After the maintenance of the optional content of the custom package is finished, the operator of the power selling company logs in the system and edits the agent service fee calculation formula of the custom package through the custom package generation module 107. After the user-defined package is edited, the operator of the power selling company extracts the historical calculation cost data of the user according to the mapping relation of the calculation parameters through the user-defined package trial calculation module 108, substitutes the historical calculation cost data into the formula for trial calculation, and ensures the correctness and the rationality of the agent service cost calculation formula, wherein the calculation flow is shown in fig. 3. Execution flow of if statement: firstly, judging the value of a condition expression in parentheses after a keyword if, if the value of the expression is logical true (not 0), executing an if body, and then executing other statements after the if body; otherwise, if the value of the expression is logic false (0), the if body is not executed, and other statements after the if body are directly executed, where the specific logic is as shown in fig. 4. After the trial calculation is completed and the formula is confirmed to be accurate, the electricity selling company can analyze whether the formula can meet the requirements of the users and maximize the benefits of the two parties by calculating the agency service usage of the users at different periods.
After the power selling company confirms that the formula is correct, a self-defined package contract is submitted for a system administrator to check. The system administrator logs in the system, and checks the custom package contract submitted by the power selling company through the custom package checking module 110, and the custom package contract takes effect formally after the checking is passed and is used for calculating the agent service fee in the next month.
After the settlement of the electricity selling company is started, an operator of the electricity selling company logs in the custom package settlement module 111, selects an agent user needing settlement and then enters a settlement market, calculates the agent service cost of the current settlement market of the agent user according to the signed custom package contract content, generates a settlement list as a charging voucher according to the calculation result, and displays the result in the fourth display module 112.

Claims (2)

1. The electric power transaction retail package management system with the user-defined income mode is characterized by mainly comprising a user login module (101), a package template management module (102), a first display module (103), a historical data management module (104), a second display module (105), a user-defined package optional content management module (106), a user-defined package generation module (107), a user-defined package trial calculation module (108), a third display module (109), a user-defined package audit module (110), a user-defined package settlement module (111) and a fourth display module (112);
the user login module (101) is used for inputting login information by the user login system, allowing the user to login the system after verification is passed, and not allowing the user to login the system; the categories of users include electricity selling companies, agent users and electricity trading institutions; the agent user refers to a user who has signed an agent contract with an electric power selling company; the electric power transaction mechanism is used as a system manager and is used for auditing the contents of the retail service package generated by the agent user and the power selling company, wherein the contents comprise contract types, agent service fee calculation formulas and signing periods;
the package template management module (102) is connected with the user login module (101) and is used for selecting the existing retail service package template of the system to sign a retail service contract by the agent user and the power selling company; the package template preset by the system comprises a price difference income type package, a contract energy management type package, an agent service type package and a step charging type package; after the package template is selected, only the key information in the package template needs to be filled in to generate a corresponding retail service package, wherein the key information comprises the monthly electricity consumption of the agent user and the monthly transaction electricity consumption of the agent user;
the first display module (103) is connected with the package template management module (102) and the user login module (101) and is used for displaying package templates preset by the system and detailed contents of the templates;
the historical data management module (104) is connected with the user login module (101) and is used for managing and maintaining historical fee calculation information of the power selling companies and the agent users; wherein, the historical accounting information refers to the data in the user historical settlement list provided by the settlement part of the trading center; the historical data management module (104) analyzes and extracts the cell contents after acquiring the proxy user historical settlement list through a third-party system, establishes the mapping relation among data names, variable names and specific numerical values, maintains and manages the obtained mapping relation according to actual use requirements, and finally obtains a parameter dictionary of the proxy user settlement list;
the second display module (105) is connected with the historical data management module (104) and the user login module (101) and is used for visualizing the historical fee calculation data of the agent user and providing the operation functions of inquiring and counting related data according to keywords comprising the month, the user number, the user name and the data name;
the user-defined package optional content management module (106) is connected with the user login module (101) and the historical data management module (104) and is used for managing user-defined package optional content; the package optional content comprises calculation parameters, operation symbols, condition symbols, relation symbols and logic symbols; the calculation parameters refer to user calculation cost parameters selected from a parameter dictionary maintained by the historical data management module (104); the operation sign means that the operation sign comprises addition, subtraction, multiplication and division mathematical operation signs; the conditional notation refers to a conditional expression keyword; the relational symbols refer to relational expression keywords; the logical symbol refers to a logical expression keyword;
the user-defined package generation module (107) is connected with the user login module (101) and the user-defined package optional content management module (106) and is used for generating the user-defined package; the power selling company selects the package optional content maintained by the user-defined package optional content management module (106) to customize a personalized and targeted agent service fee calculation formula according to the electricity utilization characteristics of the agent user;
