The working principle of the automatic line disassembly of the intelligent electric energy meter provided by the invention is as follows: manually adjusting an adjusting hand wheel 23, clamping the electricity meter by the left and right centering rollers 24 and 54, coinciding with the center of the front conveying device 1, removing the falling of the blocking cylinder 4 to limit the electricity meter, scanning a bar code on the electricity meter by the vision sensor 3 to distinguish, removing the rising of the blocking cylinder 4, and transiting the electricity meter to the disassembling and conveying device 41 by the unidirectional rotating roller 29; if the visual sensor 3 can not identify the electric meter, the removing and blocking cylinder 27 falls to block the electric meter, the removing and lifting air claw 5 falls to grab the electric meter, the electric meter is moved to an unidentified electric meter collecting station through the rodless cylinder 6, the electric meter slides into the collecting box 51 through the removing and transition plate device 21, and the removing and blocking cylinder 4 rises simultaneously. If the visual sensor 3 can identify the electric meter, the blocking cylinder 27 is removed and does not act, the screw-detaching blocking cylinder 31 falls down, the electric meter directly moves to the screw detaching device, and the screw-detaching lateral positioning cylinder 30 stretches out after the electric meter is in place to perform lateral positioning. And the screw three-axis robot 7 automatically adjusts the three-axis position according to the electric meter specification identified by the vision sensor 3 to remove the screw. After the completion, the screw-detaching lateral positioning cylinder 30 returns, the screw-detaching blocking cylinder 31 rises, the upper end cover removing blocking cylinder 33 falls, and the conveying belt 37 conveys the electric meter to the upper end cover removing working position. After the electric meter is in place, the upper end cover is removed, the lateral positioning cylinder 32 extends out, and the electric meter is fixed. The system carries out corresponding removal work according to the information identified by the vision sensor 3, if the electric meter needs to dismantle the front end cover, the front end cover removes the falling of the lifting air claw 9 and clamps the front end cover, the electric meter moves to an upper end cover collecting station through the rodless cylinder 8, the upper end cover collecting station corresponds to the upper cover collecting box 50, and the electric meter slides into the collecting box 50 by removing the transition plate device 21. Ammeter front end housing is special for the three-phase ammeter, and equipment can switch when needing to dismantle the three-phase ammeter and dismantle the three-phase ammeter mode, and in addition, front end vision sensor passes through the figure contrast and also can judge the ammeter model and transmit program command.
If the electric meter does not need to remove the front end cover, the front end cover removing lifting air claw 9 and the rodless cylinder 8 do not act, the upper end cover removing air claw 10 falls down and clamps the upper end cover, and after rising, the upper end cover removing air claw moves to an upper end cover collecting station through the rodless cylinder 11 and slides into the collecting box 50 through the transition plate removing device 21. At the same time, the upper end cover removing lateral positioning cylinder 32 returns, the upper end cover removing blocking cylinder 33 ascends, the punching grabbing pneumatic claw 14 falls, and the residual electric meter parts are conveyed to the circuit board punching working position through the conveying belt 37. After the ammeter is in place, the electric meter is clamped by the punching grabbing pneumatic claw 14, the electric meter is moved to a punching platform through the rodless cylinder 35, after the ammeter is in place, the punching grabbing pneumatic claw 14 falls without loosening the ammeter, the protective cover 34 falls, the drill floor lifting cylinder 12 falls to drive the drill floor 13 to fall, meanwhile, the drill bit of the drill floor 13 rotates to damage the circuit board, meanwhile, the dust collector 47 works, and powder and particles generated in the process of damaging the circuit board are collected through the collecting pipeline 48. After the completion, the drill floor lifting cylinder 12 ascends, the protective cover 34 ascends, the punching grabbing pneumatic claw 14 ascends, the electric meter is conveyed back to the disassembling and conveying device 41 through the rodless cylinder 35, the punching grabbing pneumatic claw 14 descends and ascends after loosening the electric meter, the circuit board screw disassembling and blocking cylinder 31 descends, and the conveying belt 37 conveys the electric meter to the circuit board screw disassembling work position. After the electric meter is in place, the screw is removed, and the lateral positioning cylinder 36 extends out to perform lateral positioning. And the screw-dismounting three-axis robot 7 automatically adjusts the three-axis position according to the electric meter specification identified by the vision sensor 3 to dismount the circuit board screw. After the completion, the screw dismounting side positioning cylinder 36 returns, the screw dismounting blocking cylinder 31 rises, the circuit board removing blocking cylinder 40 falls, and the conveying belt 37 conveys the ammeter to a circuit board removing working position. After the ammeter is in place, the circuit board removing lateral positioning cylinder 42 extends out to fix the ammeter, the circuit board removing expansion air claw 15 falls and expands to remove the clamping force of the circuit board, the circuit board removing lifting cylinder 17 falls, the circuit board grabbing air claw 39 clamps the circuit board, the circuit board removing lifting cylinder 17 rises, meanwhile, the circuit board grabbing air claw 39 and the linear bearing 19 can float back and forth on the linear optical axis 38 to prevent the circuit board from being damaged in the process of getting out the circuit board, the circuit board grabbing air claw 39 returns to the middle position under the action of the spring 16 after taking out the circuit board, the circuit board grabbing air claw 39 moves to a circuit board collecting station through the rodless cylinder 18, the circuit board removing lateral positioning cylinder 42 returns, the circuit board removing blocking cylinder 40 rises, the lower shell of the residual ammeter continues to be conveyed forwards, the residual ammeter continues to slide into the lower shell collecting box 44 through the removing transition plate device 21, and finishing the disassembling work of the whole ammeter.
The front material conveying device adopts the visual sensor to identify the electric meter and automatically adopts corresponding disassembly actions; the centering roller wheel adopts a hand wheel adjusting mode, can adapt to electric meters with different sizes, and has increased universality; the transition roller between the front material conveying device and the dismounting material conveying device adopts a unidirectional rotating roller to convey, so that the positioning precision of the ammeter in the conveying process is ensured; the screws are automatically disassembled and stored, so that the labor amount of workers is reduced, and the automation degree is improved; different types of components can be classified and stored, and storage and subsequent cyclic utilization of the components are facilitated; the circuit board removing air claw and the upper end cover removing air claw adopt a floating mode; the sliding device can slide along the guide rail and the optical axis direction, and is reset by a spring, so that the disassembly reliability is improved; the circuit board with the relevant information is automatically damaged, so that the data safety is ensured; when the circuit board is damaged, a dust collecting device is added, the protective cover can isolate powder and particles from outside air, and meanwhile, the dust collector is used for recovering dust and particles to prevent secondary pollution; the transition plate removing device is arranged to buffer the stored disassembled parts in the collecting box, so that impact is reduced, the disassembling gas claws are clamped by the pressure reducing valve, damage to the ammeter in the disassembling process is prevented, and the adjustment is convenient and reliable; the periphery is isolated by adopting aluminum profiles and safety protection nets, so that the safety of operators is ensured. The ammeter can be quickly disassembled by using the production line, so that manual operation is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.

