选取100例前来治疗的患者，其中风湿关节痛患者34名，颈肩腰腿痛患者34名，软组织扭伤患者32名，患者年龄段在30-60岁，病程为15天-5年，按照就诊顺序将三种类型患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中各组患者的年龄、性别、临床表现无统计学意义差异。
2、治疗方法
治疗组：使用清水清洁患处，然后将中药涂抹剂直接涂抹于患处，每日三次，在涂抹期间用手轻柔患处数次，使药物充分被患处吸收。
对照组：使用市面在售药物，遵药物说明书进行使用。
治疗组与对照组的实验期共计两周，在两周内对其进行治疗与观察。
3、疗效标准
痊愈：临床症状消失，轻触按压无疼痛感，功能活动正常；
有效：临床症状有明显改善，轻触按压有轻微疼痛感减，功能活动改善；
无效：治疗前后无明显变化。
4、治疗结果
经连续两周的实验，参照疗效标准对每位患者治疗效果进行统计，制表如下：

根据上表可知，治疗组的疗效均优于对照组，且本发明药物对于风湿关节痛、颈肩腰腿痛、软组织扭伤的有效治疗率分别为94.12％、94.12％、100％。
实施例5典型案例
1、周某某，男，56岁，四川成都金牛区人，患风湿关节痛多年，行走不便，经使用本发明的药物3-5天后，疼痛缓解，继续使用5-7天，疼痛消除，经随访，两年未复发。
2、董某，女，39岁，四川成都双流区人，因下雨滑倒，导致小腿扭伤、有淤血，无法独立行走，遵医嘱使用本发明药物2天，淤血清退，可独立缓慢行走，继续使用本发明药物5天痊愈。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述，这种描述没有限制性。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示，在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下，不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例，均应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，其包括以下原料：血藤、扣子七、见肿消、生地、竹根七、芋儿七、血余炭、血竭、红花、红景天、马钱子、接骨草、红毛七、海马。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，其由以下重量份原料组成：血藤5-7份、扣子七3-5份、见肿消1-3份、生地1-3份、竹根七2-5份、芋儿七2-5份、血余炭1-3份、血竭3-5份、红花1-4份、红景天2-4份、马钱子1-3份、接骨草3-6份、红毛七1-3份、海马1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，其由以下重量份原料组成：血藤5份、扣子七3份、见肿消1份、生地1份、竹根七2份、芋儿七2份、血余炭1份、血竭3份、红花1份、红景天2份、马钱子1份、接骨草3份、红毛七1份、海马1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，其由以下重量份原料组成：血藤6份、扣子七4份、见肿消2份、生地2份、竹根七4份、芋儿七4份、血余炭2份、血竭4份、红花2份、红景天3份、马钱子2份、接骨草5份、红毛七2份、海马2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，其由以下重量份原料组成：血藤7份、扣子七5份、见肿消3份、生地3份、竹根七5份、芋儿七5份、血余炭3份、血竭5份、红花4份、红景天4份、马钱子3份、接骨草6份、红毛七3份、海马3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，其制作方法为：按量称取各原料，并放入酒中密闭1年后，过滤取滤液，制成涂抹剂；所述原料与酒的使用比例为1g:300ml。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种止痛消肿的中药涂抹剂，其特征在于，所述酒为度数不低于65°的白酒。
