一种波纹管轨道球阀,包括阀杆、阀盖、阀座、球体,阀杆与阀盖间设有波纹管,波纹管的外侧设有阀盖螺母,阀盖螺母与阀盖间通过螺纹副配合,阀杆的下部设有与波纹管焊接的定位台肩,阀盖上设有导向销,阀杆上设有与导向销相互配合的导轨槽,导轨槽为直线形,球体的上部设有90°螺旋槽孔,阀杆的下端设有与90°螺旋槽孔相互配合的90°螺旋导轨,90°螺旋导轨中轴线与阀杆轴线设有偏心量,球体的上端面设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内嵌有止推轴环。发明的有益效果是,简单、有效的运动方式克服了通用球阀的诸多缺点,做到了开关过程无摩擦、关断零泄露,这使得球体与阀座之间开关无摩擦,减小了阀门启闭力矩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,具体是一种波纹管轨道球阀。
背景技术
轨道球阀因其出色的密封性能而广泛应用于异构化装置。普通的轨道球阀阀杆与外界只采用填料进行密封,在工作环境恶劣的异构化装置中当阀门多次开关后存在因填料磨损失效而导致介质外漏的风险。同时,普通轨道球阀是通过在阀杆上开设的S形螺旋导轨槽与支架上导向销相配合而实现阀杆的提升及旋转的,这对阀杆上的S形螺旋导轨槽提出了较高的要求,不仅要克服阀杆扭矩轴向力,同时还要实现阀杆的提升功能,在阀门开关多次后,S形螺旋导轨轨角处容易被导向销挤压变形导致阀门手轮力矩传递至球体后,球体与阀座密封面关不严密,存在介质内漏的可能性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术不足,本发明提供一种波纹管轨道球阀。
本发明的技术方案是,一种波纹管轨道球阀,包括阀杆、阀盖、阀座、球体,阀杆与阀盖间设有波纹管,波纹管的外侧设有阀盖螺母,阀盖螺母与阀盖间通过螺纹副配合,阀杆的下部设有与波纹管焊接的定位台肩,阀盖上设有导向销,阀杆上设有与导向销相互配合的导轨槽,导轨槽为直线形,球体的上部设有90°螺旋槽孔,阀杆的下端设有与90°螺旋槽孔相互配合的90°螺旋导轨, 90°螺旋导轨中轴线与阀杆轴线设有偏心量,球体的上端面设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内嵌有止推轴环。
优选地,球体的密封面堆焊STL合金。
优选地,堆焊的STL合金的厚度为3mm。
优选地,导向销的材质为合金钢。
优选地,导向销、阀杆的表面均硬化处理。
优选地,止推轴环与球体点焊连接。
本发明的有益效果是,波纹管的应用,增加了一道密封,使阀门的密封更可靠;阀盖螺母的设计保证了波纹管的可拆卸性,便于易损件垫片更换;阀杆中部直线形导轨槽的设计,使阀杆在导轨槽处只做直线运动,不在导轨槽处发生旋转功能,使得阀杆导轨槽更加持久耐用,延长了阀杆使用寿命;球体上部90°螺旋槽孔与阀杆头部90°螺旋导轨的设计,能够使阀门在启闭过程时球体产生微量摆动,当球体脱开阀座后再发生旋转功能,减小了球体与阀座之间的摩擦作用,降低了阀门启闭力矩。

具体实施方式
如图所示, 一种波纹管轨道球阀,包括阀杆2、阀盖7、阀座11、球体12,阀杆2与阀盖7间设有波纹管6,波纹管6的外侧设有阀盖螺母8,阀盖螺母8与阀盖7间通过螺纹副配合,阀盖螺母8的设计保证了波纹管6的可拆卸性,便于易损件垫片更换。阀杆2的下部设有与波纹管6焊接的定位台肩9,多一道波纹管密封,可有效阻止介质从阀杆处发生外漏。
阀盖7上设有导向销3,阀杆2上设有与导向销3相互配合的导轨槽4,导轨槽4为直线形,使阀杆2只沿导轨槽进行升降运动,不在导轨槽4处产生旋转运动,直线形导轨槽4的设计延长了阀杆2使用寿命。
导向销3的材质为合金钢,导向销3、阀杆2的表面均进行硬化处理,球体12的上部设有90°螺旋槽孔14,阀杆的下端设有与90°螺旋槽孔14相互配合的90°螺旋导轨, 90°螺旋导轨中轴线与阀杆2轴线设有偏心量X,球体12的上端面设有环形凹槽13,环形凹槽13内嵌有止推轴环10,止推轴环10与球体12点焊连接,当球体12随着阀杆2上升时,止推轴环10上端面与阀盖7下端面相抵接,阻止球体12继续上升,使其只沿90°螺旋导轨做旋转运动,进而实现阀门的开启过程。球体12的密封面15上堆焊厚度为3mm STL合金。
结构原理:当通过把手1将阀杆下降时,球体12在阀杆2的90°螺旋导轨的作用下转动90°到达关闭位置;当把手1将阀杆提升时,球体12在阀杆2的90°螺旋导轨中轴线与阀杆轴线设有偏心量X的作用下,将向远离密封面的一侧摆动一定的位移,使球体12的密封面15脱离阀座11的密封面,当球体12随着阀杆2上升时,止推轴环10上端面与阀盖7下端面相抵接,阻止球体12继续上升,使其只沿90°螺旋导轨做旋转运动,进而实现阀门的开启过程。
综上,与普通球阀相比较,本结构通过在球体12的上部设有90°螺旋槽孔14,阀杆的下端设有与90°螺旋槽孔14相互配合的90°螺旋导轨,90°螺旋导轨中轴线与阀杆2轴线设有偏心量X,使得阀门具备了机械楔紧式的关闭特性,当阀杆下降时球体密封面与阀座密封面紧密地挤压在一起,简单、有效的运动方式,克服了通用球阀的诸多缺点,做到了开关过程无摩擦、关断零泄露,这使得球体与阀座之间开关无摩擦,减小了阀门启闭力矩。

1.一种波纹管轨道球阀,包括阀杆、阀盖、阀座、球体,其特征在于,所述阀杆与阀盖间设有波纹管,所述波纹管的外侧设有阀盖螺母,所述阀盖螺母与阀盖间通过螺纹副配合,所述阀杆的下部设有与波纹管焊接的定位台肩,所述阀盖上设有导向销,阀杆上设有与导向销相互配合的导轨槽,所述导轨槽为直线形,所述球体的上部设有90°螺旋槽孔,阀杆的下端设有与90°螺旋槽孔相互配合的90°螺旋导轨,所述90°螺旋导轨中轴线与阀杆轴线设有偏心量,所述球体的上端面设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内嵌有止推轴环。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种波纹管轨道球阀,其特征在于,所述球体的密封面堆焊STL合金。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种波纹管轨道球阀,其特征在于,所述堆焊的STL合金的厚度为3mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种波纹管轨道球阀,其特征在于,所述导向销的材质为合金钢。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种波纹管轨道球阀,其特征在于,所述导向销、阀杆的表面均硬化处理。
