A chlorine-containing disinfectant with high thermal stability comprises the following raw materials by mass concentration: 180-200g/l of sodium hypochlorite, 3-7g/l of stabilizer, 2-4g/l of chelating agent and 2-5g/l of surfactant;
the stabilizer is one of potassium chlorate, sodium phosphate, sodium silicate and potassium bromide;
the chelating agent is at least one of alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and prenol polyoxyethylene ether;
the surfactant is one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate sodium salt, lauryl alcohol sulfate sodium salt and dodecyl amphoteric betaine.
The chlorine-containing disinfectant with high thermal stability contains the stabilizer, the chelating agent and the surfactant, the stabilizer can effectively reduce the thermal decomposition efficiency of sodium hypochlorite in a solution, and the chelating agent, molecules of the surfactant and sodium hypochlorite molecules are subjected to complexation, so that the solubility of the sodium hypochlorite in water can be improved, the thermal stability of the sodium hypochlorite is further improved, the thermal decomposition efficiency of the sodium hypochlorite is reduced, and the shelf life is longer.
Preferably, the sodium hypochlorite solution has an available chlorine content of 1.65g/l.
The sodium hypochlorite solution with the effective chlorine content of 1.65g/l is detected by a committee testing mechanism to meet the sterilization requirement of the standard GB/T _36758-2018 chlorine-containing disinfectant sanitation requirement, and compared with the sodium hypochlorite contained in the chlorine-containing disinfectant with higher concentration, the decomposition speed of the sodium hypochlorite is lower, and the thermal stability is better.
Preferably, the pH value of the chlorine-containing disinfection solution is 11.5-12.5.
The pH value is set to be between 11.5 and 12.5, so that the thermal decomposition of the sodium hypochlorite is relatively mild, and the thermal stability of the sodium hypochlorite contained in the chlorine-containing disinfection solution is favorably improved.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 190g/l of sodium hypochlorite, 3-5g/l of potassium bromide, 3-4g/l of alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 2-3g/l of sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, wherein the pH value of the chlorine-containing disinfectant is 12-12.5; the effective chlorine content of the chlorine-containing disinfection solution during 1 year of storage is 1.4-1.65%.
The heat stability of the chlorine-containing disinfection solution has better performance, and the reduction rate of the available chlorine of the chlorine-containing disinfection solution in one year of storage is not more than 15%.

The production process is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.
Preferably, in step S1), the temperature of the sodium hypochlorite solution is not higher than 30 ℃.
If the temperature of the sodium hypochlorite solution is higher than 30 ℃, the sodium hypochlorite solution generates heat when being added, so that the temperature of the sodium hypochlorite solution is easily increased to exceed 40 ℃, the thermal decomposition of the sodium hypochlorite is increased, and the unsafe phenomenon that the sodium hydroxide solution splashes is easily generated.
