Abstract

An RS485 interface is adopted between the communication conversion module 32 and the electric quantity settlement device 31, the communication conversion module 32 is connected with the remote electric quantity verification unit 33 through a communication network, the communication conversion module 32 sends response data variables sent by the RS485 interface to a PC (personal computer) end or a mobile phone end, and meanwhile, the modified variables are checked and then transmitted to the electric quantity settlement device 31 for updating.
