a package ordering module 105, which is respectively connected to the package auditing module 106, the package purchase qualification management module 107, the identity verification module 108, the transaction protocol module 109 and the fund management module 110, and is used for transmitting the packages to be ordered to the package auditing module 106 for auditing, transmitting the ordering information of the retail user to the package purchase qualification management module 107 for package purchase qualification verification, and transmitting the identity verification information of the retail user to the identity verification module 108 for identity verification; if the check of the power selling company, the package purchase qualification check and the identity verification of the retail user are passed, the information of the package to be placed and the information of the package to be placed of the retail user are transmitted to the transaction protocol module 109 to form a package transaction protocol, and then the package transaction protocol is processed into a payment requirement and transmitted to the fund management module 110; also used for receiving the information whether the payment is completed or not transmitted from the fund management module 110; and finally, the system is responsible for transmitting the ordered package and the retail customer transaction information to other systems, and the other systems can be electric power retail transaction delivery, settlement, operation or monitoring systems.
The package auditing module 106 is used for auditing the ordering information of the retail users transmitted by the package ordering module 105 by the power selling company and transmitting the auditing result back to the package ordering module 105;
a package purchase qualification management module 107, configured to set qualification requirements for purchasing standard packages by the trading center; the system is also used for receiving retail user information transmitted by the package ordering module 105, verifying whether the retail user has corresponding package purchasing qualification or not, and transmitting a verification result back to the package ordering module 105;
the identity verification module 108 is used for receiving the identity verification information transmitted by the package ordering module 105, comparing the transmitted identity verification information with the identity verification information prestored in the identity verification module 108, and transmitting the comparison result back to the package ordering module 105;
the transaction protocol module 109 is used for receiving the pre-order-ordering package information and the retail user order-ordering information transmitted by the package order-ordering module 105, generating a corresponding package transaction protocol according to a transaction protocol template prestored in the transaction protocol module 109, and transmitting the generated package transaction protocol back to the package order-ordering module 105;
and the fund management module 110 is used for receiving the payment requirement transmitted by the package ordering module 105, the retail user performs recharging, extraction and payment in the fund management module 110, and the payment information is transmitted back to the package ordering module 105 after the payment is completed or the payment is failed.
Further, it is preferable that the original offline retail contract terms are converted into the following standard package parameter combinations, so as to facilitate the electricity selling company and the retail user to achieve the standardized online contract. The trading center can set editable parameters (existing 17 parameters, subsequent increase and decrease of visible market operating conditions) of a power selling company of a standard package and the limit range of each parameter in a package parameter management module 101; the power selling company needs to configure package parameters within the parameter limit range in the package configuration module 102, wherein (1) - (12) are standard package settlement parameters, and (13) - (17) are standard package control parameters.
(1) Optional purchase time): the starting time and the ending time of the finger package which can be purchased are taken as the unit of a month;
(2) [ package minimum time to buy ]: indicating package duration of the package, wherein the package duration is less than or equal to the number of months between selectable purchase time intervals in a unit of a month, and the number of months between delivery time intervals selected by a retail user when placing an order is greater than or equal to the number of months between the delivery time intervals;
(3) whether a buyer is allowed to have a unilateral offer or not: if the selection is yes, the retail user can automatically terminate the order after purchasing the package, and the confirmation of an electric company is not needed; if not, the retail user can make an order if the order is required to be terminated after purchasing the package, and the electric power selling company is required to confirm the order and then can make an offer;
(4) [ type of electricity prices ]: the finger cot meal transaction price type can be electric energy price or electric power price;
(5) [ transaction price type ]: the electricity price type is electric energy electricity price, a fixed price or a linkage price can be selected, and selectable linkage attributes in the linkage price type are linkage prices set by a trading center and permitted to be sold, such as an upper adjustment service reference price and a deviation reference price. The electricity price type is that only the catalogue electricity price can be selected for the electricity price. Selecting a package of electric energy price-fixed price requires setting the price monthly, and selecting a package of electric energy price-linkage price or electric power price-catalog electric power price requires selecting a uniform linkage multiple and a linkage fixed value;
(6) [ transaction price ]: after the transaction price is selected as the fixed price, displaying a price configuration table, displaying all months of selectable purchase time, configuring the price for each delivery month, wherein the price is required to be within a transaction fixed price limit range configured in a transaction center;
