本发明涉及高分子技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料及其制备方法。所述点焊密发泡密封条,以质量分数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备得到:顺丁橡胶22~25%;丁苯橡胶10~14%;丁基橡胶5~7%;聚异丁烯15~20%;操作油20~23%;铝粉18~20%;N,N'‑二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1~1.5%;氧化锌0.5~0.75%;硬脂酸锌0.5~0.75%,所述各组分的用量之和为100%;所述顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯、操作油、铝粉、N,N'‑二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、氧化锌和硬脂酸锌均为市售常见原材料和助剂。各组分协同作用,最终制得的点焊密封条具有较优的隔音性能。

本发明属于密封胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,乘用车越来越多的走进了千家万户,同时人们对乘用车的舒适性也提出了越来越高的要求,车内噪音控制高低便是舒适性与否的指标之一。车身内部有很多的缝隙和空腔如果不进行封闭,胎噪和风噪会通过这些路径进入车内,导致车内噪音急剧升高,如果用密实的焊点进行封闭,会导致成本上升,效率下降。但是如果用密封条再辅助少量焊点进行封闭,效果就很好。密封条会封闭各个死角,阻挡噪音的通道,适当数量的焊点又保证了结构强度,节约成本的同时也提高了效率。
CN104479603A中提到一种车身点焊密封胶,使用前预先涂布在钢板的搭接部位,点焊后可以填实缝隙。但是遇到空腔厚薄不均匀或者空腔形状复杂的情况时,很容易密封不实,造成乘用车内噪音急剧升高。所以,此种密封胶对使用的部位有严格的限制,对车身零件的尺寸,装配工艺水平都有很高的要求,限制了自身的应用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶材料及其制备方法和应用,该密封胶材料能够发泡,能用以密封厚薄不均匀或者空腔形状复杂的钢板搭接部位。
本发明提供了一种用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料,以质量分数计,包括以下原料:
顺丁橡胶20~25%、丁苯橡胶10~14%、丁基橡胶5~7%、聚异丁烯15~20%、操作油20~23%、铝粉18~20%、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1~1.5%、氧化锌0.5~0.75%、硬脂酸锌0.5~0.75%。
在本发明中,所述操作油的主要成分为烃类。
在本发明中,所述铝粉的粒度为580~620目,更优选为600目。
在本发明实施例中,所述顺丁橡胶选自型号BR9000的顺丁橡胶;
所述丁苯橡胶选自型号1010的丁苯橡胶;
所述丁基橡胶选自型号268的丁基橡胶。
在本发明中,所述聚异丁烯为透明半固态;优选自型号1400的聚异丁烯。
在本发明中,所述密封胶条材料包括以下原料:

本发明提供了一种上述技术方案所述用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将顺丁橡胶20~25%、丁苯橡胶10~14%、丁基橡胶5~7%、聚异丁烯15~20%、操作油20~23%、铝粉18~20%、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1~1.5%、氧化锌0.5~0.75%、硬脂酸锌0.5~0.75%混合,70℃~80℃下密炼2.5~3.5h,得到的半成品熟化,挤出,得到用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料。
在本发明中,所述熟化的温度为23~25℃,熟化的时间为22~26h,熟化的湿度为45~55%。
在本发明中,所述挤出的温度为70~80℃。
本发明提供了一种上述技术方案所述点焊发泡密封胶条材料或上述技术方案所述制备方法制备的点焊发泡密封胶条材料在厚薄不均匀或空腔形状复杂的钢板搭接部位上的应用。
本发明提供了一种用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料,以质量分数计,包括以下原料:顺丁橡胶20~25%、丁苯橡胶10~14%、丁基橡胶5~7%、聚异丁烯15~20%、操作油20~23%、铝粉18~20%、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1~1.5%、氧化锌0.5~0.75%、硬脂酸锌0.5~0.75%。本发明提供的密封胶条材料按所需裁剪后依靠自身的初始粘结力粘附在钢板上,随后在焊接的烤漆工序中能够发泡,能用以密封厚薄不均匀或者空腔形状复杂的钢板搭接部位。该材料能发泡,更容易吸收噪音,所以隔音效果更好。

为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料及其制备方法和应用进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1~3
按照表1中所述原料种类和用量进行称量,备用;
将顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯、操作油、铝粉、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌混合,70℃~80℃下密炼3h,得到的半成品在温度23℃-25℃,湿度50%的环境中熟化24h,在70~80℃下挤出,得到用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料。

与实施例2相比,未采用N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺。
对比例2
与实施例2相比,将N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺替换为偶氮二甲酰胺。

本发明将用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料在180℃下发泡15min,发泡倍率的测定:采用排水发测定样块发泡前和发泡后的体积,经计算得出发泡倍率。
隔音量的测定:将实施例1~3和对比例1~3制备的密封胶条材料分别制成直径100mm,厚度为10mm的圆片,用驻波管法测定隔音量。

6.一种权利要求1~5任一项所述用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将顺丁橡胶20~25%、丁苯橡胶10~14%、丁基橡胶5~7%、聚异丁烯15~20%、操作油20~23%、铝粉18~20%、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺1~1.5%、氧化锌0.5~0.75%、硬脂酸锌0.5~0.75%混合,70℃~80℃下密炼2.5~3.5h,得到的半成品熟化,挤出,得到用于乘用车的点焊发泡密封胶条材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熟化的温度为23~25℃,熟化的时间为22~26h,熟化的湿度为45~55%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述挤出的温度为70~80℃。
9.一种权利要求1~5任一项所述点焊发泡密封胶条材料或权利要求6~8任一项所述制备方法制备的点焊发泡密封胶条材料在厚薄不均匀或空腔形状复杂的钢板搭接部位上的应用。
