本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种可食性枸杞指甲油及其制备方法。采用枸杞制备指甲油,通过纤维素的保护、微胶囊化处理保证枸杞色素的稳定性;通过复配油保证枸杞色素的光稳定性以及防水性,通过其他原料的配合在保证粘结性的同时提高防水性;另外通过其他原料的复配可快速成膜,另外为了保证指甲油的耐磨,调配成膜性能,加入了复合油和羧甲基纤维素。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种可食性枸杞指甲油及其制备方法。
背景技术
指甲的修饰乃是女性们美容的重要内容。爱美的女子总爱用鲜艳的红指甲油涂在长指甲上。以显示纤纤玉手的魅力。邻苯二甲酸酯、甲醛、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等是普通指甲油的主要溶剂成分,邻苯二甲酸酯会妨碍正常的荷尔蒙平衡,导致严重的生殖损害和其他健康问题;而苯和甲醛均是致癌物质。在普通指甲油中,为了达到使指甲油快速干透的目的,加入了大量丙酮、乙酸乙酯成分,这两种成分的特点是极易挥发,所以指甲油能很快干掉。但是丙酮、乙酸乙酯属于危险化学品,它们易燃易爆,在挥发时产生令人眩晕的刺激性气味,对室内空气产生污染(挥发后它们的体积将膨胀一千倍),在长期吸入的情况下,对神经系统可能产生危害,还对粘膜有强刺激性。
枸杞色素是存在于枸杞浆果中的总呈色物质,主要是脂溶性胡萝卜素类化合物,具有天然食用色素的生理和药理活性,枸杞食用色素呈橘红色( 略带黄色) ,主要成分是类胡萝卜素及其酯。枸杞色素有消炎、抗疲劳、抗氧化、延缓衰老和预防肿瘤等重要的生物学功能,在医药保健领域有较好应用前景。
发明内容
针对现阶段指甲油存在的问题,采用枸杞制备指甲油,通过纤维素的保护、微胶囊化处理保证枸杞色素的稳定性;通过复配油保证枸杞色素的光稳定性以及防水性,通过其他原料的配合在保证粘结性的同时提高防水性;另外通过其他原料的复配可快速成膜,另外为了保证指甲油的耐磨,调配成膜性能,加入了复合油和羧甲基纤维素。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可食性枸杞指甲油,包括以下重量份的原料:水性指甲油PU树脂80-90份、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水8-10份、羧甲基纤维素3-4份、香兰素1-2份、甜杏仁油 1-2份、橄榄油5-6份、荷荷巴油4-6份、鳄梨油1-2份、枸杞色素微胶囊7-12份;
所述的枸杞色素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:用乙醇在超声-微波协同下提取,浓缩的枸杞色素;采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;枸杞色素与植物纤维素的质量比为5:1。
优选地,甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油的质量比为:1:5:5:1。
上述可食性枸杞指甲油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:用乙醇在超声-微波协同下提取,浓缩;
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:枸杞色素微胶囊中依次加入水性指甲油PU树脂J511Y、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水、羧甲基纤维素、香兰素、甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油,边加边搅拌,均匀无颗粒感为止。
所述步骤(1)的过程为:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入4-5倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在50-60℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
优选地,超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为50-60℃;时间为30-40min。
本发明的有益效果
(1)安全可食
本申请所用的原料均可食用,色泽纯正,保水性高,粘结性好,防水性能好。通过纤维素的保护、微胶囊化处理保证枸杞色素的稳定性;通过复配油保证枸杞色素的光稳定性以及防水性,通过其他原料的配合在保证粘结性的同时提高防水性。
(2)快速成膜
水性指甲油PU树脂、大豆卵磷脂、羧甲基纤维素的配合以及复合油的使用保证指甲油的快速成膜。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种可食性枸杞指甲油,包括以下重量份的原料:水性指甲油PU树脂80份、大豆卵磷脂3份、去离子水8份、羧甲基纤维素3份、香兰素1份、甜杏仁油 1份、橄榄油5份、荷荷巴油4份、鳄梨油1份、枸杞色素微胶囊7份;
上述可食性枸杞指甲油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入4倍的无水乙醇,50℃常压下超声-微波协同提取40min;合并提取液在50℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:枸杞色素微胶囊中依次加入水性指甲油PU树脂J511Y、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水、羧甲基纤维素、香兰素、甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油,边加边搅拌,均匀无颗粒感为止。
实施例2
一种可食性枸杞指甲油,包括以下重量份的原料:水性指甲油PU树脂90份、大豆卵磷脂4份、去离子水10份、羧甲基纤维素4份、香兰素2份、甜杏仁油 2份、橄榄油6份、荷荷巴油6份、鳄梨油2份、枸杞色素微胶囊12份;
上述可食性枸杞指甲油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入5倍的无水乙醇,60℃常压下超声-微波协同提取30min;合并提取液在60℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:枸杞色素微胶囊中依次加入水性指甲油PU树脂J511Y、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水、羧甲基纤维素、香兰素、甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油,边加边搅拌,均匀无颗粒感为止。
实施例3
一种可食性枸杞指甲油,包括以下重量份的原料:水性指甲油PU树脂85份、大豆卵磷脂4份、去离子水10份、羧甲基纤维素4份、香兰素2份、甜杏仁油1份、橄榄油5份、荷荷巴油5份、鳄梨油1份、枸杞色素微胶囊10份;
上述可食性枸杞指甲油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入5倍的无水乙醇,55℃常压下超声-微波协同提取30min;合并提取液在55℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:枸杞色素微胶囊中依次加入水性指甲油PU树脂J511Y、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水、羧甲基纤维素、香兰素、甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油,边加边搅拌,均匀无颗粒感为止。
对比例1没有微胶囊及纤维素的加入
一种可食性枸杞指甲油,包括以下重量份的原料:水性指甲油PU树脂85份、大豆卵磷脂4份、去离子水10份、羧甲基纤维素4份、香兰素2份、甜杏仁油1份、橄榄油5份、荷荷巴油5份、鳄梨油1份、枸杞色素10份;
上述可食性枸杞指甲油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入5倍的无水乙醇,55℃常压下超声-微波协同提取30min;合并提取液在55℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
(2)调配:枸杞色素中依次加入水性指甲油PU树脂J511Y、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水、羧甲基纤维素、香兰素、甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油,边加边搅拌,均匀无颗粒感为止。
将实施例1-3及对比例1制备的可食性枸杞指甲油进行检测和评价,审评结果如下表:

从中可以看出,本申请制备的指甲油性能好,色泽好,稳定性好。

1.一种可食性枸杞指甲油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:水性指甲油PU树脂80-90份、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水8-10份、羧甲基纤维素3-4份、香兰素1-2份、甜杏仁油1-2份、橄榄油5-6份、荷荷巴油4-6份、鳄梨油1-2份、枸杞色素微胶囊7-12份;
所述的枸杞色素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:用乙醇在超声-微波协同下提取,浓缩的枸杞色素;采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;枸杞色素与植物纤维素的质量比为5:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可食性枸杞指甲油,其特征在于,甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油的质量比为:1:5:5:1。
3.一种可食性枸杞指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:用乙醇在超声-微波协同下提取,浓缩;
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:枸杞色素微胶囊中依次加入水性指甲油PU树脂J511Y、大豆卵磷脂3-4份、去离子水、羧甲基纤维素、香兰素、甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油,边加边搅拌,均匀无颗粒感为止。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可食性枸杞指甲油的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的过程为:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入4-5倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在50-60℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
5.根据权利要求3所述的可食性枸杞指甲油的制作方法,其特征在于,超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为50-60℃;时间为30-40min。