(7) [ contract booking electric value ]: setting up a fulfillment contract collection standard in units of yuan/kilowatt-hour;
(8) [ minimum contract quota for performing > ]: setting a minimum amount of money to be collected for the fulfillment contract in units of yuan;
(9) [ service charge electricity value ]: setting a service fee charging standard in units of yuan/kilowatt-hours;
(10) [ service charge minimum standard ]: setting a minimum amount of service fee in units of dollars;
(11) [ power excess handling rules ]: the method comprises the following steps that (super power consumption is settled according to package price)/[ single section ]/[ multiple sections ]/[ excess proportion ], after an excess power consumption processing rule is configured, a retail user purchases a package after the retail user purchases the package, and the actual power consumption exceeds the monthly power consumption part, and the actual power consumption excess cost is calculated according to the excess power consumption processing rule; the super power consumption processing rules are unified in a package;
(12) [ power consumption reduction processing rules ]: the method can select [ no assessment ]/[ single section ]/[ multiple sections-according to less electricity consumption proportion ], after a retail user purchases a complete set of food with less electricity consumption processing rules, the part of which the actual electricity consumption is lower than the purchased electricity consumption needs to calculate the actual electricity consumption less cost according to the less electricity consumption processing rules. The low power consumption processing rules are unified in a package;
(13) [ allowed average power purchase amount ]: optionally filling, if the parameter is filled by the electricity selling company, when the retail user places an order, if the filled monthly average value of the electricity purchasing quantity exceeds the range set by the parameter, the order cannot be successfully submitted, and the retail user is prompted to modify, otherwise, the order cannot be placed; if the electricity selling company does not fill the parameters, the electricity purchasing quantity filled when the retail user places the order is unlimited.
(14) [ monthly Purchase deadline ]: and filling in an integer. When placing an order, the retail user can purchase the package which is delivered in the next month at the earliest before the current month, and can only purchase the package which is delivered in the next month at the earliest after the current month. For example, if the retail customer is set to 5 days from the end of month, the retail customer may purchase a package that starts delivery at 2021 year 1 month before 26 months 12 and 26 months 2020, and may only purchase a package that starts delivery at 2021 year 2 months after 26 months 12 and 26 months 2020;
(15) [ affiliated store classification ]: the package category configured at the system's store decoration-store classification module may be selected, and packages are displayed in the mall under the store corresponding category.
(16) [ buyer range ]: the level of credit of the purchasable retail customer is selected and only those retail customers at or above that level can purchase the package.
(17) [ electric quantity control or not ]: can be selected [ uncontrolled ]/[ positive control only ]/[ negative control only ]/[ positive control + negative control ]. The positive control means that the electricity selling company allows the retail user to purchase the electricity which exceeds the historical synchronous electricity consumption within a certain range, the electricity selling company is required to check the electricity to be paid after exceeding the range, and the negative control is the same.
A power transaction method based on a standard package adopts the power transaction system based on the standard package, and comprises the following steps:
step (1), the trading center package management is set: the transaction center can realize the management, monitoring and limitation of the standard package from the development to the transaction process in the package parameter management module 101, the package purchase qualification management module 107, the identity verification module 108 and the transaction protocol module 109; the trading center sets editable parameters of an electricity selling company of the standard package and a limit range set by each parameter in the package parameter management module 101, the electricity selling company can only set the parameters of the package in the limit range when the package configuration module 102 configures the parameters of the package, and packages which do not meet the conditions cannot be generated. The trading center may set eligibility requirements (e.g., parameters such as electricity usage capacity, voltage rating, etc., and values thereof) for retail customers who may purchase a standard package in package purchase eligibility management module 107, which retail customers that do not meet the requirements cannot purchase the standard package. The identity authentication module 108 stores the identity authentication information of each retail user in the database, and in the identity authentication link, the same party needing the identity authentication information submitted by the retail user and the identity authentication information in the database can continue the next operation, otherwise, the transaction process is quit. The trading center sets a trading agreement template between the power selling company and the retail user in a trading agreement module 109, and the module can generate a corresponding agreement for both parties to sign according to the pre-order package information and the order information of the retail user;
step (2), the package development and management of the power selling company: the power selling company configures various parameters of the standard package through the package configuration module 102, and the parameters need to be set within the limit range of the package parameter management module 101, otherwise, the parameters cannot be generated. The module electricity selling company can also store the generated package into a template, and edit and delete the package and the template which are not put on shelf;