the disassembly material conveying and feeding device is used for disassembling a front end cover and/or an upper end cover of the electric meter;
the circuit board perforating device is used for destroying the circuit board in the electric meter with the end cover removed.
2. The automatic intelligent electric energy meter disassembling line according to claim 1, wherein the front feeding device comprises:
the conveying roller is rotatably arranged on the conveying frame;
the conveying motor is connected with the conveying roller through a chain;
the blocking cylinder is arranged on the transmission frame, is positioned above the conveying roller and is used for blocking the power failure meter;
and the visual sensor is arranged on the transmission frame and positioned above the conveying roller and used for identifying and classifying the stopped electric meters.
3. The intelligent electric energy meter automatic disassembling line according to claim 2, wherein the front feeding device further comprises:
the left centering roller wheel and the right centering roller wheel are positioned on the conveying roller and are not in contact with the conveying roller;
the two nuts are respectively connected with the left centering roller and the right centering roller;
and the adjusting hand wheel is connected with the two nuts through a lead screw.
4. The intelligent electric energy meter automatic disassembling line according to claim 1, wherein the disassembling and feeding device comprises:
the conveying motor is connected with the plurality of driving rollers;
the conveying belt is arranged on the driving roller and used for driving the electric meter to move along the transmission direction;
and the unidirectional rotating roller is arranged on the transmission frame and positioned behind the conveying belt and used for conveying the electric meter to the conveying belt.

The automatic intelligent electric energy meter disassembling line according to claim 4, wherein the disassembling and feeding device further comprises an unidentified electric meter removing device, a first screw disassembling device, an upper end cover removing device, a second screw disassembling device and a circuit board removing device which are sequentially arranged above the conveying belt along the conveying direction.

The automatic wire disassembling line for the intelligent electric energy meter according to claim 5, wherein the first screw disassembling device or the second screw disassembling device comprises a screw disassembling three-axis robot, a screw disassembling side positioning cylinder and a screw disassembling blocking cylinder, and the screw disassembling side positioning cylinder and the screw disassembling blocking cylinder are fixed on the transmission frame and are used for positioning the position of the electric meter so that the relative position of the electric meter and the three-axis robot is a fixed value.
7. The intelligent electric energy meter automatic disassembling line according to claim 5, wherein the circuit board removing device comprises:
a rodless cylinder having a slider movable in a cylinder direction;
the lifting cylinder is arranged on the sliding block;
the linear optical axis is connected with the lifting cylinder through a connecting piece;
the linear bearing is sleeved on the linear optical axis;
the circuit board grabbing pneumatic claw is arranged on the linear bearing;
the circuit board removing and expanding air claw is arranged behind the circuit board grabbing air claw.
8. The automatic disassembling line for the intelligent electric energy meter according to claim 10, wherein springs are disposed at two ends of the linear bearing, and the springs are sleeved on the linear optical axis.
9. The automatic intelligent electric energy meter disassembling line according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board punching device comprises:
a rodless cylinder having a slider movable in a cylinder direction; the rodless cylinder is positioned between the upper end cover removing device and the second screw detaching device;
the punching grabbing pneumatic claw is arranged on the sliding block;
the drill floor lifting cylinder is arranged on the transmission frame;
the drill floor is connected with the drill floor lifting cylinder, and a drill bit is arranged on the drill floor;
a shield connected to the carriage of the drill floor, the drill bit passing through a top of the shield.
