step (7), comprehensive settlement: summing the package electric quantity settlement result and the deviation electric quantity settlement result to obtain total transaction electric energy and electric charge of the electric retail customers, and distributing the total transaction electric energy and electric charge to each metering point according to the monthly actual electric quantity proportion of each metering point of the electric retail customers; matching the power transmission and distribution prices of each metering point according to the power consumption voltage grade of each metering point transmitted by the data acquisition module, different voltage grades transmitted by the power consumption type and settlement parameter setting module and the power transmission and distribution prices verified by different power consumption type countries, and calculating the power transmission and distribution fees of each metering point according to the month actual power consumption of each metering point of the power retail user transmitted by the metering module; calculating marketized power adjustment electric charge according to the power adjustment coefficient and the basic electric charge of each metering point transmitted by the data acquisition module, wherein the marketized power adjustment electric charge of a certain metering point is x (the electric energy of the metering point, the power transmission and distribution charge of the metering point and the basic electric charge of the metering point); and then according to the fund electric charges of all metering points transmitted by the data acquisition module, calculating the marketized household electric charges of all metering points of the retail user, namely the trading electric charges of the metering points, the power transmission and distribution charges of the metering points, the basic electric charges of the metering points, the marketized power electric charge of the metering points and the fund electric charges of the metering points.

matching the power transmission and distribution prices of each metering point according to the power consumption voltage grade of each metering point transmitted by the data acquisition module, different voltage grades transmitted by the power consumption type and settlement parameter setting module and the power transmission and distribution prices verified by different power consumption type countries, and calculating the power transmission and distribution fees of each metering point according to the month actual power consumption of each metering point of the power retail user transmitted by the metering module;
calculating marketized power adjustment electric charge according to the power adjustment coefficient and the basic electric charge of each metering point transmitted by the data acquisition module, wherein the marketized power adjustment electric charge of a certain metering point is x (the electric energy of the metering point, the power transmission and distribution charge of the metering point and the basic electric charge of the metering point);
