Abstract

本实用新型提供的一种用于制造人工板材或木板的箱体连接件。本实用新型是在一块金属板材上，沿中心线有数排的孔，沿孔周围有一垂直于板材平面的条形立面，条形立面上部为尖齿，沿中心线将板材折为直角。使用时将箱体连接件打进两块相互垂直的人工板材内，将连接件高出人工板材厚度部分的尖齿折弯即可。使用该连接件制成的箱体整体强度大，坚固耐用。

无钉带箱体连接件
本实用新型提供的一种用于制造各种人工板材或木板的箱体连接件。
传统工艺制造各种箱体，如各种家俱的部分及各种产品的包装箱均是用木板由铁钉钉牢的。凡使用人工板材的各种产品包装箱由于人工板材握钉力差，亦需要在人工板材上加有木材钉带方可钉牢。由于木材中难免带有各种病虫害，给需长时间运输或存放的产品包装箱带来质量隐患，甚至于损坏箱内产品，也给产品的进出口贸易带来诸多不变。而人工板材由于经过多道工序加工，不会带有虫害。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于不使用木材钉带即可使用各种人工板材制造箱体的构件。
本实用新型是以如下方式实现的，附图是以三角形孔为实施例的连接件示意图，图1为俯视图，图2为主视展开图。
在一块金属板材上，沿中心线两侧各有数排的孔[1]，孔可为三角形或多角形、圆形、椭圆形、及矩形，沿孔周围有一垂直于板材平面的条形立面[2]，条形立面上部为尖齿[3]，沿中心线将板材折为直角。
使用时将箱体连接件打进两块相互垂直的人工板材内，并将连接件高出人工板材厚度部分的尖齿折弯即可。
该连接件制造工艺简单，使用方便，有效地解决了人工板材不使用术材钉带成箱难题。使用该连接件制成的箱体由于其连接件与人工板材连接和使用木带和铁钉制成的箱体相比，解决了木材脱钉问题，因此整体强度大，坚固耐用。同时节约了木材，增加了有效容积。且箱体无缝隙，保证了产品不易受污染。特别由于不使用可能带有病虫害的木材，给对外进出口贸易带来了很大方便。
