the driving motor is transversely arranged on the inner wall of the left side of the cavity structure, and the driving shaft extends out of the cavity from the left side; the seat type scrubbing modules are arranged in a plurality, the seat rotating shafts penetrate through the vertical surface of the h-shaped frame body structure of the supporting frame, and are connected with the driving shaft of the driving motor through the seat driving belt; the right end face of the seat scrubbing head is made of soft cotton fabric, the left side of the seat scrubbing head is of a hollow shaft sleeve structure, a seat pressure spring is arranged in a shaft sleeve hole, and a seat rotating shaft extends into the shaft sleeve hole to be flexibly connected.

In a further aspect, the vertical scrubbing module comprises: the device comprises a rotating platform, a vertical driving belt, a vertical rotating motor, a vertical rotating shaft, a vertical pressure spring and a vertical scrubbing head;
the rotary table is of a hollow box type structure, a vertical rotary motor is arranged on the left end face inside the rotary table, the left end of a vertical rotary shaft extends out of the left end face of the rotary table, the right end of the vertical rotary shaft is connected with a driving shaft of the vertical rotary motor through a vertical driving belt, the left end face of the vertical scouring head is made of soft cotton fabric, the right side of the vertical scouring head is of a hollow shaft sleeve structure, a vertical pressure spring is arranged in a shaft sleeve hole, and the vertical rotary shaft extends into the shaft sleeve hole to be flexibly connected; the right end surface of the outer part of the rotating platform is a smooth plane; the vertical scrubbing module and the connecting rod are rotatably connected.
In a further aspect, the locking module comprises: the device comprises a lifting platform, a lifting driving mechanism, a vacuum chuck and a vacuum pump;
the lifting platform is of a rigid plane structure and is arranged on the lifting driving mechanism, the upper end of the lifting driving mechanism is fixed on the inner top surface of the cavity structure of the support frame, and the lower end of the lifting driving mechanism is fixed on the upper surface of the moving chassis; a plurality of vacuum chucks are fixed on the lifting platform 2-1, and gas pipes of the vacuum chucks are connected with a vacuum pump; the vacuum pump is fixed on the inner top surface of the cavity structure of the support frame.
A further aspect is that the lifting module comprises: the lifting platform, the vertical guide rail and the vertical track;
the lifting modules are of rigid structures, are symmetrically arranged in two groups and are respectively connected to the screw rod modules; the lifting module is provided with a rigid vertical guide rail, a rigid vertical rail is arranged on the vertical surface of the supporting frame, and the vertical guide rail is in rigid sliding connection with the vertical rail.
A further aspect resides in that the translation module comprises: a translation stage and a horizontal slide rail;
the translation platform is of a rigid box structure and is in rigid sliding connection with the lifting module through a horizontal sliding rail.
A further aspect is that the folding arm comprises: a bracket arm, a pin shaft and a tension spring;
the bracket arm is of an L-shaped rigid structure, the right end of the L shape is rotatably connected with the translation table through a pin shaft, and the tension spring is connected with the interior of the box body of the translation table and the left bent end of the bracket arm.
Further aspects are that the fixing module comprises: a fixed table, a fixed handrail;
the fixed station is a rigid plane structure, the two ends of the left part are symmetrically provided with outer shoulder structures, the two groups of screw rod connecting holes are arranged on the two outer shoulder structures, and the fixed handrail is arranged at the right end of the fixed station.
The further proposal is that the seat rotating shaft drives the seat scrubbing head to be driven by friction damping.

the driving motor 6-1 is transversely arranged on the inner wall of the left side of the cavity structure, and a driving shaft extends out of the cavity from the left side; the seat type scrubbing modules 6 are arranged in a plurality, seat rotating shafts 6-4 penetrate through the vertical surface of the h-shaped frame body structure of the support frame 3, and are connected with a driving shaft of a driving motor 6-1 through seat driving belts 6-5; the right end face of the seat scrubbing head 6-2 is made of soft cotton fabric, the left side of the seat scrubbing head is of a hollow shaft sleeve structure, a seat pressure spring 6-3 is arranged in a shaft sleeve hole, and a seat rotating shaft 6-4 extends into the shaft sleeve hole to be flexibly connected.
