技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法。
背景技术
汽车配件是构成汽车整体的各个单元及服务于汽车的一种产品。汽车配件的种类繁多,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对汽车的消费也越来越多,汽车配件的这个市场变得也越来越大。近些年来汽车配件制造厂也在飞速地发展。其中汽车配件内大多数为金属合金铸件,金属合金压铸件具有质量轻、机械强度好、导电导热性好、压铸性等特点。
汽车铸件表面处理的主要目的是提高其防腐蚀性能,还可以改善其导热、耐磨或光学性能等。但是现有的常规表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:打磨→除油→水洗→除锈→水洗→磷化→水洗→干燥,不仅工艺上较为繁琐,尤其是在除油和除锈的工艺中,往往采用大量溶液浸蚀的方式,不仅处理成本高,而且效率较低,还容易由于后续大量溶液处理困难而造成环境污染。传统的处理工艺效果较差,存在覆漆之后漆面不稳定、易起皮和发生色泽变化,从而导致汽车铸件的表面处理质量较低,不利于生产。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少克服上述现有技术的缺点与不足其中之一,提供一种效果好、效率高的汽车铸件的表面处理方法。本发明目的基于以下技术方案实现:
一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于表面活性剂溶液中超声处理;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂进行处理,所述表面处理剂包括磷酸、咪唑类离子液体、甲叉型膦酸盐、有机酸盐、乙醇或异丙醇、水;
S4、对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,干燥。
本发明首先通过表面活性剂和超声处理为金属提供较好的浸润性,对汽车铸件表面进行处理,为表面处理剂提供更多的活性位点。表面处理剂中的磷酸对金属材料具有一定的溶解性能,从而满足一定的去锈要求,并且磷酸可以在被处理表面形成磷化层提供防腐蚀效果。咪唑类离子液体含有的N、O等杂原子与金属配位形成稳定的共轭络合物,在金属表面形成吸附膜以防止金属被腐蚀。咪唑类缓蚀剂虽然应用较广泛,但是其缓蚀性能一般不高,而且作为有机缓蚀剂,具有一般有机缓蚀剂所共有的缺陷。而咪唑类离子液体是不同于一般咪唑类有机物的新型材料,其具有无毒无污染、稳定性好、几乎零蒸汽压、不易燃易爆等特点,不仅能提高咪唑类缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率,同时还满足绿色环保的要求,因此非常适用于金属的腐蚀防护。甲叉型膦酸盐,氮原子和膦酸基团含有的N、O、P等杂原子与金属配位形成稳定的共轭络合物,起到较好的缓蚀作用;当它们与金属作用时,会在金属表面形成一层吸附层,这层吸附层可以阻止酸性物质侵入。有机酸盐对金属及其离子起到螯合作用,通过在金属表面形成吸附层,从而起到抑制金属腐蚀的作用。使用乙醇或异丙醇作为表面处理剂的溶剂,一方面可以提高表面处理剂的溶解度和表面处理剂的稳定性,保持除锈防腐的效果,一方面有助于去除表面油脂,通过醇类物质的挥发为磷化膜和吸附膜形成提供较好条件,另一方面还可以加速处理后金属铸件表面的干燥速度,缩短处理时间。表面处理剂中的各成分协同作用,提高了表面处理效果;本发明省去了脱脂、除锈工序,可以直接采用表面处理剂处理,大大简化了铸件的表面处理工艺,处理时间短,铸件外观良好,表面膜层与涂装结合力良好,有利于铸件表面的后续处理。
优选地,步骤S2中所述表面活性剂溶液中的表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵(1631)、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)、阳离子瓜尔胶、烷基醇酰胺(FFA)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)中的一种或多种,溶剂包括乙醇和/或异丙醇。
优选地,步骤S2中所述超声处理的条件为功率200~300W,时间15~45min。
优选地,步骤S3中所述有机酸盐包括柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、酒石酸钠、水杨酸钠、苯甲酸钠、丁二酸钠、乳酸钠、醋酸钠、草酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤S3中所述咪唑类离子液体包括[Omim]PF6、[Omim]BF4、[Omim]HSO4、[Omim]H2PO4、[Omim]TFSI、[Omim]Tf2N、[Omim]CF3SO3、[Hmim]PF6、[Hmim]BF4、[Hmim]HSO4、[Hmim]H2PO4、[Hmim]TFSI、[Hmim]Tf2N、[Hmim]CF3SO3、[Bmim]PF6、[Bmim]BF4、[Bmim]HSO4、[Bmim]H2PO4、[Bmim]TFSI、[Bmim]Tf2N、[Bmim]CF3SO3中的一种或多种。其吸附过程是一个自发的放热过程,且缓蚀效率随咪唑环上N(3)原子相连的烷基碳链长度的增大而增大,因此,本发明所选用的烷基碳链长度较长。
优选地,步骤S3中所述甲叉型膦酸盐包括氨基三甲叉膦酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸钠、三乙烯四胺六甲叉膦酸钠、咪唑啉二甲叉膦酸钠、哌嗪二甲叉膦酸钠、胺乙基哌嗪三甲叉膦酸钠、甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠、羟甲基甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠、谷氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠、甲酰氨基一甲叉膦酸钠、乙酰氨基一甲叉膦酸钠或脲基四甲叉膦酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤S3中所述表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸5~25份、咪唑类离子液体2~10份、甲叉型膦酸盐2~10份、有机酸盐0.1~5份、乙醇或异丙醇20~80份、水10~50份。
优选地,步骤S3中所述使用表面处理剂进行处理具体包括喷涂和/或浸渍。本发明可以直接采用喷涂或浸质工艺处理,大大简化了铸件的表面处理工艺。
