in the embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure the binding consistency of the binding wires, a function of automatically conveying the cut binding wires is also provided, as shown in fig. 8, the binding mechanism 50 further comprises a binding wire conveying mechanism 53, the conveying end of the binding wire conveying mechanism 53 is aligned with the top of the supporting claw 51a of the binding wire assembly, and the binding wire conveying mechanism 53 cuts the binding wires after a preset length of binding wires are conveyed to the top of the supporting claw 51 a. The wire binding conveying mechanism 53 is similar to the wire feeding mechanism 10, and also comprises the fixed-distance transmission and cutting-off functions of the cables, and the specific structure of the wire binding conveying mechanism is not described again, in the embodiment of the invention, the conveying end of the wire binding conveying mechanism 53 is arranged close to the top of the supporting claw 51a, so that the wire binding can be directly conveyed to the elastic belt 51b, and the wire binding can be cut off after being conveyed for a set distance each time; the holding claw 51a in the embodiment of the present invention further has blocking portions on both sides of the top thereof for guiding the binding wire during the transportation and preventing the binding wire from falling.
After the wire is wrapped, a second wire tightening operation is required, and in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the wire binding mechanism 50 further includes a coil transfer mechanism 54, the wire binding assembly is fixed to the coil transfer mechanism 54, and the coil transfer mechanism 54 moves in a straight line to transfer the wire-bound coil to the wire twisting assembly 52. The coil transfer mechanism 54 also drives a placing plate to longitudinally move for a motor screw rod, and the wire binding assembly is arranged on the coil transfer mechanism 54, so that the folding and crossing shape of the free end of the wire binding can be ensured, and the wire twisting process of the next step is facilitated;
as shown in fig. 11, in the embodiment of the present invention, the screwing assembly 52 includes two screwing jaws 52a, an electrical slip ring 52b connected to the two screwing jaws 52a, a supporting plate 52c for fixing the electrical slip ring 52b, a screwing driving member 52d fixed to the supporting plate 52c and driving the two screwing jaws 52a to rotate, and a screwing lifting unit 53e for driving the supporting plate 52c to lift and lower;
the two wire-twisting clamping jaws 52a are arranged corresponding to the coil wire-binding position, when the wire is specifically twisted, the wire-twisting lifting driving unit 24 drives the two wire-twisting clamping jaws 52a to the coil wire-binding position, the two wire-twisting clamping jaws 52a clamp the crossed wire-binding free ends, and the wire-twisting driving piece 52d drives the two wire-twisting clamping jaws 52a to rotate for a set number of turns. Thus, the binding wire is screwed, then the coil moving mechanism is reset, the supporting claw 51a is opened, and the coil gripper 43c1 picks up the coil and moves the coil to a material storage (not shown in the figure), so that the whole process of cable binding is completed.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a cable bundling method using the cable bundling apparatus, as shown in fig. 12, including the following steps:
s10: the guide mechanism 20 clamps the cable output by the cable feeding mechanism 10 and transfers the end of the cable to the cable fixing component 32 of the winding mechanism 30 for fixing;
s20: after the turntable assembly 31 on the winding mechanism 30 rotates to a set number of turns, the wire feeding mechanism 10 cuts off the cable;
s30: the wire grabbing mechanism 40 clamps the coil to the wire binding mechanism 50 and presses the coil downwards to the wire binding assembly 51;
s40: the wire binding mechanism 50 is centered, and the free ends of the binding wires are crossed;
s50: the twisting assembly 52 clamps the crossed free ends of the binding wires and rotates the free ends of the binding wires for setting the number of turns;
s60: the wire grabbing mechanism 40 transfers the bundled coils to a material storage.
For detailed information on each step, please refer to the above detailed description of the device, by the above method, automatic winding and bundling of the cables are realized, and the shape of the bundling wire is consistent at each bundling position, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the cable guarantee.
