技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种可食性枸杞口红及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着新时代审美观的改变,化妆品的使用频率逐渐增大,而口红是女性日常使用频率最高的一种化妆品。人工合成色素是口红的主要成分之一,用煤焦油中分离出来的苯胺染料为原料制成的,会导致肌肤敏感者使用时可能会出现过敏和炎症。由于技术把关不严格,或多或少会残留铅、汞、砷等有害物质,长期涂抹使用,存在着一定的致癌性。随着人们对健康关注度的提高,天然可食性色素口红逐渐兴起,其安全性、人群适用性较为可观。
枸杞色素是存在于枸杞浆果中的总呈色物质,主要是脂溶性胡萝卜素类化合物,具有天然食用色素的生理和药理活性,枸杞食用色素呈橘红色( 略带黄色) ,主要成分是类胡萝卜素及其酯。枸杞色素有消炎、抗疲劳、抗氧化、延缓衰老和预防肿瘤等重要的生物学功能,在医药保健领域有较好应用前景。枸杞色素性质较稳定,具安全可靠,无不良反应,颜色自然和有营养价值等优点,是食品和化妆品行业常用的天然着色剂。
发明内容
针对现阶段口红存在的问题,采用枸杞制备口红,通过纤维素的保护、微胶囊化处理保证枸杞色素的稳定性;通过复配油保证枸杞色素的光稳定性以及防水性,通过其他原料的配合在保证粘结性的同时提高防水性;另外通过其他原料的复配可快速成膜。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可食性枸杞口红,包括以下重量份的原料:棕榈蜡1-2份、白蜂蜡10-15份、甜杏仁油 1-2份、橄榄油5-6份、荷荷巴油4-6份、鳄梨油1-2份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-2份、维生素E 2-3份、枸杞色素微胶囊6-8份;
所述的枸杞色素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:用乙醇在超声-微波协同下提取;采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
枸杞色素与植物纤维素的质量比为10:1。
上述可食性枸杞口红的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:用乙醇在超声-微波协同下提取;
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用β-环糊精、淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素、植物纤维素为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:将1-2份棕榈蜡加热至完全溶解,再加入10-15份白蜂蜡,继续加热至完全溶解,再依次加入甜杏仁油 1-2份、橄榄油5-6份、荷荷巴油4-6份、鳄梨油1-2份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-2份、维生素E 2-3份、步骤(2)的枸杞色素微胶囊6-8份,期间保持加热温度,不停搅拌,至完全溶解为止;
(4)灌模成型。
优选地,所述步骤(1)的过程为:干燥好的枸杞粉碎,加入4-5倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在50-60℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状。
优选地,超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为50-60℃;时间为30-40min。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中植物纤维素为:从步骤(1)提取色素后的枸杞渣中获得。
本发明的有益效果
(1)安全可食
本申请所用的原料均可食用,色泽纯正,保水性高,粘结性好,防水性能好。通过纤维素的保护、微胶囊化处理保证枸杞色素的稳定性;通过复配油保证枸杞色素的光稳定性以及防水性,通过其他原料的配合在保证粘结性的同时提高防水性。
(2)快速成膜
棕榈蜡、白蜂蜡、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的配合以及复合油的使用保证口红的快速成膜。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种可食性枸杞口红,包括以下重量份的原料:棕榈蜡200g、白蜂蜡1500g、甜杏仁油 200g、橄榄油600g、荷荷巴油400g、鳄梨油200g、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯200g、维生素E300g、枸杞色素微胶囊800g;
上述可食性枸杞口红的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的1000g枸杞粉碎,加入5倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在60℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状,得约150g枸杞色素;超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为60℃;时间为30min;
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用10gβ-环糊精、700g淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素150g、植物纤维素15g为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:将棕榈蜡加热至完全溶解,再加入白蜂蜡,继续加热至完全溶解,再依次加入甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、维生素E、步骤(2)的枸杞色素微胶囊,期间保持加热温度,不停搅拌,至完全溶解为止;
(4)灌模成型。

一种可食性枸杞口红,包括以下重量份的原料:棕榈蜡100g、白蜂蜡1000g、甜杏仁油 100g、橄榄油500g、荷荷巴油600g、鳄梨油100g、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯100g、维生素E200g、枸杞色素微胶囊600g;
上述可食性枸杞口红的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的1000g枸杞粉碎,加入4倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在50℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状,得约140g枸杞色素;超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为50℃;时间为40min。
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用10份β-环糊精、600份淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素140g、植物纤维素15g为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;
(3)调配:将1-200g棕榈蜡加热至完全溶解,再加入10-1500g白蜂蜡,继续加热至完全溶解,再依次加入甜杏仁油 1-200g、橄榄油5-600g、荷荷巴油4-600g、鳄梨油1-200g、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-200g、维生素E 2-300g、步骤(2)的枸杞色素微胶囊12-1600g,期间保持加热温度,不停搅拌,至完全溶解为止;
(4)灌模成型。

一种可食性枸杞口红,包括以下重量份的原料:棕榈蜡200g、白蜂蜡1300g、甜杏仁油 200g、橄榄油500g、荷荷巴油500g、鳄梨油200g、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯200g、维生素E300g、枸杞色素微胶囊700g;
上述可食性枸杞口红的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的1000g枸杞粉碎,加入4倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在55℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状,得约150g枸杞色素;超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为55℃;时间为40min。
(2)枸杞色素微胶囊化处理:采用10gβ-环糊精、600g淀粉作为壁材;枸杞色素150g、植物纤维素15g为芯材;喷雾干燥制得枸杞色素微胶囊;所述步骤(2)中植物纤维素为:从步骤(1)提取色素后的枸杞渣中获得;枸杞渣中纤维素的提取:100℃条件下,枸杞渣用2%浓度的NaOH水溶液,煮沸,降温后加入双氧水,继续加热,保持温度在70-80℃,之后过滤,用蒸馏水充分洗涤滤渣至中性,干燥后即得到纤维样品。
(3)调配:将棕榈蜡加热至完全溶解,再加入白蜂蜡,继续加热至完全溶解,再依次加入甜杏仁油、橄榄油、荷荷巴油、鳄梨油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、维生素E、步骤(2)的枸杞色素微胶囊,期间保持加热温度,不停搅拌,至完全溶解为止;
(4)灌模成型。
对比例1 没有微胶囊及纤维素的加入
一种可食性枸杞口红,包括以下重量份的原料:棕榈蜡200g、白蜂蜡1300g、甜杏仁油 200g、橄榄油500g、荷荷巴油500g、鳄梨油200g、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯200g、维生素E300g、枸杞色素150g;
上述可食性枸杞口红的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)枸杞色素提取:干燥好的1000g枸杞粉碎,加入4倍的无水乙醇,常压下的超声-微波协同提取;合并提取液在55℃条件下真空浓缩至浸膏状,得约150g枸杞色素;超声-微波协同提取的条件为:温度为55℃;时间为40min。
