Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the above recited features of the present invention can be understood and readily understood, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings, wherein:
the invention utilizes big data analysis technology to grasp the root cause of unbalanced fund generation, namely, the amount and price of the two sides of the used electricity are not matched, and four general unbalanced funds, namely the cost of unmatched non-market electricity consumption, the cost of unmatched market electricity consumption and the cost of unmatched market electricity consumption are combed by a formula splitting and merging mode. The cost of unmatched non-market electricity is known as fluctuating unbalanced fund; the cost of non-market electricity price mismatch is known as the structural imbalance fund; the unmatched cost of the market delivery electric quantity is mainly caused by the fact that the cost generated by a unilateral market, namely the mismatch of the spot settlement electric quantity of the power generation side and the spot settlement electric quantity of the user side; the cost of unmatched market power generation price, namely the blocking surplus, is divided into day-ahead blocking surplus and real-time blocking surplus.
As shown in fig. 1, the imbalance analysis method in the electric power spot market environment based on the electric power big data analysis technology according to the present invention includes the following steps:
step one, acquiring basic data of the power market: the electric power spot market adopts a settlement mode of day, clear and month settlement, takes 15 minutes as a basic calculation time period, and acquires electric quantity structure data of a power generation side and a power utilization side.
And secondly, calculating the charge data of the power generation side and the power utilization side: and respectively calculating the total cost of the power generation side and the total cost of the power utilization side according to the electric quantity structure data of the two power generation sides and the prices corresponding to different electric quantity components.
The specific steps of calculating the fee data of the power generation side and the power utilization side are as follows:
(1) under the plan and market double track system, in the electric power spot market, the power generation side power structure comprises a plan power generation part, a day-ahead deviation part and a real-time deviation part (since the market contract power on both sides of the delivery is matched and the price is also matched, the market contract power is not considered here, namely the market contract power is assumed to be 0).
Setting the contract electric quantity of the electric power spot market to be 0, and then calculating the total generating cost according to the following formula:
Rhair collecting device=∑(QNon hair, i×PNon hair, i+QDay ahead, i×PDay ahead, i+QSending in real time, i×PSending in real time, i),

if the unit i does not participate in the spot market, the spot deviation electric quantity is 0.
(2) The calculation formula of the total electricity charge is set as follows:
Rgeneral use=∑(QNot used, j×PNot used, j+QUsed before the day, j×PUsed before the day, j+QIn real time, j×PIn real time, j),
In the formula: rGeneral useRepresenting a userSide total electric energy and electricity charge; qNot used, jRepresenting non-market power consumption, P, of user jNot used, jRepresenting the electricity price of the non-market electricity quantity of user j, i.e. the catalog electricity price deducts the purchase and sale price difference obtained by the agency of the non-market electricity application, QUsed before the day, jRepresenting the amount of deviation power before day, P, of user jUsed before the day, jRepresenting a day-ahead deviation electricity price of user j; qIn real time, jRepresenting the real-time offset power, P, of user jIn real time, jRepresenting the real-time deviation electricity price of the user j; if the user j does not participate in the market, the spot deviation electric quantity is 0, and if the user j participates in the market, the non-market electric quantity is 0.
And thirdly, rewriting the cost data of the power generation side and the power utilization side. In order to facilitate the subsequent subentry derivation of the calculation formula of the unbalanced fund, the charge data of the power generation side and the power utilization side are rewritten in the form of average power price based on the derivation principle of the unbalanced fund (namely, the total power generation cost and the total power utilization cost calculated in the foregoing manner).

In the formula: qNon-utility totalThe total non-market power on the user side,the weighted average electricity price of the user side non-market electricity quantity is obtained; qDay-ahead use assemblyThe total day-ahead deviation power amount of the user side,the weighted average electricity price of the day-ahead deviation electricity quantity of the user side is obtained; qReal-time use of totalThe total real-time deviation electric quantity of the user side,the weighted average electricity price of the real-time deviation electricity quantity of the user side is obtained;
33) rewriting is performed in the form of an average electricity price based on the total electricity generation cost and the total electricity cost calculated as described above.
4. The method for analyzing imbalance in the electric power spot market environment based on the electric power big data analysis technology according to claim 1, wherein the analysis of the electric power spot settlement imbalance fund comprises the following steps:
41) calculating the total unbalanced funds: and (3) deducting the total power generation side cost from the total power utilization side cost to obtain total unbalanced funds, wherein the total unbalanced funds calculation formula is as follows:
42) deducing the cost of unmatched non-market electricity generation amount, the cost of unmatched non-market electricity generation price, the cost of unmatched market electricity generation amount and the cost of unmatched market electricity generation price by a formula splitting and merging mode, wherein the cost is as follows:
the cost calculation formula of unmatched non-market electricity generation quantity is as follows:
the non-market power generation price unmatched fee calculation formula is as follows:
the cost calculation formula of unmatched market electricity consumption is as follows:
the cost of unmatched market electricity generation and use amount is blocking surplus, and the blocking surplus is divided into day-ahead blocking surplus and real-time blocking surplus;
the formula for calculating the surplus of day-ahead blockage is as follows:
the real-time blocking surplus calculation formula is as follows:
summing the unbalanced funds to be equal to the total unbalanced funds, and completing settlement analysis of the unbalanced funds of the electric power spot settlement; carrying out market trading result clearing according to the day to generate a temporary daily clearing settlement result; and (4) carrying out market-oriented trade electric charge settlement according to the month to generate a monthly settlement bill.