优选地还包括步骤S5:对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,以进一步提高铸件的表面防腐性能,即在所述汽车铸件表面喷涂一层PPS涂层,然后在300~400℃烘烤。
优选地,所述PPS涂层的厚度为50~100μm。
本发明可至少取得如下有益效果其中之一:
本发明首先通过表面活性剂和超声处理为金属提供较好的浸润性,对汽车铸件表面进行处理,为表面处理剂提供更多的活性位点;然后通过表面活性剂中的磷酸除锈且在表面形成磷化层,咪唑类离子液体、甲叉型膦酸盐、有机酸盐分别与铸件作用在金属表面形成不同的吸附膜以防止铸件被腐蚀,乙醇或异丙醇作为溶剂保持除锈防腐的效果、为磷化膜和各吸附膜形成提供较好条件、还可以加速铸件的干燥速度。表面处理剂中的各成分协同作用,提高了表面处理效果;本发明省去了脱脂、除锈工序,可以直接采用表面处理剂处理,大大简化了铸件的表面处理工艺,处理时间短,铸件外观良好,表面膜层与涂装结合力良好,有利于铸件表面的后续处理。经本发明方法表面处理后的汽车铸件可存放420h以上,表面质量高,性能优良。本发明方法所使用的试剂更绿色环保,可重复多次使用,大大降低了环境污染。

以下实施例中所用的化学试剂及设备均为市售。
实施例1
一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用高压水喷射到汽车铸件表面,去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于浓度为10wt%的表面活性剂溶液中超声处理,其中表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,溶剂为乙醇;超声处理的功率200W,时间45min;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂直接采用喷涂工艺处理,其中,表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸25份、[Omim]PF6离子液体2份、氨基三甲叉膦酸钠2份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、乙醇80份、水10份;
S4、用乙醇对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,然后晾干;
S5、对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,在汽车铸件表面喷涂一层厚度为50μm的PPS涂层,然后在300℃烘烤。
实施例2
一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用高压水喷射到汽车铸件表面,去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于浓度为15wt%的表面活性剂溶液中超声处理,其中表面活性剂包括十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(质量比2:1),溶剂为异丙醇;超声处理的条件为功率300W,时间15min;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂直接采用浸质工艺处理,其中表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸5份、[Bmim]BF4离子液体3份、[Bmim]HSO4离子液体3份、[Bmim]Tf2N离子液体3份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠4份、乙酰氨基一甲叉膦酸钠3份、脲基四甲叉膦酸钠3份、葡萄糖酸钠0.25份、酒石酸钠0.25份、异丙醇20份、水50份;
S4、用去离子水对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,然后吹干;
S5、对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,在汽车铸件表面喷涂一层厚度为100μm的PPS涂层,然后在400℃烘烤。
实施例3
一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用高压水喷射到汽车铸件表面,去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于浓度为18wt%的表面活性剂溶液中超声处理,其中表面活性剂包括α-烯基磺酸钠、阳离子瓜尔胶、烷基醇酰胺(质量比1:1:1),溶剂为乙醇;超声处理的条件为功率250W,时间30min;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂直接采用喷涂工艺处理,所述表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸15份、[Omim]CF3SO3离子液体2.5份、[Hmim]Tf2N离子液体2.5份、三乙烯四胺六甲叉膦酸钠3份、咪唑啉二甲叉膦酸钠3份、水杨酸钠1份、苯甲酸钠1.5份、异丙醇50份、水30份;
S4、用乙醇水溶液对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,然后在80~85℃烘干;
S5、对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,在汽车铸件表面喷涂一层厚度为75μm的PPS涂层,然后在350℃烘烤。
实施例4
一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用高压水喷射到汽车铸件表面,去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于浓度为20wt%的表面活性剂溶液中超声处理,其中表面活性剂包括烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(质量比1:1),溶剂包括乙醇和异丙醇(质量比1:1);超声处理的条件为功率280W,时间20min;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂直接采用浸质工艺处理,其中表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸10份、[Omim]HSO4离子液体1.5份、[Bmim]HSO4离子液体2份、谷氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠5份、甲酰氨基一甲叉膦酸钠3份、丁二酸钠1份、醋酸钠1份、草酸钠1.5份、异丙醇40份、水40份;