The driving shaft of the driving motor 6-1 is synchronously connected with a plurality of seat rotating shafts 6-4, which is a conventional known scheme and can adopt distributed gear transmission or multi-stage belt transmission; the rotary motion of the seat rotary shaft 6-4 can drive the seat scrubbing head 6-2 to perform rotary motion, preferably, a driving mode with an overload protection function is adopted, namely, when the seat scrubbing head 6-2 is subjected to rated torque, the seat rotary shaft 6-4 drives the seat scrubbing head 6-2 to normally rotate, and if the seat scrubbing head 6-2 is subjected to torque overload, the rotating speed of the seat scrubbing head 6-2 is reduced or stopped, which is a conventional technology, and a scheme of driving the motor 6-1 can be selected, or a friction damping driving scheme of the seat rotary shaft 6-4 to the seat scrubbing head 6-2 can be selected; the seat rotating shaft 6-4 is flexibly connected in a shaft sleeve hole of the seat scrubbing head 6-2, when the seat scrubbing head 6-2 is subjected to a transverse force, the seat scrubbing head and the seat rotating shaft 6-4 can be displaced transversely, and the seat pressure spring 6-3 can be used for realizing resetting.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the folding chair 4 includes: 4-1 of a chair back, 4-2 of a chair seat, 4-3 of a rotating shaft and 4-4 of an anti-skid pad;
the chair back 4-1 and the chair surface 4-2 are rotationally connected through a rotating shaft 4-3, the upper surface of the chair back 4-1 is kept stable and horizontal after being folded rightwards and laid down, and the chair back can be kept stable and upright after being lifted; the chair seat 4-2 and the supporting legs are in a right angle shape, the anti-slip mat 4-4 is fixedly installed on the lower bottom surfaces of the supporting legs, the upper surface of the chair seat 4-2 is in a plane shape, the lower bottom surfaces of the chair seat 4-2 are in an inclined plane shape, the plane of the h-shaped frame body structure of the supporting frame 3 is in an inclined plane shape, the two inclined planes are provided with sliding rails which are mutually matched and connected, the folding chair 4 can slide left and right on the plane of the h-shaped frame body structure, when the chair seat 4-2 slides to the right end, the anti-slip mat 4-4 just contacts with the ground, and when the chair seat 4-2 slides left, the anti-slip mat 4-4 is separated from the ground.
When the folding chair 4 slides to the right end, the chair back 4-1 is folded to discharge water, a user can stably sit on the chair back, and the back of the user just contacts the seat scrubbing head 6-2, so that the scrubbed function is realized; if the user only needs to sit down for self-washing and does not need to be scrubbed, the user only needs to lift the chair back 4-1 to be upright, the user sits on the chair surface 4-2, and the chair back 4-1 is shielded between the seat scrubbing head 6-2 and the back of the user; the lower bottom surface of the seat surface 4-2 and the structural plane of the h-shaped frame are inclined planes, so that the folding chair 4 can slide smoothly left and right, otherwise, the non-slip mat 4-4 is in normal contact with the ground to influence the smoothness of pulling out or withdrawing the folding chair 4, or the non-slip mat 4-4 has a gap from the ground, so that the stability of the folding chair 4 after loading cannot be ensured.
The lifting module 12 is shown in fig. 1-3, and includes: the device comprises a fixed shaft 12-1, a rotary rod 12-2, a positioning rod 12-3, a positioning pin 12-4, a positioning slide rail 12-5 and a connecting rod 12-6;
the fixed shaft 12-1 is arranged on the front end face and the rear end face of the vertical face of the h-shaped frame body structure, as shown in fig. 3, one end of each rotary rod 12-2 is rotatably connected to the fixed shaft 12-1, the middle position of each rotary rod is rotatably connected with the corresponding positioning rod 12-3 through a positioning pin 12-4, the top ends of the two rotary rods 12-2 are connected through a connecting rod 12-6, as shown in fig. 2, the vertical scrubbing module 13 is arranged in the middle of the connecting rod 12-6; the front end face and the rear end face of the vertical face of the h-shaped frame body structure are provided with positioning slide rails 12-5, and as shown in figure 3, the other ends of the positioning rods 12-3 are connected in the positioning slide rails 12-5 in a sliding manner.
A plurality of clamping stop positions are arranged in the positioning slide rail 12-5, the clamping stop positions can be selected automatically or manually, and the positioning slide rail 12-5 is a known technology.