step (3), putting on shelf a package by a power selling company: the electric power selling company can perform shelving, timing shelving and shelving off operations on the generated standard package in the package shelving module 103, a retail user can check and place a list of the set shelving at a retail user side, and the set shelving off is invisible at the retail user side;
step (4), the retail user searches and browses the package: the retail user searches the standard packages on shelf in the system through the keywords, the screening parameters and the labels in the package browsing and searching module 104, and the system displays the search results according to the screening parameters and the keywords selected by the retail user; a retail user clicks an interested standard package to enter a package detail page for browsing;
step (5), the retail user purchases the package: a retail user selects delivery time and inputs transaction electric quantity to enter a package ordering flow by clicking to add a shopping cart or directly ordering on a package detail page;
step (6), retail user package purchase control: after ordering, the retail user enters a package ordering module 105, firstly, whether the retail user meets the standard package purchasing qualification is checked, if so, the retail user enters the next step, and if not, the retail user is prompted and the ordering process is exited; secondly, judging whether the retail user purchases a package in the delivery month selected by the retail user, if no package exists in the delivery time, entering the next step, and if the package exists, prompting the retail user to modify the delivery time, otherwise, exiting the ordering process; comparing the ordering information of the retail user with monthly purchase deadline, buyer range, allowable average purchase electric quantity and electric quantity control parameters in the set of meal control parameters; for those that do not meet the monthly purchase deadline, prompting the retail customer to modify the delivery time; for the buyer which does not meet the range of the buyer, prompting the retail user that the buyer cannot buy the product, informing the reason and quitting the order placing process; prompting the retail user to modify the lower unit electricity quantity when the allowable average electricity purchasing range is not met; prompting the retail user that package meal does not meet the electric quantity control requirement and can take effect only after the package meal needs to be approved by an electric selling company, and generating a page for the retail user to fill in an electric quantity control non-compliance description (optional); finally, if the requirements are met and the checking of an electric power selling company is not needed or the reason for exceeding the electric quantity control is filled in by a retail user, the next step is carried out;
step (7), retail user identity authentication: after the retail user confirms the order information, the identity of the operator is verified in a short message verification code or electronic business license verification mode, the retail user is ensured to voluntarily carry out transaction by himself, the operation has legal effectiveness, the retail user enters the next step after the verification is passed, and the transaction is terminated if the verification is not passed;
step (8), confirming the transaction agreement of the retail user: and generating a package transaction protocol of the electricity selling company and the retail user according to the pre-order-placing package information and the retail user order-placing information. The retail user carries out the next step after confirmation, and if the retail user does not confirm, the transaction is terminated;
and (9) auditing by the power selling company: if the order which exceeds the range of the electric quantity control parameter of the order placing package and needs to be audited by the electric power selling company is audited by the electric power selling company, if the order passes the auditing, the next step is carried out, and if the order does not pass the auditing, the transaction is terminated;
step (10), paying the package fee of the retail user: the payment information is sent to the fund management module 110, the retail user can pay the package fee, the retail user can carry out payment, account recharging and account extraction operations on the module, the retail user carries out the next step after payment is finished, if the payment is not finished, the payment is suspended, and if the payment is not finished within the set time, the transaction is terminated;
step (11), order generation: and generating an order and transmitting the transaction order information to other systems.
Examples of the applications
Firstly, a transaction center sets standard package parameters: the electric power trading center logs in the system, and an interval range of each parameter configuration permission of the standard package is set in the package parameter management module 101, so that an electricity selling company cannot exceed the interval range when developing the package.
Secondly, the transaction center sets standard package purchase qualification management: the electric power trading center configures the standard package purchase qualification parameters in the package purchase qualification management module 107, and after the configuration takes effect, retail users meeting the qualification parameter requirements can purchase the standard packages. In the embodiment, retail users with the voltage level of the measuring point less than or equal to 10kV can purchase standard packages;
step three, package development of the power selling company: according to market analysis, retail user research and self risk avoidance requirements, an electric power selling company configures various parameters (settlement parameters and control parameters) of a standard package in a package configuration module 102 to form diversified and multi-level standard package configuration, and the package can be placed on or off the shelf after the standard package configuration is generated.

Fourthly, putting the package of the power selling company on the shelf: the electric power vendor shelves the developed standard package, "the next half year package," to the electric power vendor store in package shelving module 103, which is visible to all retail customers.
