由于注射成型系统可以相对于具有均匀强度的货盘零件定量，因此用这种系统制造的货盘的强度可以获得均匀一致。在现有的木板货盘中，由于木材是一种“活的”材料，这种材料存在木节和木纹，这些使货盘的强度不可能均匀或连续，所以可能存在几块横向被损坏的木板。
本发明的货盘使重量大大降低，这是由于通过注射成型系统来制造使它的重量至少减少一半。
注射成型方法避免了现有货盘上出现裂缝、尖状物和钉子的缺点，这些东西容易刮坏放在货盘上的货物，并且也可能对使用者造成伤害。
本发明的货盘的支撑表面厚度可以根据该货盘所承受的负荷而改变，以产生更大的强度。这样，较轻的负荷或货物能够放在薄的货架上，而较重的负荷可以用较厚的货盘装运。另外在注射成型的过程中，可以增加使用玻璃纤维的加强装置，玻璃纤维确实提供了附加的强度。
货盘的连续表面可以是粗糙的或颗粒状的，因此所支承的货物不能滑动，也可以穿有小孔以降低重量或减少制造成本。
制造的系统可以用肥皂和洗涤剂来清洁和刷洗，如果有必要的话也可以用刷子刷，这些对于现有技术来讲是困难的，这是由于水能使木材膨胀或变形。本发明的货盘能储存在室外，而不需要任何附加的保护。
相对于现有的木质货盘而言，本发明的货盘可具有能够打印使用者的商标的优点，因为新式货盘具有大的表面，在喷射成型的过程中或采用涂刷或采用模压，并且涂擦不掉。
聚乙烯和聚丙烯在一定条件下混合而形成的混合物使货盘不易燃，这是一个比已商品化的木质货盘要好的重要而安全的优点。
耐湿和抗震使货盘易于处理，并且它也是有益卫生的和良好的透气性能，以及有一个最小的稳定的重量，并具有能用各种颜色制造的可能性。
确切的说，对于使用货盘装运的货物来说，本发明的货盘的厚度、尺寸和其它具体结构都可以改变。在一个以注射成型方法为基础的整体的系统中，具有上述优点。
根据本发明，该货盘由一块整板的主体构成，该主体是用聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物制成。
该货盘有一个四方形的表面，在它的其中一个面上以横向和平行的方向设有棱柱形的凸出部，在两端和中心部位也为棱柱形，它们形成几个用于这种提升机的叉架的连接槽。

货盘1由一单独的主体2构成，主体2上有一高度减小的四方形部分3。
其中的一侧面，参见标号4，有几个棱柱形的凸出部分5和6。
凸出部分5处在两端，凸出部分6设在中间，这样在每两个相邻的凸出部分之间形成几个空间7。
四方形部分3的表面8构成负荷的支撑面。
关于本发明的特点和它的应用方法已作了充分的描述。应当注意到在不改变基本构思的情况下，附图所示和上述的设计在具体结构方面是可以修改的。

Claims (2)

1.理想的货盘，其特征是：由于它是由一主体构成，该主体为一块整板，通过模塑形成的，最好采用聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物，所述主体有一四方形的扁平部分，其厚度较薄，从它的一个较大表面上形成许多垂直的棱柱部分，彼此平行并相对，在它们之间有一间隔，以便放入和连接机械零件，从而升起放在该主体上面的货物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的货盘，其特征在于，扁平的四边形上表面在其上开有有规律的和/或无规律的孔。