the user-defined package trial calculation module (108) is connected with the user login module (101) and the user-defined package generation module (107) and is used for trial calculation of the package proxy service fee calculation formula customized by the user-defined package generation module and ensuring the correctness of formula editing; the user-defined package trial calculation module (108) analyzes the expression of the calculation formula, extracts calculation parameters, operation symbols, condition symbols, relationship symbols and logic symbols in the formula, obtains actual numerical values of the calculation parameters through the mapping relation of the parameter dictionary, and finally calculates the result of the calculation formula;
the third display module 109 is connected with the user login module (101) and the custom package generation module (107), and is used for displaying the custom package signed by the power selling company and the agent user and the detailed content thereof, and providing the operation functions of searching and counting related data according to keywords including month, account number, account name and package name;
the custom package auditing module (110) is connected with the user login module (101), the custom package trial calculation module (108) and the fourth display module 109 and is used for auditing custom packages signed by the electric power selling company and the user by the user in the transaction center; a user of the transaction center logs in a self-defined package auditing module (110), checks the detailed content of the self-defined package, calls a self-defined package trial calculation module (108) to calculate the result of a proxy service fee calculation formula, and confirms whether the self-defined package passes or not according to the calculation result;
the custom package settlement module (111) is connected with the user login module (101) and the third display module 109 and is used for an electric power selling company to obtain the fee calculation information of the agent user in the current settlement market, and then settlement is carried out on the agent service fee according to the signed custom package to generate a fee calculation basis;
and the fourth display module (112) is connected with the user login module (101) and the custom package settlement module (111) and is used for displaying the calculation result of the custom package signed by the power selling company and the agent user in the current settlement market and providing the operation functions of searching and counting related data according to keywords including month, account number, account name and package name.
2. A self-defined income mode electric power transaction retail package management method, which adopts the self-defined income mode electric power transaction retail package management system of claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first step is as follows: user login: the user inputs login information through the user login module (101), and the user is allowed to log in the system after the user passes the verification, otherwise, the user is not allowed to log in the system; the user category comprises an electricity selling company, an agent user and an electric power transaction mechanism; the agent advocacy refers to a user who has signed an agent relationship with an electric power selling company; the electric power transaction mechanism is used as a system administrator and used for controlling the start and completion of each step, including the management and maintenance of historical fee calculation information, the management and maintenance of package optional contents and self-set package audit;
the second step is that: historical accounting information management and maintenance: a system administrator logs in a historical data management module (104), acquires historical accounting lists of all users signing a proxy relationship with a power selling company through a third-party system, and analyzes each display field and actual numerical values thereof in the lists, wherein the display fields comprise settlement months, settlement house numbers and actual electricity consumption; then, establishing a mapping relation among the data name, the variable name and the specific numerical value, and storing the data into a database according to the established mapping relation for convenient management and maintenance;
the third step: managing and maintaining package optional contents: a system administrator logs in a user-defined package optional content management module (106), and selects a required parameter name from a mapping relation established by a historical data management module (104) according to an electric power selling company settlement rule in the market, wherein the parameter name comprises the actual electric power consumption of a user, monthly transaction electric quantity of the user and daily transaction electric quantity of the user; then setting selectable operation symbols, condition symbols, relation symbols and logic symbols;
the fourth step: and (3) generating a custom package: an operator of an electric power selling company logs in a user-defined package generating module (107), checks the selectable content of the current user-defined package, then compiles a targeted agent service fee calculation formula according to the electricity utilization characteristics of agent users, and simultaneously generates a user-defined package contract;
the fifth step: and (4) trial calculation of the user-defined package: an operator of the power selling company logs in a custom package trial calculation module (108) to check and trial calculate the formula edited in the custom package generation module (107); the verification content comprises the following steps: calculating the correctness of formula editing and the reasonability of formula editing; after the verification is passed, an operator of the power selling company extracts the historical calculation fee information of the agent user from the historical data management module (104), substitutes the historical data into a formula for trial calculation, analyzes the calculation result and judges whether the custom package can meet the requirement of the agent user and simultaneously maximizes the benefits of both parties; meanwhile, the self-defined package content is displayed on a third display module (109);
and a sixth step: and (4) self-defining package audit: a system administrator logs in a custom package auditing module (110) to audit a custom package contract signed by an electric power selling company and an agent user, and the custom package contract takes effect formally after the audit is passed and is used for calculating the agent service fee in the next month;
the seventh step: self-defined package settlement: the operator of the electricity selling company logs in the custom package settlement module (111), selects an agent user needing settlement and then enters a settlement market, calculates the agent service fee of the current settlement market of the agent user according to the signed custom package contract content, generates a settlement list as a charging proof according to the calculation result, and displays the calculation result on the fourth display module (112).