The vertical scrubbing module 13, as shown in FIG. 3, includes: the device comprises a rotating platform 13-1, a vertical driving belt 13-2, a vertical rotating motor 13-3, a vertical rotating shaft 13-4, a vertical pressure spring 13-5 and a vertical scrubbing head 13-6;
the rotary table 13-1 is of a hollow box type structure, a vertical rotary motor 13-3 is arranged on the left end face inside the rotary table 13-1, the left end of a vertical rotary shaft 13-4 extends out of the left end face of the rotary table 13-1, the right end of the vertical rotary shaft is connected with a driving shaft of the vertical rotary motor 13-3 through a vertical driving belt 13-2, the left end face of the vertical scrubbing head 13-6 is made of soft cotton fabrics, the right side of the vertical scrubbing head is of a hollow shaft sleeve structure, a vertical pressure spring 13-5 is arranged in a shaft sleeve hole, and the vertical rotary shaft 13-4 extends into the shaft sleeve hole to be flexibly connected; the right end surface of the outer part of the rotating platform 13-1 is a smooth plane; the vertical scrubbing module 13 and the connecting bar 12-6 are arranged in a swivel connection.
The vertical scrubbing module 13 and the connecting rod 12-6 are arranged to be in rotary connection with damping, the vertical scrubbing module 13 cannot mutually and automatically rotate under the action of normal gravity, and the vertical scrubbing module 13 can only mutually rotate under the action of extra torque, which is a known technology; the vertical scrubbing module 13 is driven on the same principle as the sitting scrubbing module 6.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the locking module 2 includes: the device comprises a lifting table 2-1, a lifting driving mechanism 2-2, a vacuum chuck 2-3 and a vacuum pump 2-4;
the lifting platform 2-1 is a rigid plane structure and is arranged on the lifting driving mechanism 2-2, the upper end of the lifting driving mechanism 2-2 is fixed on the inner top surface of the cavity structure of the support frame 3, and the lower end is fixed on the upper surface of the moving chassis 1; a plurality of vacuum chucks 2-3 are fixed on the lifting platform 2-1, and the gas transmission pipe of the vacuum chuck 2-3 is connected with a vacuum pump 2-4; and the vacuum pump 2-4 is fixed on the inner top surface of the cavity structure of the support frame 3.
The lifting driving mechanism 2-2 can select screw rod driving or air cylinder driving and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lifting module 7 includes: a lifting platform 7-1, a vertical guide rail 7-2 and a vertical track 7-3; the lifting modules 7 are rigid structures, are symmetrically arranged in two groups and are respectively connected to the screw rod module 5; the lifting module 7 is provided with a rigid vertical guide rail 7-2, a rigid vertical rail 7-3 is arranged on the vertical surface of the h-shaped frame body structure of the supporting frame 3, and the vertical guide rail 7-2 is in rigid sliding connection with the vertical rail 7-3.
The up-and-down movement of the lifting module 7 is a movement process with a load, the intuitive form of the load is to apply up-and-down assistance which supports a user or the process of rising and sitting, and if the assistance is born by the screw module 5 alone, the stability and the force can be insufficient, so that the vertical guide rail 7-2 is arranged on the lifting platform 7-1 and is in rigid sliding connection with the vertical track 7-3 on the support frame 3, and the load borne by the lifting module 7 is shared by the screw module 5 and the track matching mechanism. In order to further ensure the stability, the track matching mechanism can be provided with a plurality of groups.
The translation module 8, as shown in fig. 7, comprises: a translation table 8-1 and a horizontal slide rail 8-2; the translation table 8-1 is of a rigid box structure and is in rigid sliding connection with the lifting module 7 through a horizontal sliding rail 8-2.
The folding arm 9, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, comprises: a supporting arm 9-1, a pin shaft 9-2 and a tension spring 9-3; the supporting arm 9-1 is of an L-shaped rigid structure, the right end of the L shape is rotatably connected with the translation table 8-1 through a pin shaft 9-2, and the tension spring 9-3 is connected with the interior of the box body of the translation table 8-1 and the left bent end of the supporting arm 9-1.
The bracket arm 9-1 is kept upright in a normal state so as not to occupy space, and is pulled out by manual clockwise rotation when in use, and the tension spring 9-3 is pulled back by assistance when in retraction.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the fixing module 10 includes: a fixed table 10-1 and a fixed handrail 10-2; the fixed table 10-1 is a rigid plane structure, the two ends of the left part are symmetrically provided with outer shoulder structures, two groups of screw rod connecting holes are arranged on the two outer shoulder structures, and the fixed handrail 10-2 is arranged at the right end of the fixed table 10-1.