Fifthly, searching and browsing by the retail user: the retail user can search all the standard packages on shelf in the package browsing and searching module 104 through the screening and sorting functions, select the standard package, and click to enter a package detail page.
Sixthly, ordering by the retail user: the retail user selects delivery months and inputs transaction electric quantity to start a scheduling process by clicking 'adding a shopping cart' or 'directly scheduling' on a package detail page.
Seventhly, system package purchase control: after entering the ordering process, the retail user firstly checks whether the retail user meets the standard package purchasing qualification, if so, the retail user enters the next step, and if not, the retail user is prompted and the ordering process is exited; secondly, judging whether the retail user purchases a package in the delivery month selected by the retail user, if no package exists in the delivery time, entering the next step, and if the package exists, prompting the retail user to modify the delivery time, otherwise, exiting the ordering process; comparing the ordering information of the retail user with monthly purchase deadline, buyer range, allowable average purchase electric quantity and electric quantity control parameters in the set of meal control parameters; for those that do not meet the monthly purchase deadline, prompting the retail customer to modify the delivery time; for the buyer which does not meet the range of the buyer, prompting the retail user that the buyer cannot buy the product, informing the reason and quitting the order placing process; prompting the retail user to modify the lower unit electricity quantity when the allowable average electricity purchasing range is not met; prompting the retail user that package meal does not meet the electric quantity control requirement and can take effect only after the package meal needs to be approved by an electric selling company, and generating a page for the retail user to fill in an electric quantity control non-compliance description (optional); finally, if the requirements are met and the checking of an electric power selling company is not needed or the reason for exceeding the electric quantity control is filled in by a retail user, the next step is carried out; the following exemplifies the respective logical decision processes:
(1) and (3) judging the purchasing qualification of the standard package: retail customers with voltage levels in excess of 10kV cannot order them. As shown in Table 2, retail customer A qualifies for a standard package purchase while retail customer B does not.

(2) The retail user can purchase the package time judgment: the system inquires the time when the retail user does not purchase the package, and if the delivery month selected by the retail user when placing the order is beyond the range, the order cannot be placed. Eighthly, verifying the identity of the retail user: after the retail user confirms the order placing information (if the electric quantity is required to be checked, the reason is required to be filled), the identity of the operator is verified in a short message verification code or electronic business license confirmation mode, and the order placing action is guaranteed to be carried out voluntarily by the retail user. And the next step is carried out after the identity authentication is passed, and the transaction is terminated if the identity authentication is not passed.
Ninth, the retail user confirms the transaction agreement: the system generates a package transaction protocol of the electricity selling company and the retail user according to the pre-order-placing package information and the retail user order-placing information. The retail user confirms and then proceeds to the next step, and if the retail user does not confirm, the transaction is terminated.
Step ten, package auditing of the power selling company: and if the order is beyond the range of the electric quantity control parameter of the order placing package and needs to be audited by the electric power selling company, the electric power selling company audits in the system, and meanwhile, the reason filled by the retail user can be checked, and the next step is carried out after the audit is passed.
Eleventh, retail customer funding: after the retail user confirms the agreement without the audit of the power selling company or after the audit is passed, the retail user completes the payment of the fulfillment contract or the service fee of the package on the system and then enters the next step, if the payment is not finished, the payment is suspended, and if the payment is not finished in the specified time, the transaction is terminated.
