An outer sliding plate 11 is horizontally and slidably mounted on the lifting plate 12, a rotating device 10 is mounted on the outer sliding plate 11, a driving head 8 is mounted at the other end of the rotating device 10, and a rotating shaft 9 of the driving head 8 is used for mounting the milling cutter 7.

The vehicle body 1 is first moved to the belt repair station and the apparatus is then activated, the drive head 8 is activated and controlled to move outside the pit along a circular path having a diameter greater than the maximum dimension of the pit to mill the pit into a regular circular shape. Then the tray 19 is pushed out, the prefabricated repair plate is put on the push tray 19 in advance, and then the repair plate is taken out by a picking device and put into the milled round pit groove.
And selecting a corresponding milling diameter or milling cutter according to the size of the pit, when the milling cutter is replaced, rotating the rotating device by 90 degrees to enable the driving head to be horizontal, then rotating the clamp 6 by a certain angle to enable the milling cutter on the clamp to be coaxial with the driving head 8, then horizontally moving the driving head 8 to a proper position, clamping the milling cutter to be replaced, and then restoring the original position.