As shown in FIG. 8, two sets of folding arms 9 are respectively arranged at the protruding part of the outer shoulder of the fixed platform 10-1, so as to avoid the interference between the folding arms 9 and the fixed platform 10-1 when the folding arms are lifted.
The seat rotating shaft 6-4 drives the seat scrubbing head 6-2 to be driven by friction damping, the friction damping driving is a known technology, and when the damping force applied to the seat scrubbing head 6-2 is larger than the friction driving force, namely the contact force between the seat scrubbing head 6-2 and a body exceeds a rated value, the rotating speed is reduced until the seat scrubbing head stops.
Example one, standing state self-wash process:
as shown in fig. 1, the user stands on the right side of the bath health care device, and faces left or right, if the folding arm 9 is pulled out manually, the folding arm 9 is driven by the screw module 5 and the lifting module 7 to move up and down, so as to assist the user in supporting and supporting the user, the translation module 8 can increase the range of the left and right movement of the folding arm 9, and the user can set the height of the two folding arms 9 according to personal habits. The fixed module 10 and the support frame 3 are both rigid structures, and the installation stability of the screw rod module 5 is ensured. The working principle and the circuit control scheme of the screw module 5 are known technologies, the wiring adopts hidden threading, threading holes and a conductive slip ring mechanism are arranged in each part, and a control switch can be arranged on the folding arm 9. The object placing table 11 is used for placing bath articles, but when a user stands stably, the user can hold the fixed handrail 10-2 by hands.
Example two, sitting bath assistance procedure:
the user needs an external auxiliary scrubbing process, as shown in the lower part of fig. 3, the folding chair 4 is pulled out to the right for sitting on the folding chair back 4-1, the back of the human body is close to a vertical surface, the back contacts the seat scrubbing head 6-2 to realize scrubbing assistance, and the flexible connection and the damping connection of the seat scrubbing head 6-2 ensure that the back is not damaged firmly.
The user does not need an external auxiliary scrubbing process, and as shown in the lower part of fig. 4, the back 4-1 of the folding chair 4 is opened to separate the back and the seat of the user for scrubbing the head 6-2, so that the user can safely carry out sitting type self-bathing. The partition structure of the seat back 4-1 is provided because the seat scrub heads 6-2 may be uncomfortable to touch the user even in the rotation stationary state.
Example three, the lift module 12 and the vertical scrub module 13 assist the process:
if the user is used to assist in scrubbing in a standing state, the folding chair 4 is in a withdrawing state as shown in fig. 1, as shown in the upper part of fig. 3, the user rotates the rotating rod 12-2 clockwise along the fixed shaft 12-1, the left end of the positioning rod 12-3 moves downwards in the positioning slide rail 12-5, the positioning rod 12-3 stably supports the rotating rod 12-2, and the positioning slide rail 12-5 can control the fixed height of the left end of the positioning rod 12-3, so that the height control of the vertical scrubbing module 13 is realized to adapt to users with different heights; with the upright scrubbing module 13 on the right side of the user and with the upright scrubbing heads 13-6 facing inward, auxiliary scrubbing of the user's standing position is achieved, as shown in the upper portion of fig. 3.
By rotating the rotating platform 13-1 by a certain angle and correspondingly adjusting the positioning height of the positioning rod 12-3 in the positioning slide rail 12-5, the functions of a vertical posture backrest and auxiliary leg scrubbing or head supporting in a sitting posture can be realized when the smooth plane of the rotating platform 13-1 faces a user.
The sitting type scrubbing module 6 and the vertical type scrubbing module 13 can be conveniently replaced by massage health care modules.
In a fourth embodiment, the implementation process of the stabilization function of the apparatus is as follows:
this device sets up motion chassis 1 and universal wheel structure, can make things convenient for the flexible setting in suitable position, but need remain stable still in order to guarantee safety at the during operation. The circuit wiring of each part of the invention adopts hidden threading and is provided with a necessary battery, which is a known technology.
The advantages are that: the multifunctional bath assistant is exquisite in structure, capable of being flexibly arranged, safe and stable in working process, novel in whole function, diverse in bath auxiliary function and capable of really playing the role of a puerpera bath health assistant.