Step ten, order generation: after the retail user successfully pays, the transaction is completed, the system generates an order and sends the order to other systems, and the other systems can be electric power retail transaction delivery, settlement, operation or monitoring systems.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. the package parameter management module (101) is connected with the package configuration module (102); the method comprises the steps that an electric power selling company used for a trading center to set standard package editable parameters sets configurable ranges of the electric power selling company for all the parameters, and after the setting is completed, the set parameters and the configurable range information of the set parameters are transmitted to a package configuration module (102);
the package configuration module (102) is connected with the package shelving module (103); the system is used for the power selling company to configure package parameters in a parameter configurable range according to information transmitted by the package management module (101) to generate a package; transmitting the generated package information to a package shelving module (103) for shelving; the template is also used for storing the generated package into a template, the template can be selected to be imported when the package is newly built, and parameters in the template are copied to a page of the newly built package; the system is also used for editing the packages which are not put on shelves and modifying the parameter values of the packages; and deleting the generated packages which are not on shelf;
the package shelving module (103) is connected with the package browsing and searching module (104); the system is used for the electricity selling company to carry out shelf loading and unloading operation on the generated package; transferring the package information on shelf to a package browsing and searching module (104);
the package browsing and searching module (104) is connected with the package ordering module (105); the system is used for the retail user to check and search the stores of the set food or the electricity-selling company, directly select the set food or select the set food in the stores of the electricity-selling company to check the details of the set food after the set food is sold; the retail customer is also used for ordering the selected package and then transmitting the ordered package information to a package ordering module (105);
a package ordering module (105) which is respectively connected with the package auditing module (106), the package purchase qualification management module (107), the identity verification module (108), the transaction protocol module (109) and the fund management module (110) and is used for transmitting a package to be ordered to the package auditing module (106) for auditing, transmitting ordering information of a retail user to the package purchase qualification management module (107) for package purchase qualification verification and transmitting authentication information of the retail user to the identity verification module (108) for identity verification; if the check of the power selling company, the package purchase qualification check and the identity verification of the retail user are passed, transmitting the package information to be issued and the package information issued by the retail user to a transaction protocol module (109) to form a package transaction protocol, and then processing the package transaction protocol into payment requirements and transmitting the payment requirements to a fund management module (110); the fund management module (110) is also used for receiving information whether the payment is completed or not;

a package purchase qualification management module (107) for setting qualification requirements of purchasable standard packages by the trading center; the system is also used for receiving retail user information transmitted by the package ordering module (105), verifying whether the retail user has corresponding package purchasing qualification or not, and transmitting a verification result back to the package ordering module (105);
the identity authentication module (108) is used for receiving the identity authentication information transmitted by the package ordering module (105), comparing the transmitted identity authentication information with the identity authentication information prestored by the identity authentication module (108), and transmitting the comparison result back to the package ordering module (105);
the transaction protocol module (109) is used for receiving the information of the pre-ordered packages and the information of the retail users, which are transmitted by the package ordering module (105), generating a corresponding package transaction protocol according to a transaction protocol template pre-stored in the transaction protocol module (109), and transmitting the generated package transaction protocol back to the package ordering module (105);
and the fund management module (110) is used for receiving the payment demand transmitted by the package ordering module (105), the retail user carries out recharging, extraction and payment in the fund management module (110), and the payment information is transmitted back to the package ordering module (105) after the payment is completed or the payment is failed.

The standard retail package-based power transaction system of claim 1, wherein the standard package electricity selling company editable parameters include selectable purchase time, package minimum purchase time, whether buyer is allowed to offer, electricity price type, transaction price, fulfillment contract degree electricity value, fulfillment contract minimum, service charge degree electricity value, service charge minimum standard, excess electricity usage processing rule, electricity shortage processing rule, allowed average purchase amount, monthly purchase deadline, affiliated store classification, buyer scope and whether electricity amount is controlled.
3. The standard retail package based power trading system of claim 1, wherein the shelving comprises immediate shelving and timed shelving.
4. The standard retail package based power transaction system of claim 1, wherein package details show individual parameters of the package as well as risk tips, product introductions and descriptions.
5. The standard retail package based power transaction system of claim 4, wherein contract template instances, parameter interpretations and package evaluations are also shown in package details.
6. The electric power transaction method based on the standard retail package adopts the electric power transaction system based on the standard retail package as claimed in claims 1-5, and is characterized by comprising the following transaction steps:
step (1), the trading center package management is set:

step (7), retail user identity authentication: after the retail user confirms the ordering information, the identity of the operator is verified in a short message verification code or electronic business license verification mode, the retail user is ensured to voluntarily carry out transaction, the retail user enters the next step after the verification is passed, and the transaction is terminated if the verification is not passed;
step (8), confirming the transaction agreement of the retail user: generating an electricity selling company and an electricity selling transaction protocol of the retail user according to the pre-order placing package information and the order placing information of the retail user; the retail user carries out the next step after confirmation, and if the retail user does not confirm, the transaction is terminated;
and (9) auditing by the power selling company: if the order which exceeds the range of the electric quantity control parameter of the order placing package and needs to be audited by the electric power selling company is audited by the electric power selling company, if the order passes the auditing, the next step is carried out, and if the order does not pass the auditing, the transaction is terminated;