S4、用乙醇水溶液对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,吹干;
S5、对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,在汽车铸件表面喷涂一层厚度为60μm的PPS涂层,然后在330℃烘烤。
实施例5
一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用高压水喷射到汽车铸件表面,去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于浓度为15wt%的表面活性剂溶液中超声处理,其中表面活性剂包括脂肪十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(质量比2:1),溶剂包括乙醇和异丙醇(质量比1:1);超声处理的条件为功率200~300W,时间15~45min;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂直接采用喷涂工艺处理,其中表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸18份、[Omim]HSO4离子液体3.5份、[Omim]CF3SO3离子液体3.5份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸钠2.5份、甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠2.5份、柠檬酸钠1份、乳酸钠1份、乙醇60份、水25份;
S4、用乙醇水溶液对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,然后在80~85℃烘干;
S5、对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,在汽车铸件表面喷涂一层厚度为80μm的PPS涂层,然后在350℃烘烤。

对实施例1~5和对比例1~3处理好的汽车铸件样本,按照GB 11376-97、GB 6807-86和GB1720-89(79)检测处理后样本的除锈性能(硫酸铜滴定)、防腐蚀性能、涂装附着力、室内存放期。结果列于表1。

由表1数据可知:与对比例1~3相比,发现咪唑类离子液体比咪唑的缓蚀防腐性能高得多,甲叉型膦酸盐和预先使用表面活性剂超声处理能大幅提高汽车铸件的各项表面性能。本发明对汽车铸件表面处理后,除锈效果好,还可以在被处理表面形成防腐膜层,且该膜层涂装结合力好,处理后的汽车铸件可存放420h以上,性能优良。

Claims (10)
1.一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、去除汽车铸件表面附着的污垢;
S2、将汽车铸件置于表面活性剂溶液中超声处理;
S3、将经超声处理后的汽车铸件使用表面处理剂进行处理,所述表面处理剂包括磷酸、咪唑类离子液体、甲叉型膦酸盐、有机酸盐、乙醇或异丙醇、水;
S4、对表面处理后的汽车铸件进行清洗,干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述表面活性剂溶液中的表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、阳离子瓜尔胶、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种,溶剂包括乙醇和/或异丙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述超声处理的条件为功率200~300W,时间15~45min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述有机酸盐包括柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、酒石酸钠、水杨酸钠、苯甲酸钠、丁二酸钠、乳酸钠、醋酸钠、草酸钠中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述咪唑类离子液体包括[Omim]PF6、[Omim]BF4、[Omim]HSO4、[Omim]H2PO4、[Omim]TFSI、[Omim]Tf2N、[Omim]CF3SO3、[Hmim]PF6、[Hmim]BF4、[Hmim]HSO4、[Hmim]H2PO4、[Hmim]TFSI、[Hmim]Tf2N、[Hmim]CF3SO3、[Bmim]PF6、[Bmim]BF4、[Bmim]HSO4、[Bmim]H2PO4、[Bmim]TFSI、[Bmim]Tf2N、[Bmim]CF3SO3中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述甲叉型膦酸盐包括氨基三甲叉膦酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸钠、三乙烯四胺六甲叉膦酸钠、咪唑啉二甲叉膦酸钠、哌嗪二甲叉膦酸钠、胺乙基哌嗪三甲叉膦酸钠、甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠、羟甲基甘氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠、谷氨酸二甲叉膦酸钠、甲酰氨基一甲叉膦酸钠、乙酰氨基一甲叉膦酸钠或脲基四甲叉膦酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述表面处理剂按重量份包括磷酸5~25份、咪唑类离子液体2~10份、甲叉型膦酸盐2~10份、有机酸盐0.1~5份、乙醇或异丙醇20~80份、水10~50份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述使用表面处理剂进行处理具体包括喷涂和/或浸渍。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤S5:对干燥后的汽车铸件静电涂装处理,在所述汽车铸件表面喷涂一层PPS涂层,然后在300~400℃烘烤。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种汽车铸件的表面处理方法,其特征在于,所述PPS涂层的厚度为50~100μm。
