: when the batch processing system is executed, the first fund transaction information is 3000 yuan of consumption expenditure which occurs in the business day of the system, and the fund clearing information in the clearing system does not have a clearing record matched with the consumption expenditure, the batch processing system adds the 3000 yuan of consumption expenditure into the batch processing account master file of the batch processing system, and when the online system generates 1000 yuan during the batch processing execution, the sum of the two consumption expenditures is 4000 yuan, which can be determined as the third fund transaction information used for updating the first fund transaction information, and the consumption expenditure 4000 yuan is synchronized into the online account master file in the online system.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, second balance information for updating the first balance information is determined according to the fund clearing information. For example: the first balance information can be the amount of money which is cleared and added into the clearing system on the system business day T, the amount of money is 10000 yuan, the clearing amount of money in the clearing fund transaction information on the day T +1 acquired from the clearing system is 14000 yuan, the clearing amount of money is directly determined as the second balance information, and the second balance information is synchronized into the online account master file in the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of processing financial transaction information generated by an online system, under the condition that first fund transaction information is inconsistent with fund clearing information acquired from a clearing system, second fund transaction information generated by the online system during the processing of the first fund transaction information by the batch processing system is acquired from the online system, third fund transaction information is determined according to the first fund transaction information and the second fund transaction information, balance information is determined according to the fund clearing information in the clearing system, and the third fund transaction information and the balance information are synchronously updated into the online system, so that the online transaction information generated by the online system during batch processing is added when the information of the batch processing system is synchronously connected to the online system, and the problems of complicated account tracing operation and system memory space occupation of two tables with the same data amount stored in the system at the same time are avoided, the accurate synchronous updating of the data in the batch processing system and the online system and the continuous stable operation of the system are realized.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first fund transaction information includes first fund transaction amount information and first fund transaction count information; the second fund transaction information comprises second fund transaction amount information and second fund transaction number information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when a forward consumption transaction occurs in the online system, assuming that the transaction amount is a, the first fund transaction amount information may be recorded as a, and the number of the first fund transaction information is 1. During batch execution, the online system performs a forward consumption transaction, and assuming that the transaction amount is B, a second fund transaction amount may be recorded as B, and the second fund transaction number is 1.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the fund transaction amount and the fund transaction number are counted in the online account master file in the online system, so that the batch processing system is matched with the fund clearing information in the clearing system when processing the fund transaction information in the online system, and the system operation efficiency is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining third fund transaction information for updating the first fund transaction information according to the first fund transaction information and the second fund transaction information includes: determining third fund transaction amount information according to the sum of the first fund transaction amount information and the second fund transaction amount information; and determining third fund transaction number information according to the sum of the first fund transaction number information and the second fund transaction number information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: when the batch processing system is executed, the first fund transaction information is 3000 yuan of consumption expense which occurs in the business day of the system, namely the first fund transaction amount is 3000 yuan, and the first fund transaction stroke number is 1. And if the fund clearing information in the clearing system does not have a clearing record matched with the consumption expense, the amount of the missed consumption is 3000 yuan and the number of the missed consumption strokes is 1 are recorded in the master file of the batch processing account of the batch processing system. During the batch processing, the online system has a consumption expenditure of 1000 yuan, i.e., the second fund transaction amount is 1000 yuan, the second fund transaction amount is 2 yuan, the third fund transaction amount is 4000 yuan, and the third fund transaction amount is 2 yuan.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the fund transaction information used for updating the fund transaction information in the online master account in the online system is determined according to the sum of the fund transaction information newly generated by the online system during batch processing execution and the batch processing result information, so that the real-time synchronous updating of the fund transaction information in the online system is realized, the data consistency of the batch processing system and the online system is ensured, and the problem that the continuous and stable operation of the system cannot be supported by the existing accounting mechanism is solved.
Fig. 3 schematically shows an application example diagram of a financial transaction information processing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 3, the fund transaction information generated in the system business day T is recorded in the financial log of the day T, and the batch processing system performs batch processing on the fund transaction information generated in the day T + 1.
