The package transaction information of the class A retail users is a package which is agreed by the retail users and the power selling companies and comprises a fixed price package and a linkage price package, the fixed price package is a package in which all signed electric quantity is agreed price, and the linkage price package is a package linked with the price of the electric power market; the package transaction information of the class B retail user is the actual power consumption and the electric energy discount price obtained by the electric power selling company in the wholesale market settlement. The financial data is obtained through an interface with a marketing system, and actual electricity consumption data of retail customers are obtained and comprise user basic information (user names, user numbers, metering point numbers and electricity utilization types), electric quantity (normal electric quantity, peak electric quantity, flat electric quantity and valley electric quantity), electricity price codes, work order numbers, business types, electricity consumption charges, basic electricity charges, power dispatching charges, fund sums and arrival electricity charges.
Step five, the retail user settlement execution:
after the settlement basic data is prepared, the settlement service personnel can perform settlement execution operation for retail users. The method comprises the following steps of firstly carrying out settlement algorithm configuration, including the settlement of electric quantity and electric charge of a package contract, the settlement of electric energy and electric charge of excess electric quantity, the settlement of less-used and exempt-from electric charge and the settlement of time-sharing extracted electric charge. The package contract of the class A retail user is the electricity price signed by the platform; the contract electricity quantity of the class B retail users is the actual electricity consumption quantity, and the electricity price is the electric energy and electricity charge discounting price of the contracted retail users. After the algorithm configuration is finished, settlement execution operation can be carried out, the electricity fee settlement is carried out on the retail user, and package electricity fee, super-utilization less electricity fee and marketized to user electricity fee data are obtained after the retail user settlement execution. The electric charge from market to user is the sum of package electric charge, super-consumption less electric charge, transmission and distribution electric charge, basic charge, power transfer electric charge, fund and additional charge.