Matching each fund transaction information in the financial log of the T day with each fund clearing information in the fund clearing record, such as: one piece of fund transaction information in the financial transaction log of the T day can be an authorization record with a transaction code of 9800 authorization, but the fund clearing information which is consistent with the authorization record information does not exist in the fund clearing information, and the transaction record with the transaction code of 9800 authorization is added into the unachieved amount in the batch processing account master file. And during the processing of the fund transaction information in the financial transaction log of the T day by the batch processing system, the fund transaction information occurring on the online system is added with the current authorized amount, the unreached amount in the online account master file is determined according to the sum of the unreached amount in the batch account master file and the current authorized amount generated by the online transaction occurring during the batch processing, and the information of the unreached amount in the online account master file before the batch processing is covered, so that the synchronous updating of the data of the unreached amount in the online account is realized.
And the fund clearing information in the fund clearing record is directly used as balance information after batch processing, and the balance information in the online account master file before batch processing is covered, so that synchronous data updating of the balance information in the online account is realized.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a non-financial transaction information processing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the information processing method of the present disclosure further includes operations S410 to S430.
In operation S410, online transaction maintenance information is acquired from an online system during processing of non-financial transaction information generated by the online system using a batch processing system.
In operation S420, result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information is determined according to an attribute of the online transaction maintenance information in response to an online transaction maintenance operation occurring with the online system during processing of the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system.
In operation S430, the result information is synchronized into the online system.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the non-financial transaction information may include credit card seal code information, credit card status information, credit card billing date information, and the like. Online transaction maintenance operations may occur on an online system during the processing of such non-financial transaction information by a batch processing system. In the case where an online transaction maintenance operation occurs in the online system during processing of online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system, it is necessary to determine result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the attribute of the online transaction information. For example: the result information generated by the batch processing system processing the online transaction maintenance information can be used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information; the result of the operation of the online transaction maintenance operation that occurs during the processing of the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system may also be used as the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, the credit card seal code information is non-financial transaction information with a priority attribute. For example: the batch system performs on-line transaction maintenance operations during processing of the debit card seal code information having a priority value of 70 to generate debit card seal code information having a priority value of 75, and the batch system processes the debit card seal code information having a priority value of 70 to generate the processing result of the debit card seal code information having a priority value of 71. Assuming that the priority is sorted according to the priority value, the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 75 has higher priority than the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 71, then the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 75 is used as result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information, and the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 75 is synchronized into the online system to cover the original credit card seal code information with the priority value of 70 in the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information, the result information of the online transaction maintenance operation occurring in the online system during the batch processing of the online transaction maintenance information or the processing result information generated by the batch processing of the online transaction maintenance information can be selected as the result information of the updated online transaction maintenance information, so that missing update or error update can be avoided when the online transaction maintenance information data is synchronously updated.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes a priority attribute, and the determining of the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the attribute of the online transaction maintenance information includes: determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the processing result under the condition that the priority of the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation is lower than the priority of the processing result generated by processing the online transaction maintenance information by the batch processing system; or determining result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation under the condition that the priority of the operation result of the online transaction maintenance operation is higher than the priority of a processing result generated by the batch processing system for processing the online transaction maintenance information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example: the pending online transaction maintenance information is credit card seal code information with a priority value of 70. The batch system performs on-line transaction maintenance operations during processing of the credit card seal code information having a priority value of 70 to generate credit card seal code information having a priority value of 68, and the batch system processes the credit card seal code information having a priority value of 70 to generate the processing result of the credit card seal code information having a priority value of 71. Assuming that the priority is sorted according to the priority value, the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 68 has a lower priority than the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 71, then the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 71 is used as result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information, and the credit card seal code information with the priority value of 71 is synchronized into the online system to cover the original credit card seal code information with the priority value of 70 in the online system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the online transaction maintenance information in the online system can be accurately updated in real time by determining the result information for updating the online transaction maintenance information according to the priority level of the online transaction maintenance information.
